El comedor, el servicio, las instalaciones todo se mantiene intacto.Soy de los que ve solo YouTube, Netflix, Disney Plus etc. No me gustó que tuve que limitarme a lo que el módem de DirecTV ofrecía. No se puede abrir el menú Smart del TV. Solo eso de restoel hotel es como estar en casa.

Muy agradable, tranquilo y el personal es muy amable. La zona es excelente muy segura y el centro comercial queda a una calle. Las habitaciones son muy completas y tiene servicios de lavandería, restaurante y bar (claramente se pagan aparte). Muy elegante posee parqueadero y servicio de guardar equipaje. Totalmente recomendado

Los salones de eventos son amplios, muy bueno el servicio del hotel, se preocupan por mantener a la gente con tapabocas, muy amables. El salón estaba decorado muy bonito y las mesas estaban separadas unas de las otras lo cual es ideal para estos tiempos

Lovely hotel. Great facilities, large rooms and very reasonably priced. Good location too. That is why this hotel gets 2 stars.
Be careful though, they tried to charge me extra for ‘insurance’ (i.e. ‘travel insurance’) during my stay. i find this bizarre, not transparent and somewhat devious. Made me nervous to use the (removable) safe in the room. (Minus 1 star)
But it’s midnight on a Saturday and the casino on the ground floor is playing bad 90’s music which is keeping me awake (I’m on the fourth floor). Not impressed, I’m tempted to give 1 star right now. Skip if you are a light sleeper! (minus 2 stars)

First time in Bogota and I am so glad I stayed here. The entire staff was amazing! Huge thank you to Fabio and Ernesto who work the front desk late at night. They are very welcoming, professional, and gave me great recommendations. Can't wait to come back !
