With my wife, we have been in the hotel couple of times. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has all we need for short stay. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. Good choice for business trip.

Great food.
Valledupar is a small town with not a lot to do but if you love nature, in the surrounding area you can find mountains and Forrest.
I do not recommend to book a tour in the hotel lobby because it is very expansive. If you rent a car it is much cheaper and you are more flexible in where and how to spend your time.
A visit to the local Arawak Indians has to be on your "must see" list.
Shopping mall is just next to the hotel.

This is by far one of the best hotels in valledupar.. I was welcomed by a smiley face employee by the name of Laura. She is very gregarious. Attended to all my needs the first I checked in.. everyone at this hotel has a caring personality. They went above and beyond the duty to make our stay welcoming at this hotel.. you must visit..
