Muito bom, recomendo, quartos grandes, banheiros grandes, sala e cozinha enormes, ambientes climatizados, lugar lindo próximo de todos os passeios que fizemos.
Excelente resort!! Já fiquei várias vezes. Só que ao contrário do Brasil, nos Estados Unidos resort é um pouco diferente, não tem serviço de quarto. Mas o apartamento é maravilhoso. Tem unidade Studio pra casal, depois tem de 1 a 3 quartos. Todos com cozinha completa. Tem sala de jantar, estar, 2 banheiros completos e super espaçosos, tem em torno de 190m². Tudo bem arrumado, limpo, novo..Tem várias piscinas, recreações, restaurantes, bares, mercadinho. É muito gostoso.
I love the Sheraton Vistana Resort. I have been an owner here for about 12 years. My family loves is also. Lots of wonderful Family Memories made here. Great Location close to the Parks, Outlets, Restaurants, Disney Springs… we usually come the week after Christmas. It’s a Beautiful gated property with 6-8 pools for your enjoyment. We Love It!!
I have come to this location for years. Like many hotels and resorts you will find something that needs addressing. But they'll come and take care of it right away. The rooms no longer have a phone in room. So if you have an issue you can text and get response pretty quickly. Pool is great. Rooms have full kitchen which help to cut down on cost especially with a big family. Security patrols in cars. Parking wasn't a problem during December 3-10. Very close to Disney Springs and parks. Rooms aren't serviced but if you need something just text. Has a convenience store eith sandwiches and a couple of restaurant/bar.

Muy agradable el lugar. Buenas amplias y cómodas habitaciones. Es como estar en casa por la comodidad equipamiento y confort. Estacionamiento amplio y cerca de la habitación. Piscina excelente , y no se produce aglomeración de personas por su tamaño. Linda cascada. Lo malo cuando ponen música es muy fuerte y no se puede conversar.

I learned a valuable lesson regarding timeshares: exchanging puts you at the bottom of the totem pole. Expecting a nice studio with a deck, we got a postage stamp with no deck in the Cascade units. I went back to the office and asked if we could be moved. I was told that they couldn’t and I had to change my reservation through Interval International. I know that they can move just about anyone anywhere with a computer stroke and there’s a big difference between “can’t” and “won’t.”We stayed the one night and left the next day. The manager that day was pretty accommodating and was willing to change us, but by that time we were ready to leave. They did refund our money, which I appreciated. I understand now that owners and full price guests get the better rooms: that’s just business. The Cascades units are tiny.The grounds were very well kept and they have a lot of pretty pools. It is a very large resort

It was okay. Disappointed given the price you pay vs the unit offered which is old and outdated. For a few dollars more a night I think I would of enjoyed my holidays in a better hotel. The unit we stayed at had thin walls where you can hear your neighbours, the unit was not stock with plates and utensils and the bath tub drain was clogged. Kind of them to restock the unit as you informed the staff, but one would believe the unit should be stocked before anyone checks in. The dishes were old, poor quality and had some food residue stuck on them. Overall the staff tried their best, and thus I’m giving three stars.

Complejo grande y muy bonito. Muy cerquita de los parques Disney. Ideal sobre todo para familias. Con muchas piscinas distribuidas por todo el complejo . Habitaciones perfectas, con todo lo imprescindible. Gimnasio 24h . Personal muy amable que te ayuda en lo que necesites. Sin duda un gran acierto . Muy recomendable .
I arrived at 3pm and I was greeted with warm welcomes! It’s my birthday weekend and I’m really excited to be here. My friends and family are on their way. Unfortunately I was given a dirty room, which was quite noticeable after seeing the bed unmade. Housekeeping came in and confirmed it had not been cleaned. VERY dissatisfied especially with Covid going on and being high risk. I called the front desk and the manager on duty says all they can do is give me a $50 credit. I’m not sure I want to stay here again due to the bad first impression. I am now running late preparing things for my family and friends because I’m waiting for a new room and key. This isn’t what I was looking for in a birthday weekend. I really wanted to like this place, but this is a really bad start and sad offer of compensation due to putting my health at risk. If you stay here please inspect the room thoroughly! If bed isn’t made, it’s not clean.
Loved the kitchen and hot tub/ jacuzzi in the villa, pools, sauna and steam room. However, would be helpful to have bicycles for getting around the resort without having a car or calling guest services for transport. On the plus side, we ended up walking a lot from the villa to the activity centre and pools, 10,000 steps a day will keep the doctor away. Food and beverages are pretty expensive, so best to do some shopping or be prepared. We will be back next year hopefully, my kids enjoyed it.
Me and my wife stayed here 1 day before our cruise day and let me tell you that I was a little hesitant because it didn’t really look updated but the service, food, staff, bed, and shower were the BEST. Everyone was polite and accommodating. All of the dishes at the poolside bar were DELICIOUS! The bed was clean and extremely comfortable, No exaggeration! One of my best quick stops ever!
Loved this resort! The room was perfect for two families, with up-to-date amenities. Love the fact that they have a system where you can text them regarding anything you may need during your stay and they will get right back to you. Every employee and customer service agent I came across was super friendly and helpful, and they even gave us an extra hour for checkout since our flight home was so late in the day. Very close to all the Disney parks, super close to Disney springs, and tons of restaurants and supermarkets very close by. I would highly recommend this resort for couples or families - I would love to stay again next time I visit Orlando!
Estuvimos 7 días en Abril de 2022. Excelente hotel con instalaciones impecables. 7 piletas, 3 gimnasios (2 abiertos 24hs), restaurantes, etc. Lamentablemente, es imposible usar wifi después de las 8pm. Cuando tenés hijos que quieren ver sus videos en su idioma nativo esto es fundamental. Muchas gracias por la atención.
Pésimo!!Hace unas semanas nos hospedamos en este hotel, que siempre había sido nuestra primera opción en Orlando, durante años. - La limpieza de las habitaciones es limitada producto del COVID, lo que se puede llegar a entender, pero que entreguen la habitación sucia no tiene justificación considerando que es la única limpieza que deben realizar, más aún si su preocupación es el COVID, es inconcebible que dejen la basura de los huéspedes anteriores y demoren más de 2 horas en solucionar el problema.-Durante nuestra estadía el hotel nos ofreció pagar aprox 190 dólares por 3 noches, las que podríamos hacer efectivas durante el año. Revisamos en la página del hotel y vimos que existía una amplia disponibilidad de villages para el fin de semana del 6 de mayo y decidimos planear un viaje, pero la sorpresa fue que al momento de hacer la reserva nos dicen que para el servicio que ellos nos vendieron no hay disponibilidad porque pertenecen a otra área …. Perdón !!! Nos venden las 3 noches dentro de las instalaciones del hotel, nos llaman al teléfono del hotel para ofrecerlo, nos ofrecen habitaciones del mismo hotel y el pago por las 3 noches se realiza en el lobby del hotel al personal del hotel… y resulta que la responsabilidad no es del hotel ???? Se trata de un engaño??? Tengo serias dudas.
Péssimo atendimento! Nunca fui tão mal atendido em uma rede de hotéis/resort como dessa vez. Parece que você está hospedado de favor, funcionários com má vontade desde a chegada até a saída. Se tiver problemas, esquece, terá que resolver sozinho e com prejuízo, já adianto. Nunca, jamais, de forma alguma compre ou assine os pacotes ofertados nas salas de “palestras”, onde irão te oferecer todos os tipos de pacotes e compra de “parte” dos hotéis da rede. Maior furada da vida, não aceitem. Os descontos ofertados para parques ou estadias, não vale o tempo e constrangimento que você passa. Não recomendo, não retorno para este hotel. Se tiver um problema, um empurra para o outro, e ninguém resolve nada. Procurem outros hotéis que vá receber bem sua família, para não ter que passar raiva e stress em algo que deveria ser bom e prazeroso durante as férias. Péssima escolha que fiz.

Cuidado, hotel velho, vão te oferecer para ser um Vistana ownership, isso é a maior furada das suas viagens. O acordo parece bom, em teoria vc paga uma mensalidade para ter direito a ser vip nos hoteis deles e fazer reservas com desconto, mas se algum dia você quiser cancelar a taxa de cancelamento é enorme, 10mil dolares, ou vc paga a taxa de cancelamento ou continua pagando a mensalidade ou eles vão te processar. Não faça isso! E de preferencia use outro hotel pois esse é muito velho
Las habitaciones espantosas, sucias, mal olor, los pasillos y escaleras sucios es desagradable. Por el.precio que se paga Da tristeza recibir una habitación tan fea y sucia. En otras oportunidades nos daban una muy buena habitación ahora nada que ver. El servicio de recepción pésimo y que tienes que hacer?, Aguantarte porque la fecha para cancelación ya paso y llegas a recibir a las 12 de la noche con esta desagradable sorpresa. Nunca más estás villas lo peor
Lindo y tranquilo lugar. Amplios espacios para caminar y relajarse. Varias piscinas para descubrir cuál tiene menos gente 🤪.Para mi gusto le falta un poco de mantenimiento en las escaleras hacia las villas pero dentro los apartamentos están impecables. Todos los utensilios necesarios en la cocina, bien equipado y amoblados. Muy cómodos. En el tiempo de mi estancia, los vecinos de abajo fumaban, a pesar de que los apartamentos indican que son no fumadores pero eso se escapa de las manos de los administradores.

Room size was good- this is a vacation rental style complex. Buildings and amenities are a bit older than some other area places. Pools were older. Restaurants were not open due to Covid-19 measures and so no outdoor bar areas were open. Rooms are older and while they are updated with new paint and appliances, they still feel dated.
The grounds were being clean and workers all over cleaning all the time. Beautiful surroundings with all the palm trees and different kinds of plants. I know there would be changes due to covid 19 but not having even 1 restaurant or the Market Place open was disappointing.
We love this place and have been here a few times. The units, Villas, are spacious and well equipped. The Spa villas are close to the Marketplace and the pools. We will go back with extended family hopefully in a few months.
Being gated, it is hard for Ubers to find it. But there was a wonderful limo deriver who lived in the community and was quick. But a word about Uber should be included.
The rooms were very nice and clean. The grounds were great and included lots of pools, hot tubs and things to do. The Marketplace was nice and so was Zimmies. The food at Zimmies is good. We had bad service from our server, they were short handed. The Manager addressed our issues and we were satisfied. The following days we were well treated. Good atmosphere. 2 servers were not good at all, 2 were.

An outstanding property. Close to everything, amenities are first class, numerous dining options on site. Great for families or business travelers. One of my favorite places to stay in Orlando No. Highly recommended.
The staff so quick at check in. The room itself was the 2 bedroom Villas and it could sleep 8 people very comfortably. So clean, beds were amazing and had all the needs for a home away from home. Very close to all the parks especially Disney . N/A

The accommodations Check in staff was not friendly. The waiter a the buffet was more interested in the tip than clearing or empty plates. We requested the buffet instead of service for the three days we stayed, but the maid came in at checkout and demanded a tip!
The amenities were amazing. We enjoyed the pools and the food at breakfast. The rooms were large and comfortable.

We didn't get to experience the facility, but the lobby and room were nice. We only stayed one night, and the property is so big that we had to drive from the lobby to our room, and it took a while to find it as the directions and signage were not that great.
If you are looking for a condo feel and are around the Disney area this is a good location for all of that. High sales pressure to buy a timeshare at check in

Pools are the best, top rate resorts for infant and toddlers. Distance from car to room 20 steps or less. Room with microwave, dryer, washer, dishwasher, oven, stove. Almost all TV channels for kids and adults. (All Disney channels). nothing really

We loved the amenities. The one bedroom suite was very spacious and even with the soda bed out there was plenty of room to walk around. We stayed in Cascades. Items at Market place were reasonably priced. Staff were knowledgeable & friendly. The AES company in the lobby were very rude and unhelpful. I wish I did not have to interact with them. I would definitely not give them my business.
its roomy as long as you are in a 2 bedroom. only sleeps 2-3 in the 1 bed. 3-4 in the 2 beds, unless you sleep 3 in a bed very rude employees(Hotel employee) said she was guest services supervisor or something similar, and had the worst people skills I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. Killed our vacation, if it wasn't for frankie We would have wasted well over ----

Convenience with Kitchen and Laundry right in suite. Layout of complex is not very easy to negotiate.
The hotel is clean, safe and close to everything. There are many restaurants, pools and lots of daily activities. The Tikki bar is a great place to play trivia and karaoke. The bartenders are amazing and make the area a lot of fun.
I was very happy with this selection. Very clean, well kept villas with a lot of activities. High level of security on the property which was good (single female traveler). The checkout time was 10AM instead of the usual hotel check out times of 11AM.
POOL FIRST ROOM HAS MOLD AND SMELL, HAVE TO WAIT 2 DAYS TO BE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT ONE. PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGER FROM ZIMMIE'S RESTAURANT. THE TIMESHARE PRESENTATION, WAS PUSHING. TOO BED FOR THEIR REPUTATION.
