Beware not a 4 star hotel, don't trust Googles rating. Should be a 2 star hotel. The suites are nice for the size but everything is dated the carpet had bare spots and bleach stains. Thermostat won't go below 70 degrees. The TV was off brand and very old with a bad picture. Some of the furniture has tears. Charged a resort fee but you have to pay like $15 to have your room cleaned each day. If you have kids which we do, we couldn't enjoy the balcony because people smoking weed and also the weed smoke went through the vents and into our room. Had someone knocking at our door at 12:30am lost trying to find her friends room. The hallways weren't vacuumed much and the tile in the elevators were cracked. This place is more like a 2 star hotel / condo (which they sell units to people) only good thing was the room size and parking included with the resort fee which was I think $12 a night. The front desk was mostly Hispanic that's fine but they should speak clear and fluent English. All in all 2 stars. Beware not 4 star hotel.

This was my honeymoon weekend. This is a very strange and unaccommodating "hotel". First off the breakfast offered is charged $15 for food that I could go out and eat for $5. Housekeeping???? Well that's not included either. If you want your room turned over that will be an extra $40 PER DAY!!! Their "cafe" it's open "at will" and was basically closed the entire time I was there. We came back from the parks and it was 7pm I called down for food and she said she was closing down for the night. If you need any assistance your best bet is just to go downstairs because no one will answer the phone. We paid a decent amount of money for a motel 6 experience. 0 stars

Big props to the front desk staff. We booked our stay just before hurricane Ian hit and the staff were super welcoming, caring and helpful during our stay. Under very stressful circumstances their professionalism shined through. The rooms were very good and location close to restaurants and shopping.

There are plenty of better hotels around here with awesome amenities at a good price. Went here to try something different. The rooms and pool area looked nice in photos. You can get a really nice room, but one of our rooms had stains on some stuff and there was literally holes in the couch covered by a pillow. There’s no housekeeping until checkout unless you pay extra. The phones in the rooms don’t work and if you call the front desk, they don’t answer. So if you need anything you have to walk downstairs yourself. When you request extra towels it takes an entire 20-30 minutes to come! The pool and the tubs are nice, beds are comfy. The only other good thing was the bartender Javier. He’s awesome. At one point there was no one even at the front desk, and when they are, they don’t even answer the phone anyway. Sheets for the pull out bed were not provided. Only a crusty dry throw blanket. The TVs are super outdated (which would be fine if the picture wasn’t all staticky). There’s no vending machine or shop here either. If you are planning on buying your stuff here you can’t.

Me and my wife stayed for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have had a better experience else where. It was great because no matter where you went it was close to the hotel. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a late checkout on the weekend, it would of been great to spend a little extra time as our departing flight wasn’t until the evening, but that doesn’t mean I’d knock off a star, we understand how things work. Definitely coming back here! We’re not in Florida often but the hotel and staff were very inviting.
