I have had one of the worst experiences staying at Pullman Kinshasa. The staff there are not professional. I arrived at 1pm and was welcomed by Leslie who told me to wait for 2 hours before I could check in. When I went to check in at 3pm they made me wait for over an hour. No proper explanation. It is evident that the customer experience is not top of mind. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear pretty much everything happening outside. The hotel itself has a lot of flies in the restaurant area. 9/10 times there will be one in your coffee. Really not impressed with this place. Definitely never going back there.

The best service . First tim in DRC and can’t wait to come back. Find John, he is the best helper at the hotel and fun to talk with.

Was amazed by the staff’s attention to customers. Variety of services and restaurants round Pullman Hotel . Bumped into two complices David and John were just committed to ensure that customers leave with a memorable service from Pullman Hotel
First of all because of John Bilambo that was very nice and supportive and also due to the fact the rest of the team were pleasant and assistful.
We stayed for 3 nights and it was our first time me and my boyfriend 😍!! Let me just say we had a lovely time from having a breakfast feast and excellent customer service to spending the whole day by the pool enjoying our drinks and snacks with another excellent service. To top it off the main reason we chose to stay here is because of the receptionist Francis and Auguy they were so friendly and professional and very welcoming to us specifically introducing us the members program which we both me and my boyfriend signed up for it made us want to stay here and we decided to extend our stay for one more night!!!! 🥰🙏🏼❤️ Thank you so much for having us we had the best time in Pullman Kinshasa because of the friendly and heartwarming staff !!Thank you

The Pullman staff made our stay very comfortable. Room service was delivered on time with good attitude. Zephyrin was one of the Porters who assisted us. And definitely we will recommend the hotel.
I love the food, ambiance and the rooms are amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff are super polite. You won’t regret your stay here.
Ooh my God!!! the service in this place is seven star, much as the major communication language is French, management makes sure that they provide somebody to help. Laetitia is a very wonderful person and very eloquent in English... very very helpful and will definitely make your stay very comfortable. Eben is another person that is very kind and will make sure you get what you need... Looking for a place that is home far away from home,Pullman Kinshasa is the place!!!!
I spent a great👍time at Pullman Hotel in Kinshasa from couple days before Christmas until Dec 27. Mrs Pierette at the reception desk exceptionally recommanded me some activities. In general service offered by different departments such as room service, restaurants, main entry doors where they checked temperature and helped sanitize your hands for each person coming back to the hotel. Around swimming pool at restaurant or bar, it was to sit and watch sometimes some shows or listen some good music. It was great experience.
