Rooms are a tad dated. Service was good but limited. Business center and shops only accessible late in the morning. Food in restaurants was awesome. Superb location in close proximity to Mumbai airport making it easier to get to early morning flights.

Just beside Mumbai Airport.
Rooms are well lighted, spacious and comfortable for a couple or even a family of 3-4.
Best part what I feel is the food. Taste and quality is amazing. They know what they are upto.
Staff is also quite helpful and very humble.

Best central place to stay in Mumbai. The breakfast spread is very good. The rooms are good.I myself read the review previously that this hotel has a very slow checkin and checkout process since they use some old or heavy software. I myself witnessed that same at the hotel reception. Carpet stings wherever it's still there. But I believe the owners have decided not to act on the carpet sting and sluggish billing software. But an overall delight to stay here from location, room and breakfast standpoint. Just be patient on reception and avoid the carpet sting in the aisles in front of rooms. Os quartos são bons.Eu mesmo li o comentário anteriormente que este hotel tem um processo de check-in e check-out muito lento, pois eles usam algum software antigo ou pesado. Eu mesmo testemunhei o mesmo na recepção do hotel. O carpete pica onde quer que ainda esteja lá. Mas eu acredito que os proprietários decidiram não agir sobre a picada do tapete e software de faturamento lento. Mas um prazer geral para ficar aqui do ponto de vista da localização, quarto e café da manhã. Basta ter paciência na recepção e evitar a picada de carpete nos corredores em frente aos quartos.

Extremely disappointed during stay in this hotel.1. Receptionist behaved like a Investigating officer, all guest were so uncomfortable during visit to this hotel.2. This hotel not deserves to be 5 star because rooms are small and washroom areas always wet due to tap leaked.3. Shower will give you all of sudden surprises with very hot and cold water( Not maintained)3. Waiting time is so long for any services.

The staff went over and above and were very nice. If I could give them, they deserve more than 5 stars! From doorman to reception to room service. Food was good too.The rooms however were very dated, dirty, non functional to say it lightly! Had a fan with masses of dirt, had to call someone to clean it before we could sleep on bed as dust was falling, TV didn't work, needed new remote! Fan didn't work with no resolution. Bath tub was all choked so a quick shower meant we were standing in dirty water! Had it not been for staff throughout, would have given it only one star - not liveable even for a short one night stay A equipe foi acima e acima e foram muito agradáveis. Se eu pudesse dar a eles, eles merecem mais de 5 estrelas! Do porteiro à recepção ao serviço de quarto. A comida também era boa.Os quartos, no entanto, eram muito antigos, sujos, não funcionais para dizer levemente! Tinha um ventilador com muita sujeira, tive que chamar alguém para limpá-lo antes que pudéssemos dormir na cama, pois a poeira estava caindo, a TV não funcionava, precisava de um novo controle remoto! The property looks good and designed pretty well. The restaurant at the rooftop has a nice view of the airport runway that looks good in the night. However the food wasn't impressive. The were very limited options in veg. The portion sizes were too small which we understand considering the place is suppose to be sort of sophisticated fine dine. But to make that taste good is the responsibility of the chef. Somewhere the food failed to make a mark which made the entire deal an overtly pricey one. I would not recommend veg food at this place. A propriedade parece boa e projetada muito bem. O restaurante na cobertura tem uma bela vista da pista do aeroporto que fica bem à noite. No entanto, a comida não era impressionante. As opções eram muito limitadas em produtos hortí-. Os tamanhos das porções eram muito pequenos, o que entendemos, considerando que o local deve ser uma espécie de jantar sofisticado. Mas fazer com que esse sabor seja bom é responsabilidade do chef. Em algum lugar, a comida não conseguiu deixar uma marca, o que tornou todo o negócio abertamente caro. Eu não recomendaria comida vegetariana neste lugar.

Cerca del aeropuerto, aunque un poco lejos de la zona másturística.Entorno agradable, rodeado de vegetación. El restaurante del hotel es acogedor, los menúsdeliciosos y con opción vegetariana. El hotel tiene un pequeño museo en planta.
