Very good very good service and if I returned to Rome I would return to this place

1. ATTENTION, this is an old building, and NOT a hotel.
2 . the woman who received us was only capable of speaking Italian and nothing else. She used a translator on her phone (which isn't very accurate)
3. The bathroom is a bit dissapointing. The shower is very small and the toilet is very loud.
4. The breakfast is not a buffet. It's in a small café next to the residence. you'll only receive a drink and a croissant.
5. The furniture is plain and cheap, which makes the atmosphere bad.
6. You don't have have any own kitchen utensils. They are in a hallway outside of your room. The fridge is small. But the utensils are very good.
7. A good thing about this is the location. Everything important is near the residence!

The worst place I ever found ! They change mine and my mum holiday in nightmare. unprofessional owner. Not helpful . I was in Italy 3 times before and this people are first people not nice , not care and not thinking. Hope I will never find someone like them.

When we first checked in everything was very good. I paid for the room upfront and we did not have cash for the city tax and so the host said to leave it on the desk in the room when we had cash, we thought that was very accomadating of her, during our last night however someone in the hotel had a party and people were trying to get into our room, they were yelling and it was very scary, I wrote the host on her cell phone provided and tried to contact her, she did not answer, they continued to let people in and out of the hotel all night, she did not write me back until 10 am the next morning by then we were checked out, we had left the keys and the 21 dollar city tax on the table in our room, as she instructed us to do. We then proceeded to contact booking. Com and leave a review she became angry at the review and tried to tell them we didn't leave the 21 city tax, I ended up having to end the conversation due to her saying "things will come to haunt you in the future". Wish things would of worked out differently and she would have just listened to our story and be honest about the fact that we did leave the city tax but what can ya do.

The cost of the booked room was € 120 / night with breakfast. What are you doing in a bar? Exorbitant price (even if I had no choice) for a dirty room with a smelly bathroom. Of course the b & b is very central, but it's not worth it. Book somewhere else.

The Rooms are nice. Not big but nice. Really good service by the new owner Barbara. She's been really kind and organized a perfect transfer and gave us a Crashkurs in Rom where to go. Really nice.
