First impressions: clean, quiet, peaceful, new.I was greeted by name as soon as I approached the front desk. This was my first visit to this hotel btw. The staff members I interacted with throughout my stay were genuinely pleasant people and they made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door.I had reserved my room through Priceline using one of their "express deals" so I knew very little about the room itself when I booked it. (For those who aren't familiar with an express deal it simply means that Priceline will give you a really good price on a room but they won't tell you what hotel you're staying in until after you book. They will tell you the area that the hotel is located, and occasionally they will provide you with a list of three hotels and tell you it will be one of those three, but you never actually know for sure until you complete the reservation.) The only requirement I ever have for a hotel room is that it has an actual bathtub and not just a walk-in shower (I don't have a tub at home so it's kind of important to me). Unfortunately the room I booked did not have a bathtub. When I inquired with the front desk about possibly getting a different room girl working went above and beyond. She couldn't tell from the computer which room had what so she personally went and checked for me. In the end I wound up with an upgraded room, and the bathtub I had been hoping for, at no extra charge. My original room had a mini fridge but no freezer, plus a king size bed, foldout couch, TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board, desk and chair, microwave, complementary toiletries, etc. All the standard hotel room stuff. The upgraded room did have a freezer in the mini fridge, as well as all the other standard hotel room stuff, but it also had a mini kitchenette. There were two electric burners, a sink, one saute pan, one set of dishes (but no utensils), and a toaster. Neither room had a full length mirror and there were only two hangers. These are not complaints in my opinion, merely observations. Both rooms were quite comfortable otherwise.The complementary breakfast that the hotel provided consisted of bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and small jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. It was a relatively small selection and nothing to write home about but it served my needs just fine.As far as other amenities go there was a guest laundry and a fitness room but no pool. And I kept seeing signs around the hotel that the reservation included premium access to some sort of sleep and relaxation app butI didn't try it out.The area directly surrounding the hotel has a liquor store and a smoke shop along with several eateries and a 24 gas station/conveniencw store no.All in all it was a lovely stay and I would do it again. The front desk staff was very nice. The room had a slow drain. TV didn't work. Water did not get hot. Short staffed of housekeepers. Need help right away. My first stay was much better.

The rooms are clean, but don't rely on housekeeping when you request it. It seems they have 1 person in the housekeeping staff and if they call in sick, you're changing your own sheets, vacuuming your own room and cleaning your own tub. Also make sure to look under the lid of your ice bucket as it seems they must not clean it after finding some indescribable crud on it. Breakfast is bare bones and the only hot item is a microwavable SEC biscuit. There's no pool, but there is a gym. Most of the staff is friendly and only experienced 1 staff member who acted if she couldn't be bothered with helping guests. There's no vending machine and they don't offer chance for the laundry room. They have a computer and printer station that is relatively worthless since the computer moves incredibly slow. Everytime I asked for something they didn't have, I was told to go next door to the Fairfield Inn. I should have just stayed there.

Had a wonderful experience here. I had called the hotel to ask about the breakfast options, as we are almost-vegan and wanted to find out what was available. Marijah, the GM, went out of her way to provide the information I needed. She got creative with the breakfast items to ensure our group had options to eat, and even served us breakfast early so we could reach our event on time.I found out later that she and Sean?/Shawn? were holding down the fort on their own. They did a superb job- always had a smile and a friendly conversation to offer, despite how stretched they were each alternating 12 hour shifts and handling things on their own.I stayed here back in August 2021 as well, and encountered a myriad of issues during that stay that made me very wary of rebooking. I'm glad I gave it another shot as the new GM Marijah ensured it was a much more positive experience.
Great experience, Clean rooms. The staff was extremely friendly. Shawn was awesome. He goes above and beyond not only for me but for everyone. The breakfast could have a few more options but overall I enjoyed the experience. I WILL be returning!
After this last stay, Sleep Inn is now my favorite go-to hotel brand! They consistently have a friendly staff, clean, new rooms, and have all or more of all of the amenities you'd expect at a hotel of any class. The guy who checked me into room 106 last night, after midnight, offered a extra hour late check out without me asking him. I was tired and appreciated the extra hour sleep. I got to SLEEP INN!! Loved it!

El servicio de limpieza lamentablemente no cuenta con suficiente personal. Parece que hay un cambio de gerente mensualmente. No hay una política de mascotas que algunos invitados parecen ignorar. Ahora puedo sentir las pulgas picándome los pies por la noche a través de la alfombra. Esperemos que las cosas mejoren pronto.
When we arrived at the hotel (5:30)we were notified that our rooms were not ready due to them having only one housekeeper. We got there around 5:30 and I was first to get my room at 7:00 pm,so we (8) of us all went to hang in my room until the others got their rooms. My friend Rose got her room 30 mins later and so did Melinda but they gave Melinda a dirty room When we went back to the front desk a new person was working(Cullen)and he had no idea what to do or how to work there because he said he was new there. He called Randy Jones the manager who wasnt any help at all. We asked for a refund and possible future credits and Randy said no,he would refund the money and thats it and we would have to find accomodations elsewhere. My friends were not the only ones who were sent away, Cullen turned lots of guests away even though they had reservations. I could not believe it just kept on happening. We had no towels in our rooms. No sheets for the pullout bed. I had to let 2 of them stay in my room after not being offered a room. Our experience at this Sleep Inn was horrible. One guest behind us in line told us this had happened to her before. I woke up to wet carpet because the A.C. was leaking water. The only good thing about this hotel is Nautica who was the front desk person when we checked in. She was super helpful. She should be the manager and train Randy and Cullen on how to treat customers. I dont ever plan on going back to this hotel.Attached are pictures of the dirty room my friend was giving.
I'm a Diamond member and I stay there at least 4 days out of the week. Usually my stay is very satisfying. Things have declined over the past several weeks. Housekeeping is woefully under staffed. Seems there's a manager change on a monthly basis . There's a no pet policy that someguest seem to ignore. Now I can feel fleas biting my feet at night through the carpet. Hopefully things will get better soon.
