I got the “king sized bedroom with an onsuite “ When I told the guy at reception that I have 2 single beds put together he said that it’s bigger than a king size bed anyway and I said that that’s not the point and all he said was that he will let the Maneger know . I wouldn’t recommend this it wasn’t great at all and for £170 for the night plus £14 parking as they didn’t supply any even thought when I booked it online they said they did Eu tenho o "quarto king size com suíte" Quando eu disse ao cara na recepção que eu tenho 2 camas de solteiro juntas, ele disse que é maior que uma cama king size de qualquer maneira e eu disse que esse não é o ponto e tudo o que ele disse foi que avisaria o gerente. No recomendaría esto, no fue genial en absoluto y por £ 170 por la noche más £ 14 de estacionamiento, ya que ni siquiera pensaron que cuando lo reservé en línea dijeron que sí.

We booked this hotel before reading the reviews which was quite a silly thing to do… We were anxious to say the least after reading them. However, the hotel was lovely - of course there were a few marks on the wall and the TV didn’t work (we believe it was the batteries in the remote) but it was a good place to stay! They provided us with shampoo and bodycare essentials, as well as some tea and coffee - the only downside was that the bed was quite uncomfortable. The staff were lovely and answered any requests we had, though we did acknowledge that they came into our room while we were out to give us fresh towels without pre asking us if we’d like that. They greeted us with a smile every time we entered and wished us good morning/night. We would happily stay again - It’s a budget hotel and you get what you paid for!! Please bare in mind it is in Ilford so the area is quite sketchy. Sin embargo, el hotel era encantador; por supuesto, había algunas marcas en la pared y el televisor no funcionaba (creemos que eran las baterías del control remoto), ¡pero era un buen lugar para quedarse! Great for a quick stay in Barking area of London, check in was smooth and quick, with helpful staff. My room and bathroom suite small which was different from what I seen in pictures. There's no parking on site as it's on a major road. Ótimo para uma estadia rápida na área de Barking de Londres, o check-in foi tranquilo e rápido, com funcionários prestativos. Meu quarto e banheiro suíte pequeno que era diferente do que eu vi nas fotos. Não há estacionamento no local, pois fica em uma estrada principal.
Estadia de 2 noites com 3 pessoas, incluindo uma criança de 3 anos. Atendeu às nossas expectativas. Funcionários da recepção muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto e o banheiro estavam arrumados. Os colchões eram um pouco menos confortáveis. A localização é excelente. A poucos minutos do metrô (linha Elisabeth) e a poucos minutos do Parque dos Namorados. Viemos aqui 4 vezes e definitivamente reservaremos novamente em nossa próxima visita ao Reino Unido.
Please don't book this hotel. The pictures are misleading. Our room was not only not as described, but also way smaller and dirty. The furniture smelled like beer. Stains on the walls as well as the ceiling. Constant water leaking behind a broken piece of Wall next to the toilet. Also found a few spiders, some black goo on the coffee cups. A rusty trash bin and a sticky hairdryer. The "lobby" was not better. Broken lights, mold on the ceiling, stains and food leftovers. The staff was very unfriendly aswell. And apparently didn't see anything that wasn't normal. Por favor, não reserve este hotel. As imagens são enganosas. Nosso quarto não era apenas como descrito, mas também muito menor e sujo. Os móveis cheiravam a cerveja. Manchas nas paredes, bem como no teto. Água constante vazando atrás de um pedaço quebrado de parede ao lado do banheiro. Também encontrei algumas aranhas, um pouco de gosma preta nas xícaras de café. Uma lixeira enferrujada e um secador de cabelo pegajoso. O "lobby" não era melhor. Luzes quebradas, mofo no teto, manchas e restos de comida. A equipe foi muito hostil também. E aparentemente não viu nada que não fosse normal.
Estancia de 2 noches con 3 personas, incluido un niño de 3 años. Cumplió nuestras expectativas. El personal de la recepción muy amable y servicial. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios. Los colchones eran un poco menos cómodos. La ubicación es excelente. A pocos minutos del metro (línea Elisabeth) ya pocos minutos de Valentine's Park. Hemos venido aquí 4 veces y definitivamente volveremos a reservar en nuestra próxima visita al Reino Unido.

Fugas constantes de agua detrás de un trozo de pared roto al lado del inodoro. También encontré algunas arañas, algo de sustancia pegajosa negra en las tazas de café. Un cubo de basura oxidado y un secador de pelo pegajoso. El "lobby" no era mejor. Luces rotas, moho en el techo, manchas y restos de comida. El personal también fue muy antipático. Y aparentemente no vio nada que no fuera normal.

This is a hotel with limited amenities and small rooms. It is very very low cost and the front staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They will do what they can with what the facilities allow. The negative reviews here are overblown and frankly xenophobic. Although I would recommend only book here if you simply need a bed, shower and nothing more. Este é um hotel com comodidades limitadas e quartos pequenos. É muito, muito baixo custo e a equipe da frente foram extremamente confortáveis e amigáveis. Eles farão o que puderem com o que as instalações permitirem. To whom this concerns, After researching hotels in the London area I came across the Signature Hotel in Ilford. At first I was pleasantly surprised as it was reasonably priced at £90 and the pictures made the hotel look immaculate. On arrival, we was made to wait 5-10 minutes as nobody was there to check us in, after being checked in we was told about the deposit which was either £50 on card or £100 cash this was no problem until we was told the £50 would take 3-4 weeks to be refunded, this resulted in us having to get £100 out in cash. After this inconvenience we was given our key which led us to our hellish room which looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, things in the pictures was not even in the room such as fruit bowls e.t.c. This is when we discovered the bin was broken, the shower door was broken, the led lights was broken, the air-con was broken, the window was broken as it couldn’t open all the way which resulted in the room being boiling hot, the sink was cracked, there was red and brown stains on the bed sheets, marks all up the walls and outside of our window was the window to another room along with trash all over the roof floor, another key issue was the fact that there was a man outside of our window who had just climbed out of another window and when we spoke to the receptionist about this he said he was there to fix the air-con however, it was 7.30 pm and the air-con was definitely not fixed meaning he blatantly lied to me. The best part about this hotel was leaving ! I did complain at the desk however, all the man had to say was if you want to complain send an email. After being completely let down by you I’m definitely owed a refund and possibly even compensation ! If this is something you can not comply with I will have to take further action such as reporting you to the Trade Description, Redbridge London Borough Council and leaving truthful reviews on all of your websites ! I also have pictures of all of the things I have mentioned above so I really hope it does not have to get to that. I got to the hotel yesterday at 8pm had been very busy day so just wanted to get into the room and rest up . First thing there was no toilet paper , one of the blinds had been ripped right off and not put back up . We decided to book for 3 days before we went into the room what a nightmare that was the whole night the air con was on but did nothing me and my partner were literally sweating it was so hot in there the whole time sundown wide open . There was people listening to loud music slamming of doors all night long . I tried to get a refund cause I couldn’t stay there any longer and left with two nights life of my stay . The heat seems to be a continuious issue just fix it it’s not okay

garbage everywhere, garbage opening windows as well. rooms tv doesn't work, everything breaks down, stinks, a bad place full of addicts. leaving the deposit as soon as you leave somewhere in the room something breaks that you just don't have to return the deposit. mice run everywhere. I was really, very disappointed. deceivers do not recommend lixo por toda parte, lixo abrindo janelas também. a tv dos quartos não funciona, quebra tudo, fede, um lugar ruim cheio de viciados. deixando o depósito assim que você sai de algum lugar da sala, algo quebra que você simplesmente não precisa devolver o depósito. ratos correm por toda parte. Fiquei muito, muito desapontado. enganadores não recomendam

Yo estaba muy, muy decepcionado. los engañadores no recomiendan
