Fantástica estadia de duas semanas no hotel com a família! Hotel histórico, operando em Dakar há muitos anos, mantendo o padrão 5*! A abertura e amabilidade dos funcionários merecem atenção. A comida é fresca, saborosa e variada. Menu internacional muito interessante. Um buffet único ao almoço e um brunch de domingo com sushi e marisco. A equipe da piscina, praia e limpeza são especialmente agradáveis, eles ficam felizes em conversar com os hóspedes e ajudar. À noite fomos levados aos nossos quartos com doces, o que me encantou muito.

Muito decepcionado com o buffet livre (muito caro para o que realmente aconteceu). além dos 27.000cfa / pessoa você tem que pagar a piscina / praia além disso 4 seus números rapidamente em uma hora e 30 minutos para ter uma pizza e uma pizza pequena realmente não é normal. com os preços praticados a qualidade do serviço deve ser revista

We checked in for a 3 night stay Aug 2021. The very first meal we had they served contaminated food, my husband got extremely ill, we had to rush him to the emergency room. He was rolled out of their hotel in a wheelchair where the doctor confirmed it was from food contamination. We spent night in emergency room and checked out the following day. We had no choice but to book another hotel and the terrible, heartless managers at Terrou Bi refused to refund us for the nights we did not stay. He could not walk, he could not eat, we spent the next 2 days in the Radisson Blue while he received. It was his 40th Birthday surprise trip for me- it was his first time in Senegal- which was our dream.No protection for their customers. Disgusting customer service all around. STAY AT TERROU BI YOUR OWN RISK!!

This hotel has one of the worst late check out policies I have ever seen. I had a business friend stay over at their executive suite. After I was told he would pay 50 000 fcfa for a late check out ( until 8 pm), he ended being charged the full night fare when he was checking out. No communication from them letting him know beforehand he would get charged. A very poor customer service. I would never recommend my business friends to stay over here.

I got my days mixed up with the different time zone and was not able to delete 1 day from my 11 day trip which I thought was not fair. I felt i should not had been charged. The food at the restaurant is overpriced and not good at all. The restaurant across the way was much better named la terrace . The staff was pretty nice. They will charge you tax after your stay which I’m not sure if that was supposed to happen. My room was changed 2 times due to air conditioning not working and then they were painting rocks outside my patio my entire stay so I could not take photos out there . I do not think this is a 5 star hotel at all maybe a 3.....

Yesterday night I have visited in your restaurant(beach side sitting). I sit around more than 30 minutes and no one attend my table. They took order back side of tables and they don't even look at me . I feel very sad and got insulted..I was very hungry. I am new this country so one of my colleague recommended this restaurant. Then I go to next casino bar. And have some drink and light snacks.. I spend one hour there and left. This is my first experience. This message only to improve your service and keep trained employees. You may check the CCTV what happened yesterday.

Very cozy and several theme restaurants. The parking area is also quite large though a bit withdrawn from the main hotel area. Wonderful bar in the evenings and clean service with a smile. Its a bit pricey though but the good service makes up for that. The rooms are also wonderfully decorated and comfortable. You will especially enjoy the fish and the terrace bar..

Great hotel, with an amazing Sunday buffet.Centrally located and friendly staff.Had a snafu where they gave my room to somebody else and could not stay there, first few nights but they made up by upgrading to a fantastic room. You could imagine my frustration after such long flight(s) to get there.Overall they handled well and turned defeat into victory.
