Atitudes de incompetência de funcionários, fiz a reserva a funcionária disse que tiraria fo booking, faria a reserva, seria só uma noite para cedo ir ao aeroporto, chegando ao hotel já as 23 hs, qual surpresa... não tinha reserva fiquei na rua !

Simples, confortável, café da manhã simples porém satisfatório. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Mas a internet deixa muito a desejar. O sinal cai demais e é difícil conseguir conexão duradoura. Mas é MUITO BEM LOCALIZADA. Vale super a pena.

Modesta pensión muy céntrica. Para la relación calidad precio está bien. No se puede esperar mucho más al ser una pensión. Aún así, la habitación es limpia y espaciosa y con mucha luz por sus grandes ventanales. Tiene aire acondicionado con bomba de calor y televisión plana.

Una pena de sitio, la verdad es que está pidiendo a gritos una reforma. De hecho imagino que están en ello porque al subir por la escalera estaban los sanitarios en lis rellenos. No tiene nada que ver con las fotos que hay en internet. Cuando subimos a la habitación la luz no hacia contacto. Nos fuimos a otro sitio. Cuidado con las Pensiones en Portugal, nos dijeron en el hotel.

Boa localização. Quarto amplo. Prédio antigo, precisando de reparos. Não é bonito, mas serve para hospedagem no centro de Lisboa, a preços razoáveis.

Es, comosu nombre lo dice, una pensión. Edificio antiguo, habitaciones pequeñas, pero restauradas por dentro. Baño completo y limpio. Tiene desayuno incluido, pan, manteca, mermeladas, queso y fiambre. Café, leche, té negro yotras infusiones(manzanilla,etc). Da para salir a pasearcon algo en el estómago. Por el precio no se puede pretender más. La ubicación es privilegiada! Cerca de lugares céntricos y con acceso fácil a medios de transporte: metro, tren, tranvías y autocarros. Relación precio y calidad buena. Lo mejor su ubicación.

It has a great location, it is really in the city center. From our room, we had a view of the Saint George castle. Besides location, everything is basic. The breakfast only included some simple baguettes, cheese and ham. And coffee. I wasn't expecting much, but still this was really disappointing. And the breakfast room was super small. It looked like they were going through some renovations so the corridors were a bit messy. The room was a bit noisy, it didn't have any sound isolation. But that is the downside of staying the center of Lisbon.

Simple and low budget, but very clean and spacious rooms. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, with cheese, Ham, Marmelade, etc. Fruits Or veggies would be a "nice to have". Location in town was great, central but Not expensive. We enjoyed, we will definetly Come again

Curtain ineffective, shower useless, bathroom disgusting. Bed sheets were not clean and i found many hairs on my pillow in the cupboard. We asked if they had car parking before booking and they confirmed they did, when we arrived they told us they did not, so we had to find somewhere else to park and carry our bags back. This cost us 33.50 Euros for overnight parking. Taking our total for the room over 100 Euros. The room we had probably was not worth 40 Euros. More like a hostel than a hotel or BnB. Not worth the money at all!!! Had to leave the key in reception, and all you need to do is read the number out to the receptionist to get it back, so anybody could get into your room. Took one look at the breakfast on offer and decided to go out for food instead, nowhere to sit to eat either. We were only there for one night whilst we waited for a flight home, but i would not stay again even if i was paid to!

My family of 4 stayed in a triple room for 1 night. The "lobby" was filled with cigarette smoke. The very small room had a full-sized and a twin bed, both very uncomfortable & definitely not enough for 4 people. The linens were worn and old. The furniture was in rough shape. The bathroom was updated. It was clean, but extremely rundown. The hallways wreaked of perfumes, chemical cleaners & smoke. Breakfast was awful and the staff was pushy and would not leave my children alone. I would not advise anyone to stay here. For the additional cost of parking and having to go out for a more suitable breakfast we could have had MUCH better accommodation.

Terrible place. This is not a hotel but a cheap hostel. Not well isolated so can here other rooms. The bathroom was so bad, look at the pictures. leaking bath, mold, cracks and rust. Linen and towels were dirty and bed linen were not replaced. breakfast contains of only cheese, ham, bread, butter and jam. I know that I did not pay for 5 stars but even for something aspires to be 3 stars, needs to have basic standards. 1 star hostel.
