I have a corporate event at the 21C and cannot say enough amazing things about the hotel and staff. I worked with Vanessa, she is WONDERFUL!!! So helpful and kind. The venue space is perfect for hosting an event, and the rooms are stunning and extremely clean. I will be recommending this property to all my coworkers for future stays! A truly experiential hotel that delivers on all levels and exceeds expectations. The staff are intelligent and thoughtful... The rooms are immaculate and fresh. The art is fun while still being cool. Normally a hotel like 21c would be unobtainium. But not today, because this beautiful hotel is real, affordable and right here in KC. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Definitely eat at the Savoy, it was amazing.

Honestly, maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was a good deal when I was booking a spot for a work trip but then it turns out to be an amazing hotel. It's legitimately an art gallery (and not just paintings on the wall) with lots of vibrant and textured art. Wish I could have walked thru and seen more. The rooms were really big! And really well equipped. The staff were super friendly and thought about my future needs before I even realized. Next time I'm in KC I'm staying there.

This place is really cool, it's got art and a museum throughout. The staff is super helpful and nice. The prices are comparable to others but for what you get is amazing. The rooms are great with tall windows and setup to be comfortable, fresh and inviting. The gym is secure and updated, the Savoy has great food and drinks too. The location is within walking distance to the market and other areas. Parking is pay by the day, but only $10 unless you use the garage across the street. Overall you won't be disappointed!

I was visiting Kansas with my wife and 1 year old. I was so happy we booked this hotel. The curtains completely blacked out the light and it was so quiet. We had no issues getting the little one to sleep during the day. The staff was very friendly and every time we left or returned they greeted us. I used the fitness center which was stocked with water and towels. We only had one issue when checking in with the AC not working. We were moved rooms but it took about an hour to do so so. Other than this the rooms were clean, staff was friendly and hotel was in a nice safe area. If I'm traveling through again I'll be back.

It was a very nice stay! They've done a great job remodeling an ancient, historic hotel! There is a lot of art displayed around the lobby, most of which changes from time to time.

This place is not to be missed. The Savoy Grill has so much history and great dishes. The museum corridors are full of surprises.

I am so incredibly impressed by this hotel because of three people: Chelsea H. (Sales Manager) & Morgan (Front Desk Attendant), Jori (Museum Manager). These three have change the game on service in the hotel industry. The level of service I have received from them is beyond the five stars I am able to give.
Chelsea H. has helped me with multiple events and each time I am blown away by the outcome. They have far exceeded my expectations and each time have made me look like a rock star. Chelsea is knowledgeable, quick to help, and most importantly...genuine. She radiates professionalism and kindness.
Morgan, has been nothing but kind and informative each time I check in. His welcoming attitude has made me want to come back and work with him directly, each time.
Jori is so incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I have left the hotel with a new appreciation for art history. She was able to answer questions I could not.
I would highly recommend 21c Museum Hotel to anyone who wants a top notch experience.

Friendly attentive staff. The hotel's concept is really unique. The first two floors are really cool art displays. their suite is very spacious and clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the 21c.

If only we could give more stars...this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The concept is awesome, even as non-art people it was so inviting and not sterile. The rooms was perfectly decorated and clean. Plenty of lighting and dimmers on the light switches. Each of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great restaurant down stairs and a full art gallery. The gym was very nice too. Had plenty of high tech equipment, dumbbells, yoga mats and blocks, cardio equipment and more. We have officially decided, anytime we are in a city with 21c hotel we will only stay there. Thanks for the great experience!
