Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Para ser revisto o sistema elétrico, muitas tomadas elétricas não funcionam tão bem quanto o secador de cabelo. nem todos os quartos possuem geladeira e microondas, é com base perguntar e... BAM cheguei! Lugar muito seguro, todos os dias a patrulha policial termina aqui, como a de Pompéia e ambulâncias

Um pouco de carro para a cidade. O tempo estava limpo, sem insetos - procurou percevejos e baratas não viram. O quarto era ótimo, apesar de falhas cosméticas. A equipe foi amigável. O "lanche" com o quarto premium foi uma volta de pipoca, frutas secas e nozes, uma água, com suco de laranja. E 2 barras de granola diferentes. A carne era muito confortável.

Eu tenho uma deficiência ... eles tinham um quarto para deficientes e era nojento. Fazia muito tempo que não era limpo. A chave não funcionou. O alarme estava pendurado na parede... não havia controle remoto da TV. A recepção teve uma atitude. Eu tive que usar um quarto regular que era melhor, mas a água do chuveiro corria por todo o chão do banheiro. Este foi um pesadelo total. NÃO RESERVE LÁ.

Minha experiência lá foi algo que eu nunca experimentei em minhas viagens. O hotel está em uma ótima localização, mas é redondo. Personagens suspeitos vagavam pelos corredores, fumando maconha ou cigarros que cobriam as escadas diariamente. Fiquei lá 11 dias. Eu paguei mais de $ 800 dólares. O quarto não valia isso. A primeira coisa que me disseram foi que, se eu decidisse sair do hotel, você não seria reembolsado. Depois da minha primeira noite, entendi por que ela fez esse comentário. Serve aa um abrigo para moradores de rua! Minha bengala de susto, alguns dias depois, o alarme de incêndio disparou enquanto eu dormia. Liguei para o escritório algumas vezes, mas não houve resposta. Não existe um plano de emergência em vigor. Eu estava com medo, tudo o que eu via eram bandidos andando perto do meu quarto. Um pedido de desculpas veio dias depois da gerente Claudia somente depois que entrei em contato com a empresa. Essa experiência me deixou traumatizada 😪 😫. ELES PRECISAM DIZER

Ótimo hotel minutos de carro da estação de metrô Shady Groove. Estávamos visitando Washington em um fim de semana e o estacionamento do metrô é gratuito e vazio nos fins de semana, então tivemos a oportunidade de explorar a cidade. O quarto do hotel estava muito limpo quando chegamos. Infelizmente, não havia serviço de quarto em um fim de semana, mas levamos toalhas limpas na recepção. Estacionou o carro em frente ao nosso quarto. Houve também guarda de segurança do hotel patrulhando a área, então nos sentimos muito seguros lá. Eu recomendo este hotel e nós definitivamente voltaremos lá na próxima vez que estivermos na área.

My experience there was something I have never experience in my travels. The hotel is in a great location but it's round down. Suspicious characters roamed the hall ways, smoking weed or cigarettes which covered the stairs on a daily basis. I stayed there 11 days. I paid over $800 dollars. The room was not worth that. The first thing I was told was that if I decided to leave the hotel u would not be refunded your money. After my first night I understood why she made that comment. It serves aa a shelter for homeless people! My scare cane a few days later the fire alarm went off while I slept. I called the office a few times but there was no answer. There is not an emergency plan in place. I was scared all I saw was hoodlums walking near my room. An apology came days later from the manager Claudia only after I reached out to corporate. That experience left me traumatized 😪 😫. THEY NEED TO TELL

Great hotel minutes drive from Shady Groove metro station. We were visiting Washington on a weekend and the metro parking is free and empty on the weekends so we had an opportunity to explore the city. The hotel room was very clean when we arrived. Unfortunately there was no room service on a weekend but we took fresh towels at the front desk. Parked the car right in front of our room. There was also hotel security guard patrolling the area so we felt very safe in there. I am highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return there next time we are in the area.

I have a disability...they had ONE handicapped room and it was disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned in a LONG TIME. The key didn't work.
The alarm was hanging off the wall...there was no TV remote. The front desk had an attitude. I had to use a regular room which was better but the shower water ran all over the bathroom floor. This was a total nightmare.
DO NOT BOOK THERE.

A little drive to the city. The time were clean, no bugs- looked for bed bugs and roaches saw neither. The room was great despite a cosmetic flaws. The staff was friendly. The "snack" with the premium room was a back of popcorn, dried fruit and nuts, a water, on orange juice. And 2 different granola bars. The beef was very comfortable.

A equipe é muito útil, única reclamação principalmente, teve danos causados pela água no quarto em que fiquei, piso do banheiro não foi concluído completamente. E pode sentir o cheiro dos danos da água no quarto. Não consegui tirar o cheiro

Staff is very helpful, only complaint mainly, had water damage in the room that I stayed in, bathroom floor wasn't finished completely. And can smell the water damage in the room. Couldn't get the smell to go away
