Minha experiência inicial não foi muito boa. A sala estava perto de escadas e muito barulho durante a noite. Mudou o quarto ... Obrigado a Aashi por ajudar com isso ... A distribuição e a qualidade da comida são boas e os funcionários, embora às vezes rígidos, tentam ajudar. Os restaurantes dentro do hotel são incríveis. As refeições no quarto são caras.

Excelente estadia. Experiência tranquila do check-in ao check-out. Foi dado um quarto no andar alto realmente amei a vista. O café da manhã era bom, delicioso e tinha uma boa variedade. A limpeza e a qualidade do serviço também eram boas. No geral, posso dizer que eles fizeram de mim um cliente repetitivo.

Excellent stay. Smooth experience from check in to checkout. Was given a room on high floor really loved the view. Breakfast was good delicious and had a good variety. Cleanliness and service quality was also good. Overall i can say they've made a repetitive client out of me.

My initial experience was not too good. The room was close to stairs and too much noise through out night. Got the room changed... Thanks to Aashi for helping with that..The food spread and quality is good and staff though at times rigid try to help. Restaurants within the hotel are amazing. In-room dining is expensive though.

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Todos os pedidos especiais que fiz foram atendidos. Comida, tudo de serviço era muito bom. Minha sugestão é manter a área do jardim aberta por algum tempo, provavelmente ela estava fechada por causa da coroa ou outro motivo. Eu estava ansioso para ver o jardim e a área da piscina, mas não consegui.

It was a wonderful experience. All the special requests I asked for were taken care of. Food, service everything was very good.
My suggestion is please keep garden area open for sometime, probably it was closed due the corona or other reason. I was looking forward to seeing the garden and pool area but couldn't.

Fomos no dia 25 de dezembro, estava bem decorado para o Natal. Os quartos eram bons como era esperado, mas no quarto dos meus amigos havia cheiro de cigarro ao qual eles compareceram, mas eles deveriam ter verificado isso antes de nosso check-in. Agora, para o jantar, tomamos o buffet de jantar em um dos restaurantes da casa, 'Tamra', que custava aproximadamente 2500 p.p. Eles têm uma grande variedade, norte da Índia, japonês, chinês, continental etc. mas, honestamente, não gostamos da qualidade dos alimentos. Especiarias e sal estavam faltando na maioria dos pratos, nenhuma bebida estava incluída no buffet exceto água e o pior é a hospitalidade, os garçons não eram gentis e eles estavam demorando muito para o serviço. Então, na manhã seguinte, o buffet de café da manhã era melhor do que o jantar, mas a qualidade do serviço era a mesma. Portanto, em geral para a estadia, posso recomendar o hotel, mas a comida não valeu a pena.

We went on 25th December, it was well decorated for the Christmas.
Room were good as it was expected, but in my friends room there was smell of cigarette to which they attended but they should have checked that before our check in.
Now for dinner we took buffet dinner in one of the in house restaurant 'Tamra' which was approx 2500 p.p
They have quite a variety, North Indian, Japanese, Chinese, continental etc. but honestly we didn't like the quality of food.
Spices and salt were missing in majority of the dishes, no drinks were included in buffet except water and the worst part is the hospitality, the waiters were not gracious and they were taking lot of time for the service.
Then next morning, breakfast buffet was better than dinner but the service quality was same.
So overall for the stay I can recommend the hotel but food was not worth it.

É muito perto do centro da cidade, do portão da Índia e do mercado local. Mesmo na pandêmica pandemia, a segurança e a higiene dos hóspedes são mantidas. O serviço e a hospitalidade são luxuosos e todos os funcionários são prestativos e muito educados. Ambiente e quarto era muito bem conservado e apreciado. A comida e as bebidas são muito saborosas e maravilhosas. Foi uma experiência alegre e próspera.

Its very near the centre of city, India gate and connaught palce. Even in the covid pandemic guest safety and hygiene are maintained. Service and hospitality are luxurious and all the staff are helpful and very polite. Ambience and room was very well maintained and appreciated. The food and beverages are very tasty and wonderful. It was a joyful and prosperous experience.

Este é um hotel excepcional. Todos os funcionários são excelentes para hospedar os hóspedes, nada foi demais. O quarto era muito confortável e os lençóis e toalhas eram uma delícia. Café-da-manhã também foi excepcional, com pelo menos 10 estações de comida. A equipe também veio com especialidades de chef de amostra para tentar. O hotel deve se orgulhar de suas realizações, sim, não é um hotel barato, mas vale a pena ter luxo nesse nível. Eu gostei da minha estadia e ficaria lá novamente sem hesitar. Você pode relaxar no Chi Spa e se exercitar na academia de última geração. O Aeroporto Internacional Indira Gandhi fica a 14,3 km. O local de Connaught fica a 2 km do alojamento.

This is an exceptional hotel. All the staff are excellent at hosting guests, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and the linen and towels were a delight. Breakfast was also exceptional with at least 10 food stations. Staff also came around with sample chef specials to try. The hotel should be very proud of their achievements, yes it’s not a cheap hotel but to have luxury at this level is worth it. I throughly enjoyed my stay and would stay there again without hesitation. You can relax at the Chi Spa and exercise in the state-of-the-art Fitness Centre. Indira Gandhi International Airport is 14.3 km away. Connaught place is 2 km from the accommodation.

Muy bien hubicado, buen servicio, y hotel muy bonito. Los amenities son fantásticos, incluso el spa y la.piscina. La comida en el restaurante es buenísima. El único punto negativo es que las habitaciones podrían ser un poco más grandes, pero el hotel es muy bueno.

Definitivamente la experiencia dentro de este hotel es maravillosa. La comodidad que brindan al husped y toda la asistrncia hacen que sea una estadia maravillosa. El desayuno es buffet y muy completo con mucha variedad. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas y la limpieza es excelente. Servicio adecuado y muy boen ubicado
