I really enjoyed my stay the stuff was very nice and my kids was very happy just need a bus that can take you to the theme park bit over all I enjoyed my stay and I will book with them again thanks for a amazing place to stay!!!

Nice location, well kept and clean. Some of furnishings were dated and showing age, but overall well kept. This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellations. It was an excellent stay. Loved the separate office and sitting area and microwave & mini fridge area.

As a family of 6 we really dislike having to stay in hotels so we usually VRBO or a resort, but the circumstances of our trip didn't allow that so we stayed here. After 3 days we couldn't be happier! We have found this facility to be warm from staff to guests. Not sure how they've created this environment, but we'll seek this hotel for our next visit. Really impressed 👏

You have to unplug the light by the bathroom sink to turn on and off. This could at night electrocute someone or trip as it didnt work from the switch. When reported to the desk they claimed someone would look at it. Never did plus rooms were poorly done with amenities. All bathroom dispensers are pump and no bars of soap of any kind. The kitchenette is a joke. Barely a coffee maker and small refrigerator on a tiny counter. They could have done so much better in that area. We couldn't enjoy much of a view out the window because the nasty old green dirty window or screen. Elevators acting randomly and open at any time. Bulbs missing from lights and overall a poorly maintained place. Will not go back and disappointed with the Marriott brand.

Very nice hotel, well located in Orlando. Rooms are well equiped and well kept. Lots of parking space and there are restaurants and shops nearby. The only bad thing was the breakfast service. Not very much to choose from.

The hotel was nice but a couple of folks in my group reported cleanliness issues with their rooms. Mine was just fine and super comfy. The breakfast wasn't set up for the volume of people in the hotel and there were no hot items which we usually see at other Springhill locations in the USA. The pool was filthy. I let the desk staff know and they said it was just from day-to-day use. I explained that no, it was really bad and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a VERY long time. They escorted me out there to look and immediately ended up closing the pool until it could be professionally cleaned (doesn't anyone check it?).

Nicer than expected based on mixed reviews online. Bedding configuration with two queens partially separated from a full sized sleeper sofa was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Shower had an unusual dual shower head design that was a nice surprise. Also, my wife liked the provided toiletries in the shower. Free breakfast selection was good, but serving area is small and can get crowded at times. Best to go earlier, since some selections run out, like cereal and fruit preferences. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Estuve en este hotel por 5 días, el desayuno es solomuy poco no cómo sale en las fotos, después de 2 días ya no quería seguir comiendo pan con Nutella y mermelada, el Sr de recepción fue poco amable pues me quería vender una mascarilla a $2, el microondas de nuestro cuarto no funcionaba, encontré varias cucarachas lo único bueno fue el Sr de la lavandería que me dio toallas limpias y las Houseskeeper muy amables, aun así nunca mas volvería a este hotel

Es un buen hotel. La calidad de los servicios básicos es muy buena. La atención es excelente. Los precios son justos. El menú de los desayunos es muy bueno pero podría variar un poco más. No tiene restaurantes pero todo está cerca del hotel. Podrían mejorar la limpieza en ciertas zonas, como la piscina (aunque me encantó el jacuzzi y su fuente) pero en general es un lugar muy limpio. Volveré de nuevo :)

Mis 3 hijos,mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos aquí durante nuestra vacaciones en Orlando, Florida. Desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra partida todo el personal del Hotel fue muy amable. Nos trataron súper bien. La Sra. Silvia (room #704) nos dio un servicio de primera en la limpieza de nuestra habitación, las señoras que preparaban el desayuno fueron muy atentas con todos nosotros les agradecemos mucho por su gran labor todas la mañanas. Lo recomiendo altamente!
