I stayed at the Quest for around 4 - 5 months with work, living away from home and working away was so daunting at the beginning. Quest made me feel right at home straight away and welcomed me with open arms, in the end all the staff felt like family, if I was ever downstairs in reception Nicky would always chat with me and gave me what felt like that motherly love, i miss our chats. Kelsey was like a sister, always interested in my day, would order me food give me advice on what to wear out and places to go as well as Nicky actually haha! Paris and Kerry always stopped for a chat they really cared how I was getting on. Liv was amazing, she would so kindly bring all my parcels to my room of an evening and even helped me pack up my apartment when I was leaving and watched my personal items whilst I packed my small BMW with 5 months worth of clothes and shoes haha! I cannot thank you all enough for treating me so well, you made being away from home so easy, you all went above and beyond in your own way to look after me, I was so sad to leave! For anyone who may be reading this I cannot recommend the Quest enough, I personally will never stay anywhere else in Liverpool now. I will never forget this place but more importantly the people and there huge hearts. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, miss you. p.s the rooms are immaculate! Fiquei no Quest por cerca de 4 a 5 meses com trabalho, morar longe de casa e trabalhar fora foi tão assustador no começo. Quest me fez sentir em casa imediatamente e me recebeu de braços abertos, no final todos os funcionários se sentiram como uma família, se eu estivesse lá embaixo na recepção, Nicky sempre conversaria comigo e me daria o que parecia ser aquele amor maternal, eu saudades dos nossos chats. Kelsey era como uma irmã, sempre interessada no meu dia, pedia comida para mim, me dava conselhos sobre o que vestir e lugares para ir, assim como Nicky, na verdade haha! Paris e Kerry sempre paravam para bater um papo, eles realmente se importavam como eu estava indo. Liv foi incrível, ela gentilmente trazia todas as minhas encomendas para o meu quarto à noite e até me ajudou a arrumar meu apartamento quando eu estava saindo e assistiu meus itens pessoais enquanto eu embalava meu pequeno BMW com 5 meses de roupas e sapatos haha ! Não tenho palavras para agradecer a todos por me tratarem tão bem, vocês tornaram tão fácil estar longe de casa, todos vocês se esforçaram ao máximo para cuidar de mim, fiquei tão triste por ir embora! Para quem pode estar lendo isso, não posso recomendar o Quest o suficiente, pessoalmente nunca ficarei em nenhum outro lugar em Liverpool agora. Me quedé en Quest alrededor de 4 a 5 meses con trabajo, vivir lejos de casa y trabajar fuera era muy desalentador al principio. Quest me hizo sentir como en casa de inmediato y me recibió con los brazos abiertos, al final todo el personal se sintió como en familia, si alguna vez estaba abajo en la recepción, Nicky siempre charlaba conmigo y me daba lo que se sentía como ese amor maternal, yo Extraña nuestras charlas. Kelsey era como una hermana, siempre interesada en mi día, me pedía comida y me daba consejos sobre qué ponerme y dónde ir, así como Nicky, ¡jaja! Paris y Kerry siempre se detenían para conversar, realmente les importaba cómo me estaba yendo. Liv fue increíble, fue tan amable de traer todos mis paquetes a mi habitación por la noche e incluso me ayudó a empacar mi apartamento cuando me iba y cuidó mis artículos personales mientras empacaba mi pequeño BMW con ropa y zapatos para 5 meses jaja ! No puedo agradecerles lo suficiente por tratarme tan bien, hicieron que estar lejos de casa fuera tan fácil, todos hicieron todo lo posible para cuidarme a su manera, ¡estaba muy triste tener que irme! Para cualquiera que pueda estar leyendo esto, no puedo recomendar el Quest lo suficiente, personalmente nunca me quedaré en ningún otro lugar en Liverpool ahora. Nunca olvidaré este lugar, pero lo más importante es la gente y sus enormes corazones. Gracias a todos desde el fondo de mi corazón, los extraño. p.s las habitaciones están impecables!

Great hotel, smack bang in the middle of Liverpool City Center. Kelsey at reception was lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room is a really nice size with induction hob, fridge, microwave included in the room. Lovely big shower with either rainfall or head settings and perfect pressure. Bed was comfortable and big too! I was concerned about the noise based off other reviews I saw but that wasn't an issue at all, that being said we were on the back of the hotel so we wouldn't of had as much as if we were on the front facing the high street. Though if you stay in any hotel in the middle of a city center and then complain about the noise you clearly didn't do enough research. If I had to knit pick about was the TV placement. I don't have any pictures but the placement is bizarre to say the least. Not impossible to watch but it isn't exactly a comfortable viewing experience. Other than that I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely look to stay again! Ótimo hotel, bem no meio do centro da cidade de Liverpool. Kelsey na recepção foi adorável e acolhedora a partir do momento em que chegamos. O quarto é um tamanho muito bom com fogão de indução, frigorífico, microondas incluído no quarto. Adorável chuveiro grande com configurações de chuva ou cabeça e pressão perfeita. Cama era confortável e grande também! Eu estava preocupado com o barulho com base em outros comentários que vi, mas isso não foi um problema, dizendo que estávamos na parte de trás do hotel, para que não tivéssemos tanto quanto se estivéssemos na frente a rua alta. No entanto, se você ficar em qualquer hotel no meio de um centro da cidade e depois reclamar do barulho, você claramente não fez pesquisas suficientes. Se eu tivesse que escolher tricotar, era a colocação da TV. Não tenho fotos, mas a colocação é bizarra para dizer o mínimo. Não é impossível de assistir, mas não é exatamente uma experiência de visualização confortável. Fora isso, não posso recomendar este hotel o suficiente. Definitivamente procurarei ficar novamente!

Kelsey en la recepción fue encantadora y acogedora desde el momento en que llegamos. La habitación es de muy buen tamaño con placa de inducción, nevera, microondas incluidos en la habitación. Hermosa ducha grande con configuración de lluvia o cabeza y presión perfecta. La cama era cómoda y grande también! Estaba preocupado por el ruido basado en otras reseñas que vi, pero eso no fue un problema en absoluto, dicho esto, estábamos en la parte trasera del hotel, por lo que no tendríamos tanto como si estuviéramos en el frente. La calle principal. Aunque si te alojas en cualquier hotel en medio del centro de una ciudad y luego te quejas del ruido, es evidente que no investigaste lo suficiente. Si tuviera que tejer, elegir sería la ubicación del televisor. No tengo fotos, pero la ubicación es extraña, por decir lo menos. No es imposible de ver, pero no es exactamente una experiencia de visualización cómoda. Aparte de eso, no puedo recomendar este hotel lo suficiente. ¡Definitivamente buscaré quedarme de nuevo!

El equipo de Quest fue increíble, nos dieron un check in temprano y un check out tardío. Súper amable y servicial, quedó fuera de serie porque la secadora de la habitación no funcionaba bien y la cama y la almohada eran realmente incómodas.

When we checked in the staff congratulated us on our anniversary and gave us a complimentary upgrade and shortly after we got to our room they brought us a bottle of wine, so kind and thoughtful of them! I wish we had got their names or seen them when we checked out to say thanks again but it was hugely appreciated :) Acabamos de ficar aqui por 2 noites e não hesitaria em reservar uma estadia aqui novamente ou recomendá-lo a outros. Uma localização tão central, encantadores quartos frescos e limpos e uma equipe realmente adorável. Quando fizemos o check-in, a equipe nos parabenizou pelo nosso aniversário e nos deu um upgrade de cortesia e, pouco depois de chegarmos ao nosso quarto, eles nos trouxeram uma garrafa de vinho, tão gentis e atenciosos! Eu gostaria que tivéssemos recebido seus nomes ou os visto quando saímos para agradecer novamente, mas foi muito apreciado :)

Una ubicación tan céntrica, habitaciones frescas y limpias encantadoras y un personal realmente encantador. Cuando nos registramos, el personal nos felicitó por nuestro aniversario y nos dio una mejora gratuita y, poco después de llegar a nuestra habitación, nos trajeron una botella de vino, ¡muy amables y atentos de su parte! Ojalá hubiéramos tenido sus nombres o los hubiéramos visto cuando hicimos el check out para decir gracias nuevamente, pero fue muy apreciado :)

My stay was fantastic. When I first arrived the reception staff were friendly and talkative making me feel immediately welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked - having those delightful tiny bottles of shampoo etc. along with pots, plates and pans. I was also able to extend my stay till 1pm for only £10, allowing me to work in my room! The WIFI was fast and reliable. Finally, the icing on the cake, I met the manager as I left - he was a pleasure to talk to and graciously waved my late check out fee. Overall a fantastic night stay, I will be back! Minha estadia foi fantástica. Quando cheguei, os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos e falantes, fazendo-me sentir imediatamente bem-vindo. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e bem abastecido - tendo essas pequenas garrafas deliciosas de xampu etc. juntamente com potes, pratos e panelas. Também consegui estender minha estadia até as 13h por apenas £ 10, permitindo que eu trabalhasse no meu quarto! O WIFI era rápido e confiável. Finalmente, a cereja no topo do bolo, conheci o gerente quando saí - foi um prazer conversar com ele e gentilmente acenou minha taxa de check-out tardio. No geral, uma estadia fantástica de noite, estarei de volta!

Los aptos están muy reformados y nuevos. Tienes todo en un mismo espacio: habitación, cocina/salón y baño. Todo muy cómodo. Nos encantó la ubicación pero la pena es la insonorización de la habitación. Estábamos en la primera planta y se escuchaba todo lo de la calle.

All very clean and new as in the pictures, the shower wonderful.In the center and near the train station, stop the bus and taxis.I will return with certainty.Thanks to the cleaners and the reception staff for the kindness and professionalism. Nos alojamos en la habitación 419. Todo muy limpio y nuevo como en las fotos, la ducha maravillosa. En em centro y cerca de la estación de trenes, parada del bus y taxis. Volveré con certeza.
