Hotel de agradable decoración, cama extra grande y cómoda, limpieza máxima, baño grande y cómodo con todas las prestaciones posibles (toallas grandes , champú, gel, acondicionador, bodymilk, etc etc hasta un secador.. si, un secador de verdad!!), zapatillas de casa, habitación con nespresso y calentador de agua para té, hasta plancha con tabla, minibar incluido con un amplio surtido de bebidas, detalle de bienvenida, parking cercano ... no se puede pedir +.. ah si, el desayuno, abundante y muy muy bueno y los camareros son súper amables asi como el personal de recepción.Volveremos sin duda!! La prox estancia en Lisboa, este es nuestro hotel!!

Outstanding service. In many years of travel around the world my wife and I have never experienced a hotel staff that is so attentive to detail and empowered to respond to questions and service needs. The breakfast buffet has a variety to cater to many international tastes. Very clean, excellent location for sights, shopping, and dining. If you want pampering and feeling special this is the place. Excellent hotel! Clean, cozy, modern, in the center next to the Santa Justa elevator. The hotel staff is courteous and welcoming. The rooms have a mini bar with free drinks. Every day they put you in a mini bar: water, Coca-Cola, orange juice, soda and beer.

This is a great hotel smack in the middle of the heart of Lisbon. It's close to everything but it also has a great restaurant next to the lobby where you get 10% off if you're a guest at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The minibar is free and contains a few beers, soft drinks, juice and water. The only thing that pulls the score down from five to four stars is that the windows are not soundproof. There are no cars on the street outside the hotel but during the night you can hear garbage trucks etc. This is not unique to this hotel though and I did actually sleep well. The breakfast is a buffet but it has a good variety of things to try out and free sparkling wine if you feel like starting your day off like that. Don't wait until the last minute because most of the food will be gone. I'd love to come back to this hotel next time I'm visiting Lisbon.

Este hotel foi o que mais me agradou até hoje. Já fui em diversos hotéis que não tiveram a mesma acolhida que este. Os funcionários são educadissimos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Nota 10 para eles. O café da manhã esplêndido.

Muito bem decorado. O pé direito duplo e o piso de madeira dão um charme ao lugar. Fomos muito bem recepcionados. O hotel tem otima localização. Fica no segundo andar e não há elevador (o que dificulta caso algum hospede seja cadeirante ou tenha problemas de locomoção). O banheiro é compartilhado. De manhã congestiona um pouco para tomar banho, além de acabar a água quente. Alguns hóspedes deixam o banheiro uma bagunça. No mais, a cama é muito confortável e a cozinha bem equipada caso se queira preparar refeições.

Excelente atendimento e hospedagem. Quem for de carro tem q colocar o carro no estacionamento do parque e depois ir para o hotel pedir o cartão pois é impossível acha-lo de carro! Fica a dica.

Excelente. Localização esplêndida. Café da manhã sensacional, inclusive com Pastelzinho de Belém e um iogurte caseiro incrível, sem falar da máquina que faz um capuccino super cremoso. Funcionários atenciosos. Quartos confortáveis e super limpos. Banheiros ótimos. Minibar de cortesia, abastecido diariamente. Recomendo!
