A crystal clear light blue water and a golden send beach are the greatest things about this place! There’s a great bar with refreshing mohito within walking distance from the ocean.
The only drawback of this hotel is a horrible food. Too many pasta and bread. I didn’t like sweets either.
I would recommend to try coffee with a natural cane and alcohol beverages. They are awesome.
Staff is friendly, and kind, and empathetic to all guests.

Bom resort se você está procurando um lugar para sua lua de mel. A única desvantagem é que sua localização é remota e não há nenhuma cidade perto do local, então se você quiser ficar por aí além de lugares fora do resort, então você não vai encontrar nenhum, mas é um bom lugar se você quiser apenas passar alguns dias com sua esposa ou namorada. A equipe é muito simpática e gentil; A comida é muito saborosa e as variedades também são decentes.

Nice resort if you are looking for a place for your honeymoon. The only drawback is its location is remote and there is no town located near to the place so if you want to hang around other than places out of the resort then you wont find any but its a good place if you just want to spend a few days with your wife or girlfriend. Staff is very friendly and kind; Food is very tasty and varieties are also decent.

Os quartos eram médios, a comida era decente. A equipe é incrível, sempre pronta para ajudar. A localização do resort é excelente. Praia é limpa com água azul cristalina e areia branca. The rooms were average, food was decent. The staff is awesome, always there to help. Location of the resort is great. Beach is clean with crystal clear blue water & white sand. The swimming pool is well maintained and the pool bar makes it more fun as you can have a drink while in the pool. They have amazing choice cocktails, beers and spirits which are all included in your package.

Bom para pessoas com orçamento limitado. Praia e piscina é incrível. Existem quartos com vista para o mar e vista parcial para o mar, isso não é mencionado quando você reserva quartos. Você recebe todas as bebidas no bar. Dê gorjetas para qualquer serviço que você tenha melhor servido. A limpeza é um pouco baixa. Comida é ok, mas 7 dias mesma comida vai fazer você entediado. Alguns dias você começa frango frito que foi bom. Não há batatas fritas! As frutas são apenas sazonais. Estava esperando mais peixe no menu, mas não realmente. Restaurante buffet é melhor em comparação com o bar da grelha. Acima de tudo, eles precisam melhorar o serviço e a limpeza.

Good for people on budget. Beach and pool is amazing. There are rooms with ocean view and partial ocean view, this is not mentioned when you book rooms. You get all drinks at the bar. Tip them for any service you get better served. Cleanliness is is bit low. Food is ok but 7 days same food will make you bored. Some days you get chicken fry which was good. There are no fries! Fruits are seasonal only. Was expecting more fish in the menu but not really. Buffet restaurant is best comparing to the grill bar. Over all they needs improvement in service and cleanliness.

I absolutely love Cuba. My very first trip there, and I'm planning to return. This resort, is older, but is equipped with all that you need. The staff there are wonderful people. I'm planning on coming back to this resort. Entertainment was great, lots of different stuff to do within the resort. There's a market close by for all your little gifts you need to bring home, literally 15 min walk, or they can take you there from the resort in the little go cart buses they have. The beach is one of the best beaches I've ever seen in my travels, the water was turquoise like in pictures you see, the sand is soft and white, not much seaweed either!!! Truly AMAZING!!! My one suggestion for excursions, do the sunset cruise, the crew on board are absolutely wonderful, the dolphin show is awesome, and the lobster dinner is the best finishing touch to it all!!!

We had an amazing time visiting this resort! Previous reviews left me worried about what kind of experience we were in for... but I was very surprised. The staff her made the entire trip!! We got to know a lot of them and they made our time very special. Misladys at the buffet was especially sweet! She always had our table ready for breakfast.
The resort was extremely clean the entire time we were there. No issues with bugs and we were even on the ground floor! Normally, I refuse to stay on the ground floor but this resort felt very safe!
Food was actually delicious! I am even a vegetarian and it was easy to find things I enjoyed! I am still craving the friend plantains and cabbage.

Eu acho que, devido aos detalhes de gerenciamento, algumas falhas de construção podem ser corrigidas sem muito investimento, mas elas têm a melhor equipe de trabalho, serviços, festas, boa comida e bons coquetéis ... é uma experiência segura, venha aqui e deixe sua mente se desconectar com suas belas águas e seu povo ... vale a pena ir lá de novo e de novo ..

O hotel já é antigo. Quartos agradáveis e arrumados. Great piscina. Praia incrível. A cozinha é infelizmente chata, mas comestível. O hotel também tem um restaurante, loja de presentes e, claro, com rum e charutos. Você pode facilmente trocar dinheiro no escritório de câmbio ou na recepção. Internet está disponível em todo o hotel, mas você tem que pagar por isso. Bastante pouco entretenimento à noite. Apenas o show e nos fins de semana algo como uma discoteca. Má iluminação de becos à noite. Em geral, apesar de tudo você pode relaxar aqui.

El hotel cayó santa maría es todo incluido, cuenta con área de juegos, alberca con salida a la playa, bar, actividades de playa como kayak (en temporada alta), hay Internet en todo el hotel pero tiene costo de 1 cuc, hay un pequeño pueblo cerca donde los encargados del hotel transportan aprox cada hora, en general buen servicio

La animación y la playa lo mejor del lugar. Habría que mejorar el estado y darle mantenimiento a las habitaciones, aunque vi que estaba en refacción el tiempo de mi estadía. Las habitaciones son amplias y el buffet bastante variado.

Unfortunately, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Poor food both in terms of quality and quantity. Absolutely no respect for the cold chain in the restaurant system. Burger being left on paper boxes under the steamy sun. No higiene at all in the kitchen and restaurant area. Sadly it seems that the staff was dragged into this negative spiral of bad service as (exception made to the house cleaning and nautical staff members) the remaining ones had a lack of will to help you and serve you. It is a shame because the beaches of the hotel are MAGNIFICENT, probably the best ones I've ever been. Same feedback from travelers I've known there. We even had the experience at the supposedly 24hours restaurant to ear the head of that restaurant saying that some were having french fries because they had requested it from another hotel!!!! The nonsense reached its peak when we were told that they were out of mint leaves (how?????) and coke. Special appraisal for the nautical club staff, room cleaning staff and entertainment team.

No me gustó en lo más mínimo comparado con otros hoteles de cuba. Lasinstalaciones y la playa son muy lindos... Mal tratan al personal del hotel lo que incide en una mala atención al huésped, la comida es de muy mala calidad, el comedor lleno de moscas y los tragos no son bueno, el hotel estaba funcionando a la mitad de su capacidad. No lo recomiendo

Tuvimos la oportunidad de visitarlos a finales de febrero, nos comentaron que iniciaba la temporada alta.Llegamos en taxi desde Santa Clara, para regresar, fue fácil contratar en el hotel transporte a la Habana a través de una agencia (había opción de quedarse en Santa Clara también, cerca del Mausoleo del Che), también es posible contratar el servicio para el aeropuerto de Santa Clara y el precio fue razonable.Nos encantó la playa del hotel... el color del agua y la arena. Hay recorridos en velero, el mar es poco profundo nos tocó tranquilo para apreciar sus colores.Desde la playa del hotel se puede observar tanto el atardecer, como el amanecer, vale la pena la experiencia.El hotel cuenta con servicio todo incluido. La habitación y las áreas comunes estaban bien cuidadas (a pesar de los estragos que provocó el último huracán que pasó)El personal siempre fue muy atento y amable, la comida en los bufetes variada.Por la noche nos tocó un espectáculo.Muy recomendable visitar el lugar para descansar
