The size of the room and the bathroom was OK, the bed was comfortable, there were all necessary toiletries. However, there was no wardrobe or cupboards for clothes. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close.

Tudo ótimo! A localização é maravilhosa com o ponto de ônibus logo abaixo do hotel! Limpeza e perfume nos quartos! Tudo novo, limpo, fresco! Os funcionários são particularmente simpáticos e educados. O serviço de estacionamento disponível (estacionamento multinível conectado à estrutura) não tem preço, principalmente em um local como este. A 200 metros da Gare Centrale. A propósito, veículos grátis para toda a cidade!

Este hotel está em uma localização perfeita na cidade de Luxemburgo. A equipe foi muito prestativa e educada. O barman à noite (um francês de Marselha) foi super educado nos dando um serviço de 5 estrelas. Bom preço e um hotel confortável muito limpo.

The hotel room was not available until 5pm - very annoying when you have your day planned! We received a complimentary drink which was turned into a coffee.
Otherwise a fine and newly renovated. We feared that the airplane traffic from the nearby airport would wake us up early, but this was not the case.
Staff was extremely busy, but tried to remain friendly..
I would probably not come back though.

Room was not ready at the promised check-in time according to booking confirmation
We were given several new times (always 15-30 min increments) at the end of which the room was not ready. Final wait was 2.5h after check-in time promised on booking
Some details:
- The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Craftsmen were moving through the reception area with boxes and equipment back and forth the whole time we waited
- About a dozen other guests were in the same situation, always being told "the rooms will be ready soon, just wait 30 more minutes"
- There was only a single receptionist who was visibly overwhelmed with the whole situation
- Several guests asked if there is a responsible director available to explain or resolve the situation. Apparently, he was busy.
- The explanation given was: "The rooms aren't ready yet. We are undergoing refurbishment. The rooms all have to be checked by our staff before you can use them"
- When we finally got into our room, some parts were unfinished (metal strips that should have been fastened were only loosely placed on the furniture)
- At no point was there a guarantee if the rooms would even be available at all during that day
- No compensation or similar was offered for the inconvenience. We were offered to use the water cooler
Our interpretation:
Their hotel management made those rooms available for booking without knowning if they were even finished at that day. It doesn't matter if the construction was delayed or not; their management miscalculated and didn't plan with any or enough buffer. This is very unprofessional to your guests and to your single(!) receptionist who had to solve this mess.

This hotel is in a perfect location in the city of Luxembourg. Staff was very helpful and polite. The bartender in the evening (a French guy from Marseille) was super polite giving us a 5-star service. Good price and a comfortable very clean hotel.

Excelente hotel , muy céntrico , habitaciones modernas y espaciosas con mucha luz , el trato del personal perfecto, muy amables y simpáticos . El hotel es muy funcional y cómodo con líneas de autobús y tren al lado mismo , incluso se puede visitar el centro andando desde aquí . Nos pasamos un fin de semana genial y Luxemburgo es precioso . when we came. the number was twice as expensive as on the site. we got stronger, there was nothing in the room. no slippers, no toothbrush, no hand soap. everything had to be asked. The reception does not answer calls. I do not recommend this hotel.

Muy buena opción de hotel a 30' del aeropuerto por 2€ en bus 29 que te deja a 6' andando o el bus 16 que te deja en la misna calle pero tarda un poco más. Situado en calle principal que enlaza con el centro de Luxemburgo parte alta y a 5' de la estación central de tren. Lo curioso es que la entrada no está a pie de calle!! hay que subir en ascensor porque está encima de la tienda Saturn pero viene indicado. Personal de recepción encantadores uno habla español. La habitación más que amplia cómoda con sofá pequeño, mesa de estudio, mesillas, luces, con nevera, tetera, no tiene armario pero si unas barras con perchas. Baño con ducha más que amplia con agua caliente. Bien aclimatado e insonorizado al menos en la planta 7a. Desayuno excelente con mucha variedad tipo brunch que llega la hora de comer y sigues sin hambre. Eso sí lo peor es el barrio por la noche ⚠️ la parte de atrás del hotel hay clubs de alterne y gente... por la calle pero el hotel en sí es seguro es más hay que meter la tarjeta de la habitación en el ascensor interior para ir a tu planta cosa que deberían hacer en todos los hoteles y la habitación dispone de caja fuerte. Sin duda muy recomendable por su calidad, precio,situación, limpieza y desayuno de 10 👌

Habitaciones espaciosas. Hotel moderno y con buena atención al cliente. Está cerca del centro y se puede ir andando a todos los sitios. El desayuno bien surtido, pero sin grandes alardes.

Hotel a 10 minutos caminando del centro y a 5 de la estación central y parada del bus al aeropuerto. Habitación básica muy limpia y tranquila con aire acondicionado. El desayuno de los mejores que he probado y eso que es un tres estrellas, a favor que el zumo de naranja sea natural y te lo exprimas tu al instante, el resto del buffet con productos de calidad y variados. Sin duda, lo mejor el trato del personal, llegamos temprano y nos dieron habitación y todas las explicaciones sobre lo que ver en la ciudad, el país y ciudades de países limítrofes, transportes, planificación de rutas,...un millón de gracias en especial a Ricardo por su dedicación en asesorarnos sobre que ver y su esfuerzo por atendernos en castellano, nunca vimos un trato así en ningún hotel, y eso que los hemos tenido muy buenos en algunos.

He pasado el fin de semana en este hotel. Y desde el principio todo ha sido maravilloso. Excelente servicio de sus recepcionistas dispuestos a ayudarte y aconsejarte en lo mejor de la ciudad todo el tiempo. Desayuno demasiado bien. L ubicación es idónea a pocos minutos del centro en El Barrio con los precios más normales de la ciudad. También es verdad que la zona en la noche parece algo fea. Pero la verdad es demasiado tranquilo
