É um bom hotel. Perto do parque Kennedy, preço bom e acomodações razoáveis. Esqueça o café da manhã do padrão Brasileiro, uma xícara de café com leite, chá, pãozinho e olhe lá!

O local é bastante agradável e os quartos são limpos e bem organizados. A área do terraço é muito agradável, especialmente agora no verão e bastante aconchegante à noite, se você for encorajado a tomar uma bebida ou apenas conversar. O café da manhã é de acordo com o que é oferecido. O preço versus o que é oferecido é bastante justo. O serviço é muito bom. Eu o recomendo especialmente para estadias curtas, pois fica no centro de Miraflores.

O pior hotel de MiraFlores. Não fique aqui! Wifi ruim, quartos ruins, pessoal ruim que vai roubá-lo se você deixar seus quartos. O preço é muito alto quando os quartos são como uma masmorra de castelo mofado. A limpeza também é ruim, especialmente para uma pandemia.

El peor hotel de MiraFlores. ¡No te quedes aquí! Mal wifi, malas habitaciones, mal personal que te robará si dejas tus habitaciones. El precio es demasiado cuando las habitaciones son como una mazmorra mohosa de un castillo. La limpieza también es deficiente, especialmente para una pandemia.

El lugar es bastante agradable y las habitaciones limpias y bien dispuestas. La zona de la terraza es muy agradable sobre todo ahora en verano y bastante acogedor por la noche si se anima a tomar algo o simplemente llevar una conversación. El desayuno esta de acuerdo a lo que se oferta. El precio versus lo que se ofrece es bastante justo. El servicio es muy bueno. Lo recomiendo sobre todo para estancias cortas pues está en el mismo centro de Miraflores ñ.

Not the best stay in Miraflores. Noisy rooms, weird mattresses covered in plastic? Not really welcoming staff (not rude but zero friendly) It does include breakfast (mediocre and NO COFFEE!)...if you can find something else for the same price, I would try instead.

Mi mala experiencia fue que alquilamos el cuarto con jacuzzi, el bendito jacuzzi cuandolo estuve llenando pues se cortó el agua caliente a mitad de la bañera y empezó a salir agua fría y no fue lo mismo, pagamos por un plus que no funciona del todo bien, cuando lo dejamos reposar se volvió activar el agua caliente y así hasta que me cansé y el agua estaba tibia a fría, no me gustó para nada. La cama es dura, no es tan cómoda, si es de dos plazas pero es DURA. para el precio que se paga pues no me parece un GRAN servicio, solo se alquilaría por NECESIDAD, necesidad de querer pasar la noche cerca a Miraflores y entre todos los hoteles ese hotel es el más barato. En conclusión siento que la cama puede pasar pero que me den un servicio de jacuzzi y no esté en óptimas condiciones pues no me parece, de ser así deberían de tenerlo en mantenimiento y recién recién querer alquilarlo.

They gave us a white towel same color company and all then because it does not have there logo on it . Want $20 for it. It's the same towel they gave us. Then they took my empty beer bottles for return. And said I owe them $20. I have there beer right here but they took my empty beers. Because across the street beer is half the price. So they wanted to take mine and charge me also. I have photos n videos of this also. I would never even know where to get a white towel like they have here. Same one just no logo.

Worst customer service. They gave us a room that was impossible to stay in because of the humidity. The smell made it impossible to breathe and they refused to move us to another room.Horrible horrible experience.

Who the heck gave this hotel 1 star?Are you kidding me?I've been all over the world and would easily recommend this hotel for its price (100 soles or $30.50 - the 115 soles executive option is nicer), location (block and a half from Parque Kennedy), quality, etc.The website shows enough to make the point that a 1-star rating is ridiculous (esp. for the price and location).A great option!
