No le pongo menos x k la ubicación es buena, una habitación minúscula y para colmo no había agua caliente. Una de mis peores elecciones, nada recomendable x lo k a mi respecta. Teníamos el baño común enfrente lo k nos dificultó descansar de noche x las idas y venidas de la gente, espero k ellos si pudieran lavarse con agua caliente.

Nosotros cogimos tres noches y nos fuimos a la segunda .lo peor ya no era la habitación nos subieron como tres pisos y escaleras empinadapodían decirlo solo decían no ascensor pero no como tres partes no ñno recomiendo

Pongo una estrella para poder poner el comentario, el propietario es un sin vergüenza, le reservamos 4 habitaciones por motivos de trabajo a través de Booking y por motivos del covid 19no pudimos pasar en la aduana, hablamos con él para que no nos hiciera el cargo, diciéndonos que no. Nos preocupáramos que no nos lo hacia, cuando nos dimos cuenta nos cargo 780€, le llamas o le escribes por correo y no da respuesta

Nesse momento que estamos passando o hotel só pensa em dinheiro tenho uma data agendada 22/03 todas as fronteiras fechada não consigo adiar pq não sabemos quanto tempo vai demorar eles não querem me devolver o dinheiro se eu quiser adiar tenho já que colocar uma data pq se não pago uma multa que decepção no momento que estamos passando.

Es una pensión sencilla, pero muy limpia y acogedora, la cama es comodísima y aunque vine en enero y no tiene calefacción, en la habitación había un radiador de aceite que hizo la estancia muy confortable. Repetiría

Lugar espantoso. Me aceptaron la reserva y luego me la rechazaban continuamente porque decían que había un problema con la tarjeta. No atienden el teléfono. Finalmente fui en persona y pude entrar en la habitación donde había restos de comida y bebida, restos de jabones de otras personas, bolsas, todo sucio. Zona ruidosa, calor en la habitación y entorno peligroso a ciertas horas.

Una habitación con cama y un baño , pequeño pero está bien situado , céntrico,cerca de todo tipo de transporte , se oye algún ruido pero la calle es tranquila .

O preço era bom mas o sítio mesmo onde estava...edifício velho, um pouco degradado. As portadas não fechavam pelo que fiquei exposto à luz da rua e barulho a noite toda. O wc era melhor que o quarto, a porta do quarto precisava de ser substituída pois entra muita luz, barulho e frio do corredor. A rececionista era muito simpática. Preparem-se para subir escadas grandes sem elevador. Já me disseram que pelo preço que paguei, em Lisboa, é o que se pode arranjar. Oh well...

Great location, within walking distance of Rossio metro and plenty of eateries, town plaza etc. Only issues are that the shower stall is a bit cramp and there’s no tv. Beds are comfy and room is pretty spacious. Hot water is available in the kitchen too. Very convenient place. The room has pretty thin walls but sleep quality is fine. Will be back.

The rooms are clean and, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, no TV (not that we were planning on spending much time in them), no air-conditioning, and the front facing rooms are noisy. Very very noisy. A group of people will hang around the alley and have what might be the loudest conversation in Lisbon, well late into the night.
If you close the windows, it's too hot inside. Can't imagine it being possible to stay here during the summer. To add to the ensemble, bin lorry comes at 1:30 am to pick-up the street bins. And they are loud!
The beds are not particularly good, but I've slept in worst ones.
The location is very central and an easy walk to a lot of nice places.
Overall, I will never stay here again.

The central location was the only good thing about this accommodation, otherwise it was a huge disappointment.The room did not look anywhere ear the pictures from booking. com and it had an integrated bathroom to it with a semi transparent wall, so that you could see the toilet a meter and half from you when you were lying in the bed.I don't think I deserved this for 132 EUR for 3 nights.Staff was helpful, but that could not help me overcome me huge disappointment.Bedding was clean and the room got cleaned in the morning.

This Residential Geres accommodation was very interesting. As far as I concern I loved the stunning architecture and the colourful tiles in the lobby. I loved the helpfulness of one of the receptionists who helped us with everything we needed ,from finding a Portuguese restaurant to Fado concerts.
I did not liked the room, it was so tiny, the bathroom was outside and we needed a key and the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but still I liked this place. It was very basic , but still. Depends what you want. If you want something authentic Portuguese , than you don't care of other conditions.
