Staff were a credit to the hotel, especially Darren top bloke. Standard room was excellent, mattress just a bit hard for my liking.Will be back soon. Os funcionários foram um crédito para o hotel, especialmente o cara top de Darren. Quarto Standard foi excelente, colchão um pouco difícil para o meu gosto.Voltarei em breve.

Fantastic new hotel in the heart of Liverpool. We absolutely loved our stay and thought the room was perfect! They’ve considered everything and done such a great job 👏 The staff were all really friendly and we enjoyed a few cocktails in the lobby which were fab. Will definitely stay again for future trips to Liverpool. Fantástico novo hotel no coração de Liverpool. Amamos nossa estadia e achamos o quarto perfeito! Eles consideraram tudo e fizeram um ótimo trabalho? Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e desfrutamos de alguns coquetéis no saguão que foram fabulosos. Com certeza ficarei novamente para futuras viagens a Liverpool.

Han considerado todo y han hecho un gran trabajo 👏 Todo el personal fue muy amable y disfrutamos de unos cócteles en el vestíbulo que eran fabulosos. Definitivamente me quedaré de nuevo para futuros viajes a Liverpool.

NOT good, we were there to celebrate my 30th bday and we initially got a very nice room (upgraded) with views to St. George's Hall which had the Christmas Market, spacey, etc. The AC was not working so when we were back they suggested to move rooms, they downgraded us to a smaller room, with no views. When we approached the team to ask if we were indeed downgraded (because it was pretty obvious) they didn't hesitate to confirm it.They offered for us to move rooms again but they were not like trying to fix something, it was more like "well you can change again whatever you want", I mean that's not how you deal with a situation like this. I've been to many hotels and worked in the industry for 10 years, never saw something like this. If you need to downgrade for whatever reason you need to let people know, as well as with the upgrade, it is nice to let people know, the property looks good and the guest feels good. I leave 2 stars because at least they were nice considering, the hotel is beautiful and the location was also good, but I really will think twice next time I go to Liverpool and I do often. NÃO é bom, estávamos lá para comemorar meu 30º aniversário e inicialmente conseguimos um quarto muito agradável (atualizado) com vista para a rua. George's Hall, que tinha o Mercado de Natal, espaço, etc. sugeriram mudar de quarto, eles nos rebaixaram para um quarto menor, sem vista. Quando abordamos a equipe para perguntar se realmente tínhamos rebaixado (porque era bastante óbvio), eles não hesitaram em confirmar. Eles nos ofereceram para mudar de quarto novamente, mas eles não estavam tentando consertar alguma coisa, era mais como "bem, você pode mudar de novo o que quiser", quero dizer, não é assim que você lida com uma situação como esta. Já estive em muitos hotéis e trabalhei na indústria por 10 anos, nunca vi algo assim. Se você precisar fazer o downgrade por qualquer motivo, informe as pessoas, assim como com a atualização, é bom informar às pessoas, a propriedade parece boa e o hóspede se sente bem. Deixo 2 estrelas porque pelo menos foram legais considerando, o hotel é lindo e a localização também era boa, mas realmente vou pensar duas vezes na próxima vez que for a Liverpool e penso com frequência.

Great location amd gorgeous view of St George's Hall. We ate in the restaurant on the second night and so glad we did, cocktails and food were amazing. Can't wait to return! Amamos a nossa estadia aqui. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos na chegada, a entrada do hotel é excelente! Quartos com acabamento de alto padrão. Ótima localização e vista deslumbrante do St George's Hall. Nós comemos no restaurante na segunda noite e tão feliz que fizemos, coquetéis e comida incrível. Mal posso esperar para voltar!

Excelente ubicación y hermosa vista de St George's Hall. Comimos en el restaurante la segunda noche y nos alegramos mucho de haberlo hecho, los cócteles y la comida eran increíbles. No puedo esperar a volver!

NO es bueno, estuvimos allí para celebrar mi cumpleaños número 30 e inicialmente obtuvimos una habitación muy agradable (mejorada) con vistas a St. George's Hall, que tenía el mercado navideño, espacio, etc. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, así que cuando regresamos ellos sugirieron cambiar de habitación, nos degradaron a una habitación más pequeña, sin vistas. Cuando nos acercamos al equipo para preguntarles si realmente nos rebajaron (porque era bastante obvio), no dudaron en confirmarlo. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación nuevamente, pero no eran como tratar de arreglar algo, era más como "bueno, puedes cambiar de nuevo lo que quieras", quiero decir que no es así como lidias con una situación como esta. Estuve en muchos hoteles y trabajé en la industria durante 10 años, nunca vi algo así. Si necesita bajar de categoría por cualquier motivo, debe informar a las personas, así como con la actualización, es bueno informar a las personas, la propiedad se ve bien y el huésped se siente bien. Dejo 2 estrellas porque al menos fueron agradables teniendo en cuenta, el hotel es hermoso y la ubicación también era buena, pero realmente lo pensaré dos veces la próxima vez que vaya a Liverpool y lo hago a menudo.

Had a nights stay at the hotel recently and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff where first class and are a credit to the management team. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and I could not fault the food or service. Lovely comfy room and the general facilities where excellent. The building design and interior décor isamazing. Will definitely be staying here again!! Teve uma noite de estadia no hotel recentemente e foi absolutamente maravilhoso. A equipe onde primeira classe e são um crédito para a equipa de gestão. Comemos no restaurante à noite e eu não poderia culpar a comida ou o serviço. Adorável quarto confortável e as instalações gerais onde excelente. O design do edifício e a decoração interior são incríveis. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente!!
Fantastic staff, very welcoming and attentive. Grey locations the rooms are in the small side but very modern and have everything you need. Could do with a mini bar and some bottles water. Funcionários fantásticos, muito receptivos e atenciosos. Locais cinzas, os quartos são pequenos, mas muito modernos e têm tudo o que você precisa. Poderia fazer com um mini-bar e algumas garrafas de água.
Amazing stay. The staff were extremely welcoming, the room was relaxing with a very comfortable bed and there was more than enough options at the breakfast buffet. Estadia incrível. A equipe foi extremamente acolhedora, o quarto era relaxante com uma cama muito confortável e havia opções mais do que suficientes no buffet de café da manhã.
