Preço justo.Muito bem localizado em relação aos parques da Disney. Bom quarto, não é novo, mas atende bem. Duas boas piscinas. Mini golf e um bom lobby com restaurante. Funcionários educados e atenciosos na recepcion desk. A única reclamação é que a funcionária que confere o quarto antes do check out não foi muito educada e nos disse que tínhamos que limpar o quarto antes de fazer o check out " It is dirty and messy" ,ela disse. Não achamos este comentário apropriado. Na minha opinião não é obrigação do hóspede limpar o quarto, mas sim do hotel. Por esta razão não ganhou 5 estrelas.

No recomiendo este hotel. Hay cucarachas y muchas, nos cambiaron varias veces de habitación y en todas era igual. El personal de resección deja bastante que desear, cuando fui la primera vez a decírselos insinuaron que a lo mejor las había llevado yo desde mi casa.😡

Ficamos hospedados de 01 a 16 de janeiro de 2020 no Ramada Kissimmee Gateway num quarto da torre, a nossa estadia foi muito agradável, o quarto é limpo e silencioso. Gostei da proximidade dos parques da Disney e do Walmart. Quero registrar a simpatia da funcionária da portaria do estacionamento que nos recebia a noite com um cartaz nos mandando um sorriso, percebemos que ela trabalhava a cada três dias e ficava na expectativa de ser recebida por ela. Deixava a nossa chegada ao hotel mais agradável.

Quartos limpos, sem cheiro desagradável, lençóis e toalhas trocadas diariamente. O quarto deixou um pouco a desejar por ser muito "fechado", sem nenhuma vista mas valeu muito a pena no custo benefício. Café da manhã é bom mas não dispõe de tantas opções de cardápio, preferi um omelete feito na hora a seu gosto com um suco (não natural). As crianças foram de cereais com leite e iogurte. Me hospedaria novamente.

Péssimo hotel. Não recomendo nem a meus inimigos. Quartos ruins, velhos, sujos, além do péssimo atendimento. Estou a dois dias nesse hotel, reclamei da limpeza e não tomaram providencias. Os carpetes são velhos, sujos e as cortinas com forte cheiro de poeira. Nem a poeira das mesas as camareiras retiram. Não fizeram reposição de toalhas. Paguei café da manhã separado e foi uma porcaria. Paguei café da manhã e cobraram o extra do suco que pedi no café. Enfim, esse lugar trouxe grandes transtornos para nossa viagem.

This hotel was clean, convenient location & friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again!
Be mindful: if you have a pet, the weight limit (not posted anywhere) is 30 lbs. however, no one follows the rule. Not that I mind, I just think they should get rid of the weight limit.

They are a resort that does not offer a free breakfast so make sure to include that in your trip planning.

I am beyond thankful to have found this hotel on short notice! I have a room near the pool and it’s perfect clean and spacious! The breakfast buffet is delicious fresh omelettes and fresh waffles, plus a buffet of breakfast choices and coffee and juice is included all for $9.95! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The front desk even printed tickets for me because i forgot to do so before flying down! We will absolutely be back!

Worst hotel ever. I lower my expectations with pet friendly rooms but this place was nasty. Do not stay here. Room was dirtier after they cleaned it. Carpet gross, stains, light coming off the ceiling and no option to turn off air or change the temp. Ran constantly. My key stopped working in the middle of the night. Worst experience I've ever had and I've traveled a lot for work.

Es un hotel maravilloso y con una atención personalizada. Mis mas sinceras felicitaciones a Manuel quien además de súper profesional es muy versátil, lo mismo está dando servicio en el bar que está a cargo de los eventos. Hemos estado dos veces en este hotel y en la segunda ocasión gracias a este profesional de la hoteleria que desde la primera visita, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Lo recomiendo.

As soon as me and my family got into the room, the room had a very sour odor. The wifi didn't work and our phone's mobile data wouldn't even work that well. It was like we were in a complete dead zone. Front desk attendant was extremely rude. We had to ask for all amenities including towels and wash cloths. They refused to request tech support when asked about the wifi. The cafe that was advertised was closed the entire time. They had an associate from sea world in lobby trying to sell tickets at half price that wanted us to lie about our income and refused to issue a refund when we were unable to make the last minute "sales presentation" they demanded was mandatory to be able to go to sea world. And she told us that the Orlando resort tickets were unavailable and we could not or wouldn't be able to go to the Harry Potter theme parks, which we did obtain 4 tickets for three days. I would definitely say they do not live up to their standards or what I've experienced from others in their chain

No recomiendo este hotel. De entrada la recepcionista que te atiende (llamada MONA) es antipática, no habla nada de español y no se esmera por hacerse entender. Nos dio una habitación al fondo de todo, cerca del basurero. Súper lejos de la recepción. En el cuarto había pulgas, era entrar y rascarse, a mi hijo de 6 años se le formaban ronchas. Este hotel necesita ser REMODELADO! La alfombra es viejísima, se nota la mugre acumulada. No podías dejar nada de comida, porque rondaban las cucarachas. Nos pasó que se desprendió el espejo de la puerta del baño UN PELIGRO! si llegaba a caer arriba de alguien. Se nota que la madera de la puerta estaba podrida. El último día tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con la recepcionista mal educada TIFFANY. El día anterior me atendió MONA le comenté que mi checkout iba hacer temprano a las 8 am, y me comentó que no iba haber inconveniente. Cuando me presento antes de las 8am, con el traslado en la puerta, está SRATIFFANY De muy mala forma me responde de que mi depósito de u$s150 que era en efectivo me lo podían devolver después de las 9.30 hs cuando venía la persona que revisaba la habitación ,siendo que el día anterior me dijeron no tener inconveniente. Empezó a gritarme, cuando le exigí que necesitaba ese depósito para el otro hotel, se negaba a dármelo. Siguio gritándome, hasta quiso llamar a seguridad para que me saquen. En fin me lo devolvió, pero le tuve que dar la tarjeta a de crédito, me cobro u$s200 + TAX! Una vergüenza!!! Hasta el día de hoy no me lo devolvieron. NECESITAN RECEPCIONISTAS MÁS AMABLES Y CON GANAS DE TRABAJAR:

They cancelled my 4 day stay because I did not check-in the first night (flight was postponed), even though they were notified of my delay and were told that I will check in the next morning. Claimed that they did not have any more rooms, but I was able to book one online. Also the rooms/beds are very old

Horrible Experience/ DONT STAY HERE EVER
Horrible experience. We were guaranteed 2 hour early check in but once we arrived and tried to check in they looked at us like we had 3 heads and made us wait 2 more hours. An older lady working the counter named Tiffany was very rude and condescending to us and many other guests, especially a foreign family that didn’t speak much English. This Hotel was listed as “Pet-friendly” but never anywhere were their specific pet rules listed such as: the 30lb limit and that when booking your room you need to specify that you have a pet so they can get you a “pet-specific room.” When booking on Hotels.com their was no prompt of “yes” or “no” if we have a pet or not. It is to be inferred that if it’s listed under “pet-friendly” then that should be exactly what it states. Also since Ramada doesn’t currently have a website their was NO possible way for us to know any of this. We paid for a very nice room with a view and king size bed but due to us “not specifying we had a dog” we got downgraded to a room with two full-size beds and didn’t even get the a refund for the leftover money spent on our original very nice room. The beds were hard as a rock and never did we ever get an apology for them not making us aware of all their policies. They treated us as if it was all our faults. The AC was out in the lobby during our whole 3 day stay. On our last day we were to check out at 11am but a employee from the office was knocking at our door at 9am rushing us to get out. This stay was a joke.

If I could give zero I would. Don't walk, run and run fast from this place. I should have listened to the reviews. When I booked this place, I was on the phone with John for about an hour asking questions about the rooms and he said to stay in the tower so that is what I booked with him because the bad reviews where with the outside motel looking rooms. So we paid extra to stay in the towers. However when we arrived they said we were booked for the outside rooms so I showed them our paperwork and showed them what we hadbooked that's when things went left. They said it doesn't show in their system that this what we booked and if we wanted to stay in the tower it would be an upgrade of $80.00 plus $16.00 dollars more a night. I tried canceling and getting the money back that we had already paid and was told it wasnon refundable. Mean while there was a family next to us checking in as well and was having the very same problem as us and was told the very same thing. Nevertheless we paid the extra amount. Went to the room and it was not as clean as it could have. With Covid-19 running around I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room more to my standards. I took pictures a d showed to front desk. Iwas told that they would talk to the Cleaning crew. See attached pictures. So if you still choose to stay here it's on you.

Llevo esperando a 1 mes desde que nos alojamos ahí y aún no me han devuelto la garantía. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado de los parques y los outlet. La habitacion que nos tocó muy cómoda y limpia. La atención en recepción es muy mala sobre todo en el horario de la noche. Los restaurantes del hotel cierran a las 22hs (no 23hs como dicen en su página web). La pileta se ve limpia y agradable para usarla. Las habitaciones tienen una pequeña heladera y cafetera para desayuno. Al lado del hotel está Starbucks y Walmart y en frente hay locales para comprar cosas de Disney. Muy cerca caminando está McDonald's, Walgreens, CVS y pizzerias.

Le doy 5 estrellas porque las personas que trabajan ahí fueron muy amables el hotel no está actualizado en sus mobiliario pero mu habitación estaba muy limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. El área de la piscina está en buenas condiciones

NO RECOMENDABLE El personal es muy grosero, no te ayudan y son poco corteses. Las habitaciones están asquerosas, las toallas de manos tenían pelos, todo el baño repleto de hormigas (avisamos y no hicieron nada), huelen feo los pasillos. Lo unico bueno que tiene el hotel es la cercanía a los parques Disney, de ahí en fuera está horrible.

This place has been completely remodeled twice since the 90s there is absolutely nothing I was expecting there to be. This place used to be for children it is now just one giant Conference Center for corporate Giants. It's a good place I guess if you're just looking for a hotel room for the night and you want to pay a resort fee for a swimming pool outside.

Fui muito bem tratado pelo funcionário da noite que me recebeu as 11:20 da noite e também da gerente do dia seguinte as 7:30 da manhã. Excelentes profissionais. Hotel muitobem localizado, ao lado do Walmart, que íamos andando. Hospedado na torre de frente pra rua, consegue-se ver partes de 3 parques da Disney, adorei, nota 10! Voltarei certamente.

So this is just our Second night on the property and so far everything has been wonderful! I don't really understand any of the bad reviews because they don't seem very fair. I hope people staying here read my review because I was nervous after reading some reviews and I have to completely disagree with them. Everyone seems so friendly! House keeping did an awesome job! And the best part is we can see the fire works from Disney in our Hotel room! I was even able to check in early! So with that being said please give this hotel a a chance you will not be disappointed and thank you to the receptionist who put us in such a great room with a magical view my kiddos have been so excited!
