Apartamento muito espaçoso com varanda. Restaurantes com comida variada e de boa qualidade. O hotel fornece toalhas de praia e se não quisermos ir no transporte oferecido para ir à praia é possível ir à pé facilmente. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque o empreendimento não faz recolha seletiva das garrafas e das tampinhas. Por dia, são centenas de garrafas que vão para o lixo comum. Com a recolha das tampinhas o grupo Nau poderia associar-se a uma instituição e oferecer equipamentos.

Apartamento espaçoso e confortável porém o sinal de tv de muita fraca qualidade, um cheiro a esgoto nas casas de banho e um frigorífico que não esfria nada, numa semana com temperaturas a 40°.O sistema de marcação nos restaurantes deixa muito a desejar, devia ser possível ver o que seria servido para se poder escolher e deveria ter mais disponibilidade nos horários. É necessário mais variedade nas comidas, ao fim de uns dias torna-se bastante repetitiva.A zona das piscinas é excelente e há espreguiçadeiras para quase todos os hóspedes porém o serviço de troca de toalhas é péssimo e não há toalhas suficientes.O maior ponto forte deste hotel é sem dúvida o Kidsclub e as atividades que propõem para as crianças.

Para o preço do hotel o que mais desiludiu é o buffet. É sempre pizza, carne de porco e massas. O gerente de F&B se tem o orçamento apertado mesmo assim deve conseguir apresentar algo melhor aos hóspedes que não pagam barato para se hospedar.

No geral, a estadia foi ótima. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem limpos. Nos restaurantes existem imensas medidas devido à pandemia que os tornam seguros (desinfeção das mãos obrigatória em vários locais, marcação das refeições, uso dos pratos/ copos apenas uma vez, mesmo que pretenda repetir). Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, simpáticos e prestáveis no geral. Em relação à estadia anterior neste mesmo hotel, acho que a animação na piscina está mais “fraca” (menos atividades), e na minha opinião a música na piscina poderia ser mais variada. Também o chão na zona da piscina, talvez devido ao vento durante a noite, estava bastante sujo o que se tornava desconfortável quando nos deslocávamos da espreguiçadeira para a piscina e vice versa. Contudo, a piscina manteve-se sempre limpa. Alguns pontos negativos foram o facto de em alguns dias não haverem toalhas de piscina limpas de manhãe em todos os dias não haver água fresca no bar da piscina, também de manhã. A acrescentar, uma vez que permitem que os clientes em dia de check out usufruam da piscina durante a tarde, a zona de duche junto às casas de banho da receção poderia ser melhorada. A animação noturna é variada e melhorou em relação à estadia anterior. Resumindo, apesar dos pontos menos bons que sempre existem, espero voltar numa próxima oportunidade.

Quero deixar aqui o meu agradecimento público a esta unidade hoteleira. Fiz férias em Julho durante uma semana e com todas as condicionantes a que a Covid19 obriga, conseguiram proporcionar um experiência excelente. O espaço é fantástico, bem organizado, limpo e os funcionários e animadores de uma simpatia enorme. Não posso igualmente deixar de referir o excelente acolhimento e acompanhamento feito pela colaboradora Marta Leonor desde o momento em que chegámos. Superou completamente as nossas expectativas e a sua atenção pelo cliente vai muito além daquilo que seria expectável. Parabéns!

Experiência positivaNAU Salgados Palm Village ApartmentsHotel vocacionado essencialmente para famílias. Com a entrada da pandemia percebe-se que os espaços comuns nas zonas das piscinas e nos bares são reduzidos. A praia fica a 700 metros do hotel.O apartamento é sóbrio, moderno e com varanda ampla. As palmeiras encontram-se espalhadas por todo o empreendimento, conferindo zonas de alguma sombra e frescura. A animação do hotel é boa com os inconvenientes que acarreta para quem procura algum descanso, mas com imensas vantagens para os mais novos. Por volta das 10h começa a música e animação, terminando por volta das 23h com o espectáculo junto à recepção. Bebidas à descrição, embora servidas moderadamente de álcool para prevenir extremos estados de alma.Tem três restaurantes que procuram apresentar ementas variadas, pelo que não se torna repetitivo ao longo de uma semana. A destacar o profissionalismo e simpatia dos empregados que apesar de alguns virem de países não lusófonos, procuram entender o português.João Pires autor

Hotel was definitely not a 5 star 3/4 at best.
Hotel is set on large grounds but has very little to do. Evening entertainment is hit and miss some really good performers and shows but gets a bit repetitive. They focus more on children than anything else,Yes lots of pools but as the weeks went on the pool area weren't 100 percent clean especially around the main entertainment pool and pools them self's.
Pre booking meals is a nightmare as the hotspot Internet service is very poor at times during the day. Food was luke warm or cold at the best of times we gave up eating in the Eagle as we found ourselves always trying to swat flies away.
Rooms are very big , bathrooms really nice are very comfortable but everything is very dark, / dark colours which hides the dirty marks etc . There to me were also alot of hazards like block stones sticking up and out and uneven etc ,(see pic)
Amenities near by are very limited only thing really is the free train to the stunning beach which we couldn't fault .
Staff ( most of them) were really helpful and friendly Ignas, Bernard always. Paula in the shop was so lovely and friendly to.
We travelled through tui and they let our stay down the most.
Weather was fantastic.
Wasn't all bad but probably wouldnt visit this hotel again sorry.

Big and good rooms.
Huge grounds, multiple pools. Kids loved the music and playgrounds. Food was surprisingly nice, you had options all time. Kids want to come back. Comfortable huge beds were a good surprise.

Had a fantastic holiday here rooms where amazing much like a apartment so spacious. Food was very good too 3 restaurants you won't be disappointed never found anything I wouldn't eat. Pools where good but not heated so a bit cold all 9 in all in different depths. You got pool towels to you could change everyday if needed by the entertainment and reception area. Beach was a half hour walk away or you could use the free bus at side of hotel. Entertainment was OK could have been better beers and drinks fine for all-inclusive but the cocktails where fantastic plenty to choose from. Download uber app for use in Portugal as its great was only 10 euros to albervia from the hotel for a day out. Definitely would go back to this village apartments thks.

Excelente sitio, habitaciones grandes, nuevas y muy limpias, el personal muy agradable, las instalaciones y servicios son muy buenas, tiene 3 restaurantes con mucha variedad y buena calidad, cocktails hechos en el momento y atención para los niños todo el tiempo y con un personal muy atento con los niños. Cuenta con 10 piscinas y servicio diario de toallas. En resumen un buen hotel, un verdadero 4 estrellas.

Me and my wife stayed here for a long weekend away, which was a birthday treat to me. The accommodation was very nice, comfortable, spacious and clean. The food was of a good standard, although we only had one evening meal here and enjoyed the two restaurants which are a short walk from the front of the hotel. The hotel staff were very happy to help and they all seemed to have a great attitude, not only the staff but the Portuguese people in general. We did notice however that the pools were very busy and overcrowded for the size of them and there was not enough sun loungers to go around. We simply walked to the beach, which is about a 10 minute stroll away. This could be an issue if you have any children with you as you are on holiday and the easiest option is what you would want. You have to pay for sun loungers at the beach and your food and beverages, perhaps some sort of link up between the two would or could be beneficial to all parties including the tourist.

The accomodation is very good. There are 3, buffet style restaurants with good variety and quality of food.Being canteen style theybare noisy, so not a relaxed dinner I g experience. The pools are nice. There is a beautiful beach 15 minute walk or 5 minutes of a free, regular "land train".The only real problem we had was that most of the staff were not very friendly.They weren't rude, just didn't make you feel particularly welcome.There were a small number of staff that were great and friendly but the majority left a lot to be desired.Given that there is nothing really to do in the immediate area, you want to feel comfortable in resort.This was the least welcome we have felt on any holiday.Everything else was fantastic.

The hotel was great itself; lovely food, lovely staff and topped off with lovely weather!!!! The room was lovely; bed covers changed everyday and we were topped up with water on a daily basis!!!! The beds were very comfy.... however the air con was a bit rubbish considering the weather!!But all in all a great experience!!

Lovely place with friendly helpful staff. Food and drink was great and offer pretty much 24/7. Room was clean and tidy but the partition wall between the rooms in the apartment turned in two places to open up this happened even with a small breeze from the air con. Pools we're clean but fairly cold because their was 10 pools there was always somewhere to find a lounger. Kids club staff where great and really seemed interested in their jobs.
