Paradise Springs was a wonderful experience. The pools were wonderful and the property was beautifully landscaped! There was a beautiful view of the volcano at the lookout point! O hotel se hospedaram no Paradise Hot Springs hotel 7/28-8/1, e deveríamos ter reservado por mais tempo! A equipe do hotel foi tudo de bom, o quarto era limpo e confortável, o café da manhã era ótimo e, claro, as piscinas termais! We stayed at Paradise Hot Springs hotel 7/28-8/1, and we should have booked for longer! Hotel staff was all nice, the room was clean and comfy, breakfast was great, and of course the hot spring pools! They drain the water completely every night and fill fresh hot water every morning! We loved the downtown area where we found good restaurants and souvenir shops. We will definitely go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed pur experience staying here for 5 days. The staff was very helpful and the springs were warm! While other reviewers have only spoken about their experience in the hot springs, I can attest that their hotel and all of the amenities were top notch. It is close to the town and also close to all of the activities. We found that it was a nice middle ground for everything we wanted to do.

This hotel has outstanding customer service. I planned a trip for my parents and four days before arrival one had a medical event that prevented them from traveling. I emailed the hotel and explained the situation and within 12 hours they responded to let me know I’d get a full refund, even when I was outside the cancellation window. I am so grateful and cannot wait to actually send my parents to this lovely place at a later date. They will most certainly have my business in the future after they were so kind and responsive with an unexpected event such as this. Veio para as fontes termais (passe de um dia) e tivemos um tempo maravilhoso. As piscinas são muito boas, passamos a maior parte do tempo na mais quente (36 graus C), que é bem grande e tem uma vista muito bonita. Decidimos ficar também para o jantar (buffet); o restaurante ea comida era muito boa. O preço do passe diário é bastante razoável em comparação com outras fontes termais da região. Eu definitivamente voltaria.

these hot springs were fantastic! we came as a part of a tour group so our fees were covered by that tour, but even if you’re not a part of a group, the prices are very reasonable. there are many different temperature options to choose from, and the surrounding nature was so beautiful. the views of arenal volcano are awesome!

Came for the hot springs (day pass) and we had an amazing time. The pools are really nice, we spent most of the time in the hottest one (36 degrees C), which is pretty big and it has a very nice view. We decided to stay for supper as well (buffet); the restaurant and the food was pretty good. The price for the day pass is quite reasonable compared with other hotsprings in the area. I would definitely go back.

If they could get 100 stars I'd give them gladly. This place was a veritable slice of f@$king paradise and I'd like to live here. The grounds are breathtaking, the rooms gigantic, the beds like heaven, the food... all I know is I've never had fruit taste so exquisite and I now have to master making Gallo Pinto, hands down the best we had out-of anywhere else on the visit. The staff were attentive and helpful and so friendly. The hot springs were amazing and so relaxing. You will feel transformed. I'd go back tomorrow if I could. STAY HERE STAY HERE STAY HERE!!!

El lugar en general esta muy limpio, buen servicio. Les falta un poco de mantenimiento en las albercas había lugares sin azulejo, sin el recubrimiento de los filtros.

Ama a nossa estadia aqui. Recepção/concierge foi fantástico e nos ajudou a configurar passeios todos os dias. Quarto era espaçoso e A/C foi ótimo. Apenas dois problemas que tivemos foram o spray de chuveiro parecia agulhas e não era ajustável, embora a pressão fosse ótima. Além disso, as piscinas eram muito boas, mas mesmo a piscina mais legal estava quente demais para ser refrescante.

Loves our stay here. Reception/concierge was fantastic and helped us set up tours every day. Room was spacious and A/C was great. Only two issues we had were shower spray felt like needles and wasn't adjustable, although the pressure was great. Also, pools were really nice but even the coolest pool was too hot to be refreshing.
