Recepção muito calorosa, quartos agradáveis, funcionários simpáticos. Belo ponto para poemas. E o estacionamento ao lado é um golpe de sorte. Hotel perto de tudo. (O serviço de café da manhã é uma vantagem. Ótimo cappuccino!) Resumidamente. Bem merecido 5 estrelas!

Hotel moderno no centro da cidade com ótimos quartos, ótimo atendimento e bons preços. Eles também compartilham o espaço com uma galeria de arte para que cada canto seja preenchido com arte contemporânea. Foi fantástico.

Modern hotel in the city centre with great rooms, great service and good prices. They also share the space with an art gallery so every corner is filled with contemporary art. It was amazing.

Má qualidade do sono - três vezes foi acordado por uma campainha alta, depois novamente no início da manhã (seis) pelos caminhões de lixo do lado de fora da janela (a janela não é muito à prova de som).Uma pena realmente, como o quarto era limpo, as pessoas são agradáveis, e o café da manhã foi ótimo. Mas o sono é o que estou pagando quando reservo um hotel: sem dormir, sem retorno.

Poor quality of sleep - three times was awoken by a loud buzzer, then again early in the morning (six) by the garbage trucks right outside the window (the window is not very soundproof.)
Quite a pity really, as the room was clean, the people are nice, and the breakfast was terrific. But sleep is what I am paying for when I book a hotel: no sleep, no return stay.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The assistant at the lobby provided me with slippers once I needed it. He was always willing to help. Air conditioner worked perfectly. The only problem I encountered was the last night when I heard lots of noise from the people around my room after 12am which woke me up. Otherwise, it was pretty okay and at a very nice location 😇😊

Breakfast was phenomenal. Room was comfortable and the location was very convenient. Although it was directly next to the cathedral and the bells kept me up all night. We could have closed the windows but then it would have been too hot. Also there were no outlets close to the bed making it inconvenient to charge and relax at night.

El hotel está muy bien situado para visitar la ciudad. Las habitaciones, no son muy grandes, pero sí que están muy limpias y son agradables.

Hotel totalmente recomendable, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Los desayunos tipo buffet espectaculares, distintos tipos de pan, embutidos, quesos, zumo natural, huevos revueltos y el fin de semana distintos tipos de tartas caseras.

Cuando visitamos Lux siempre vamos a este hotel porque está muy bien! el personal es amable, está bien ubicado y está todo limpio. Recomendable.
