He estado en muchos hoteles de Riu. La calidad del servicio es la calidad Riu, pero sin pegas. Y el buffet, EXCELENTE. El mejor con diferencia. Es extraño poder mantener un standart de calidad tan alto en un lugar tan apartado como éste.

I do think the restaurant staff have too many tables and aren’t able to deliver 5* service. It’s very hard to get your drinks topped up during your meal that would be my only negative feedback.

From start to finish even still here until 14th November this place is A absolute dump 2 to 3 star at best rooms dirty took 5 days to get cleaned mini bar never stocked , have 1 girl doing 48 covers in restaurant with not time to clean tables properly even tho covid . One night in Italian because they ran out of plates run under tap and reused (disgusting) Toilet in room still not fixed in 7 days Wife who does not drink told only beer or wine to drink or tuff. Manager Mario and tui rep pet total waste of time both think they above paying customer good luke with that one see how far it get you , both tell lies and blame each other but nothing ever gets done sig would struggle to live in this dump I still her room 3002 until 14 if anyone cares I just want to go home don't feel safe here no masks no nothing

Num hotel Riu e sobretudo num Palace, inaugurado recentemente, comer sem toalhas e com os talheres e pratos sobre a mesa, é no mínimo digno de hotel de muito menor qualidade. Cordialidade do seu sub director, Henrique, que, atentamente, ouviu algumas das minhas críticas. Pessoal muito cordial. Ótimas instalações mas com falhas como as de comermos sem toalhas (em 10 dias somente 3 vezes as utilizaram!!!). Aconselho vivamente o Riu Palace Cabo Verde, onde o serviço, quiçá por ter um director mais eficiente, é melhor e mais barato do que este Riu Palace Santa Maria.

Um hotel Maravilhoso. Comida 5* imensa variedade de comida tanto ao pequeno almoço, como almoço e jantar e pequenos snacks durante a tarde, piscinas e quartos muito bons os quartos com muitas boas condições muito amplos, limpeza ao máximo diária apesar que onde ficamos foi num dos quartos com piscina privada, a praia onde situa o hotel é boa apesar de o mar se apresentar um bocado agitado mas é 5*, água limpa e azul turquesa e sobretudo morna, simpátia dos funcionários 5*. Se repetiria esta experiência? Sem sombra de dúvida que voltaria a repetir e no mesmo hotel.

O hotel tem muito boas instalações e o staff no geral é fantástico! Os snacks durante a tarde são fracos, tudo à base de fritos e muita carne. As bebidas do buffet ao almoço e jantar não são de qualidade. O acesso à praia é longe, o mar fica muito distante. A animação à noite também é fraca. A juntar ao que gostamos menos, tínhamos o voo de regresso à meia noite, o hotel estava praticamente vazio e não nos foi permitido um late check out sem custos extra (o custo do late check out é quase o custo de uma noite no hotel). Reforço, o bom trabalho do staff com destaque para o riu fun e riu fit 5 estrelas.

El resort más instagrameable. Puro postureoSí. Encontrarás unas instalaciones de ensueño. Bonito diseño y formas que te transportarán a mundos exóticos. Un precioso hall con cafeterías te dará la bienvenida. Largas pasarelas hacia los bungalows cercadas por pequeñas palmeras aúnpequeñas para disgusto de algunos clientes, pero lógicamente empezando a crecer como el recién estrenado hotel. Al fondo una hilera de cinco piscinas mirando a la infinita playa. Pero las apariencias engañan. La trampa está en la comida,tan fundamental en un viaje. Se recrean en disponer de varios restaurantes temáticos y el aviso de "algunos restaurantes cerrados" en realidad es "solo el buffet abierto" y si la razón es sanitaria, el desfile de gente es todo menos seguro (subo vídeo). Durante el día el nada variado snack de la playa alivia un poco el aforo pero a la noche se dispara el riesgo. Se agradecería poder cenar algún día a la carta y no todo en autoservicio con apenas dos o tres puestos calentados al momento y en parrillas donde se mezclan todos los sabores. Aparentemente es un maravilloso resort pero realmente le faltan pulir muchas cosas para ser considerado un cinco estrellas. La animacióna lo largo del día es escasa; servicios diferenciadores como el parque de atracciones están cerrados no se sabe muy bien porqué (el de los niños está abierto); el mantenimiento de las piscinas se hace algún día en horario de baño; en la habitación los dispensadores de cereales están sin estrenar; no hay amenities básicos como un gorro de ducha, ni zapatillas o albornoz; en el minibar solo encontrarás agua; etc; etc.

Hotel de decoração contemporânea. Muito recente (abriu em Março 2021).Os quartos são confortáveis. A limpezaé uma constante, todos os dias no quarto como habitual neste tipo de hoteis mas acima de tudo nas zonas comuns (restaurantes e wcs de apoio às piscinas). O staff é muito simpático e prestavel. Tem várias piscinas viradas para a praia, todas pouco profundas (1,10). As bebidas no bar da piscina deviam ser melhoradas. A comidaé a expectável nada de extraordinario mas no geral tem qualidade. Se a ideia for fazer praia a localização do hotel não é a melhor, o mar é perigoso, com ondulação bastante forte, por regra está bandeira amarela e no ultimo dia da minha estadia esteve bandeira vermelha. Se a ideia for relaxar, comer e beber este é o sitio certo. Visitem Cabo Verde, serão com toda a certeza bem acolhidos.

Hotel novo e moderno! No entanto a nivel de limpeza, No quarto tinha um saco de cha utilizado na zona de bebidas do quarto, cabelos no duche e areia na casa! Visita quase diarias de baratas =/ Ainda a referir que lata de funcionários na recepcao de mentir na nossa cara. A quando a solicitação de velas de aniv., foi me ditobque tinham caso paga se para ter o bolo de aniversário, como indiquei que nao queria o bolo disseram que nao tinham velas...., nem as vendiam!!! Passado uns minutos, diceram que iriao tratar. E arranjaram 2 velas. Mas fiquei mal impressionada num pedido tao simples.

Areas do resort muito grandes bem arranjandas e com jardins ainda em formação. Funcionarios muito simpaticos e atenciosos. Zona de piscinas muito grande c farias piscinas com e sem bares imcluidos. Buffet nos primeiros dias foi fraco mas melhorou a medida da estadia o que coincidiu com uma.vistoria de directores da cadeia riu. Nenu de bebidas variado e com mt qualidade, com a presenca de bebidas locais muito boas. Devido ao tamanho do resort o Check-in pode tornar se um caus se houver chegada de muitos hospedes em conjunto.

O hotel não tem elevadores épreciso subir ou descer com as malas hámão enfim não tem nível para 5 estrelas têm muito que melhorar

Hotel bonito y tranquilo, con muy buenas y nuevas instalaciones, personal amable y profesional y buena calidad en el servicio de todo incluido, tanto comida como bebida. Las piscinas son grandes y cómodas y están a pie de playa. Echamos en falta algo más de animación nocturna , como los espectáculos típicos en este tipo de resorts ( si había música en vivo y los animadores organizaban karaokes y alguna que otra actividad) .Los restaurantes temáticos no abrían todos los días, (imagino que por haber pocos huéspedes debido al covid) . Está situado a 25 minutos caminando de Santa maría.

We have been staying here for a few days now, and I have to say this place is amazing. From the good, which is way better than it ought to be in an all into the super friendly staff.
And honestly, the swim up bar in the adults only pool was on point from the first moment. I was just sitting there, drowning my white russian. And upon finishing my drink, they immediately proceeded to make me a new one.
It was clear they got me, as this is what I want from a all-inclusive.
Once this pandemic is done, we are coming here again.

Lovely clean hotel! We are here now and enjoying a lovely holiday. We have a swim up room and it’s lovely. After reading reviews I Emailed the hotel and asked for room 4809 as it has a sea view, sun all day and no one walking past. This room was not available so they gave us next door 4808! It’s wonderful so private and we have the sun from 11am until 6pm! The food is very good, a fantastic selection. The staff on the whole are great. Look out for Delly she’s a smashing waitress that will look after you. If you want winter sun with great food RUI Palace won’t disappoint. My only slight criticism is not enough sun beds on the beach and very crowded beds round the pool! We are lucky enough to have a lovely terrace and pool, as unless you get up at silly o’clock you won’t get a bed on the beach! And in a 5* would wouldn’t expect to have the ridiculous subbed wars!!! Should be enough beds on the beach not to need to get up at 5am to reserve one!

Here at the moment the hotel is really clean and the staff are great the food is really good too. The animation staff are lovely and put on good entertainment and if you like to exercise plenty of classes. The room is lovely the view could be better but its not bad I imagine the ones with sea view are amazing. The pool is lovely but don't think you can leave it till late morning to get a sunbed as they are taken pretty quick. The beach is something else as long as you don't look to the left of the hotel as there is a building site a new hotel but its far enough away and the beach is still amazing.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. They have ample room to lounge around in and excellent bathroom facilities.
The hotel has several restaurants some require prebooking. The food in all the ones we visited was excellent and the service was very good.
The staff were very friendly and polite.

The staff were friendly, the cocktails were excellent, the resort itself was reasonable green compared to the rest of the island. The food was sub par and gave me food poisoning so be careful what you eat. Overall a lovely resort but they need to be improve their food.
