Staff Makes it Special
Not a fancy hotel but well located and in a great residential neighborhood that is on both red and blue metro lines. Easy airport access as well. But what makes this hotel great is the staff. Friendly, very professional and are always helpful.

The staff is efficient and helpful, room service was quick and prices are great too. The room is decent size and very clean althou like someone else mentioned, bit too warm.The hotel is very well situated, there is a metro station right outside of the front door which can take you straight to airport or city centre.There is also few restaurants nearby and a decent cocktail place just 10 minutes away.

Small cozy hotel with a metro stop right in front of it which makes it convenient as it's a direct line to the airport.The rooms were reasonable in size. Has room service, but you can also head downstairs to the lounge and eat and drink there. The staff were very friendly.Breakfast offered a reasonable amount of choices, including pastel de nata.

Nice hotel, good location but the noise from the building works next door is horrendous. Jack hammers and drills from 8 in the morning till 7 at night Monday to Saturday spoilt what should have been an enjoyable stay in Lisbon. Hotel no help whatsoever
