O hotel em si é incrível, a equipe extremamente prestativa, o quarto espaçoso e bem equipado.Mas: a piscina está em manutenção, o restaurante também está e você receberá seu café da manhã à vontade em seu quarto com pratos que têm a qualidade de companhia aérea baixa na classe econômica.Portanto, a experiência geral para mim foi 'está tudo bem', mas dei uma estrela extra, pois eles realmente tentaram compensar esses problemas de uma maneira muito generosa e amigável, o que conta muito para mim

The hotel itself is amazing, the staff extremely helpful, the room spacious and well equipped.
But: the pool is under maintenance, so is the restaurant and you will receive your breakfast on stray in your room with dishes that have the quality of low carrier airline in economy.
So overall experience for me was 'it's ok' but I gave an extra star since they really tried to make up for those issues in a very generous and friendly way which counts for me a lot

Our stay was really Good!!! But the interior including the carpets looked bit old. But the staff was good. He gave us the preferred floor and the sea view.
And also a big executive room. Enjoyed the swimming pool too.

Absolutely horrible hotel. They overbooked not one but 10+ rooms. When I reached hotel at 2 am (mid night) .. they said they don't have room. Already one more person was waiting. Later 8 more people joined us. They were so horrible that they denied giving us blankets or even cup of coffee till 9 am. All 10 people were asked to wait on 19th floor. And this is what happens almost daily.Rooms are way below average. Too old and wallpapers have come off. There is no iron not hair dryer in the room. Any room service takes ages and after multiple reminders.Never book this hotel.

I had a great stay here, the staff are very polite and hospitable. Specifically Abdul. He’s very kind and wishing me to have a good year! I hope so abdul!! And So do you! Thank you so much!!
Foods are also delicious and the receptionist are very accommodating ☺️

Very much disappointed about the service and the room. When v entered that timev complaint about the AC is not working. They sent 1 man he said something blah blah and went.. Next day we are waiting to repair it.. 2 men came they told they need to cut the ceiling area to repair it and it ll take min 2 hours.. As me and my husband both are allergic to dust how can we allow them to do so. 2nd day is most horrible as my 4 years old was crying out of hunger I called them 4 times but no proper response..they r not allowing outside food to deliver atleast to the reception..Then I called and scolded them after that I got it. V paid for our food and room. They r treating as if v r staying for free. Food is also not upto expectations.. Even for water v have to call them again and again..

Nice room and amenities.But disappointed by the attitude of the staffs over the phone to get service that they promised. Need to improve the communication standard and gratitude for the work what they are paid for.It's not acceptable to keep on calling for the room service and the reception even for a coffee powder and delivering after two hours especiallyin the morning time.Sorry to say this, chosing this hotel was my mistake .To the supervisors,It's 2022. Come on. Wake up ...

Everything aspect in this Hotel if fine and best. Be the Reception or Kitchen, Manager and Rooms boys and other staff, all are very well trained and conditioned for the best customer service.I can go on writing every aspect in detailed but am concerned with what is important to you, hence be free and open to immediately select your stay and dine in this Hotel.

Eu fiquei neste hotel por 2 dias para quarentena, e. O serviço que eles prestaram é muito grato. E excelente.As equipes de arrumação foram muito ativas e sempre disponíveis e deram um serviço perfeito. Por outro lado, os funcionários da recepção também são muito ativos e é muito fácil pegá-los. E eles são chamados de volta novamente. Se houver algum problema comigo. E a comida que estão fornecendo para as pessoas que estão hospedadas no hotel é bem aceitável em tudo. Localização também muito excelente ..

I was stayed at this hotel for 2 days for quarantine, and.the service they provided is very appreciative. And excellent.
Housekeeping staffs were very active and always available and they given perfect service. In other hand the reception staffs also very active , and its very easy to catch them. And they are call back again. If any problem me.
And food they are providing for the people who is staying in hotel is good acceptable at all. Location also very excellent..
