A great choice for business travellers - nice, clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Location might not be too convenient for tourists - it is quite far from the downtown Antwerp but it is still manageable with public transport or a taxi. Parking cannot be reserved in advance but the capacity is usually sufficient unless there is an event in the hotel.
Very pleasant, one night stay in Antwerp: the access to the hotel is easy, the parking places are wide (extra fee of 15€). The rooms are spacious, very clean and the beds are very confortable. The breakfast offered a varied choice of sweet / salty dishes, including fresh fruit. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to the main road axes. Highly recommend it for business trips.
Standard business hotel, once you step inside you could be anywhere in the world. Room was decently sized, TV and fridge worked, view was pleasant. Bathroom was hygienic, but stained in places such as the grout in the bath and the knob that lowers the plug, but the provided soaps were nice. Service was satisfactory, staff spoke English fluently but were largely unable to offer tourism advice or loan items that you may have forgotten, such as an umbrella or a travel adapter. Breakfast offerings limited but there's something for everyone, including vegan milk. Location is terrible if you have any kind of tourism ambitions, it's a 45 minute walk from the old town and 30 minutes from the closest thing that you could call a point of interest.
The rooms are quite large and at a fair price, cleaned regularly and maintained well. The restaurant (breakfast, lunch and diner) is decent; not too great but very variated and always fresh. It's location is alright for most people. You can easily take any means of public transport in order to go to Antwerp city. Overall, a decent accommodation choice.
I stayed here because my flight to London was cancelled and the airline booked the hotel for me. I can't say I was disappointed. The hotel was pretty great and the receptionist was one of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever met. I had some trouble due to weather conditions and she helped change my transportation on two different occasions. At the same time she offered recommendations about the route I should take back to the airport. That being said, the hotel can use a very small renovation mainly for carpets and bathrooms.
