This was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. Just awful. Liquid stains on the pillowcase that looked fresh, not like it had been washed. The bedding consisted of a sheet set with a super thin fuzzy blanket on top (which had holes and had clearly seen better days), and on top of that was something resembling curtain material. Water pressure wasn't good and can't decide if it was the water or the provided soaps that had an awful smell. The room just needed some serious work and upkeep. Sink was chipped and rusted, drawers on dressers and side table stuck, bedding needed replaced.

Management staff very rude and unprofessional. Booked rooms through a 3rd party booking app, and they also wanted to charge me for an additional night. When I told them no, they directed me to leave. Thieves at best. If I could rate this place with zero stars, is still giving them too much credit.

I want to give this hotel ZERO stars. The WORST experience. The main lobby girl Brenda had the rudest and sarcastic attitude towards us when we simply explained our reservations/stays were already paid for in full through a 3rd party vendor. Even with confirmations and proof we were rudely told they’d be charging us for one night. Asked to speak to manager to clear things up. Mike, the manager, bolted through door telling us where we could go because we were wrong. Screaming, cussing at us in front of guests, threatening to get physical and telling us he didn’t care what proof and documentation we had we were wrong. I’ve NEVER felt so unsafe in my life. BEYOND unprofessional and disgusting Super 8 would employ such horrible people. IF THIS is the “family friendly environment” experience they are promoting, then I want NO part with any of their properties.

First let me preface this with the fact i forgot my sleeping medication,so thats partially to blame for my lack of sleep. But the beds were acceptable, not the best but not the worst. The room served my purpose well. Staff was fine no complaints there, the only complaints i have was the power outlets was were not very good, had a hard time getting my phone charger plug to stay in and work, and the TV was fairly small like maybe 32 inches small, but other than that it was fine.

You get what you pay for. The halls to the room look ran down and can tell the carpet has seen better days. The beds were terrible. The sink was stained, paint missing on the walls, and there was a small hole in the wall by the beds. Shower head leaked, no staff available after a certain time. I was told they have close the hotel at 11 pm. I had a question the last night I was there got back to the hotel at 10pm. Lobby was dark no staff around. I left at 5:30 in the morning still no staff so who knows what time staff show up.
