Conjunto de edifícios de apartamentos mas com serviço de hotel de topo (o que era de esperar por ser gerenciado pelo antigo Tivoli). Apartamentos muito bonitos e bem arranjados. A sua localização fica um pouco longe da marina e do centro, mas é ótimo para quem se quiser abstrairNo entanto, o preço de um apartamento não é muito baixo mas a qualidade paga-se.

As infraestruturas do hotel são muito boas, adequadas a um hotel 4*. No entanto deviam ter mais cuidado com a limpeza. Almofadas e colchas cheias de pó e teias de aranha em alguns cantos, prontamente resilvido quando reclamamos. Num hotel desta categoria, não devia ter sido necessário... De resto, o hotel é ótimo e recomendo.

Excelente hotel com magnificas instalações e funcionários muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis. Local muito tranquilo e excelente para famílias, com 3 belas piscinas, uma delas de água quente. Óptima localização. Único ponto negativo prende-se com os canais de TV. Não faz muito sentido um hotel do grupo Tivoli apenas ter em português os 4 canais públicos, não existindo nenhum canal para crianças.

Excelente hotel con magníficas instalaciones y un personal muy amable que siempre está disponible. Lugar muy tranquilo y excelente para familias, con 3 hermosas piscinas, una de ellas con agua caliente. Buena ubicación. El único inconveniente son los canales de televisión. No tiene mucho sentido que un hotel del grupo Tivoli solo tenga los 4 canales públicos en portugués, sin canal para niños.

Hemos visitado aquí en un par de ocasiones distintas y cada vez calificaríamos 5/5. Esta ocasión es 4/5. La razón se debe a problemas con la asociación de overbooking con el cercano hotel Anantara. En este viaje sentimos que nos pasaron por alto para dar paso a los huéspedes que se desbordaron. Ciertamente no es lo habitual de lo que normalmente es un gran resort.

Me alojé aquí en octubre. Me encantó el apartamento que realmente tiene todas las comodidades que necesita. La sala de estar es espaciosa y ofrece suficiente espacio para sentarse cómodamente a 6 personas o más. El televisor tiene una amplia selección de canales internacionales, incluidos canales franceses, ingleses, alemanes y holandeses. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos que pueda necesitar para preparar comidas para un grupo más grande, incluida una gran cocina y un congelador. El único aspecto negativo fue la cama, que era realmente incómodamente dura. Cuando reserva un apartamento, viene con 2 lugares de estacionamiento en el estacionamiento subterráneo. El complejo tiene una gran piscina al aire libre (no climatizada y relativamente fría en octubre). Hay una piscina cubierta climatizada más pequeña. Debido a COVID, teníamos todo el lugar para nosotros solos, no estoy seguro de qué tan llena está la piscina en tiempos normales. Los huéspedes también pueden utilizar la piscina del hotel de al lado.

Excellent place, very convenient, easy access, car parking straight to your residence, luxurious apartments, very friendly staff, good food.. breakfast in the Next door beautiful Anantara hotel, all residence have access to the Anantara services. Indoor and outdoor beautiful pool. Fun barbecue night.. 5 stars for me !

Stayed here in October. Absolutely loved the apartment which really has all the comfort you need. Living room is spacious and offers enough room to comfortably sit 6 people or more. The TV has a wide selection of international channels including French, English, German and Dutch channels. The kitchen has all the appliances you might need to prepare meals for a larger group, including a large kitchen and freezer.
The only negative was the bed which was really uncomfortably hard.
When you reserve an apartment it comes with 2 parking spots in the underground parking lot.
The resort has a large outdoor pool (not heated and relatively cold in October). There's a smaller indoor heated pool. Due to COVID, we had the whole place to ourselves, I'm not sure how crowded the pool is in normal times.
Guests can also use the pool in the hotel next door.

Lovely place to stay......only downside so expensive for drinks .. .like a cocktail 10 euro each. No special offers which is a shame as there is nothing around the area ... would have been nice early evening just to have a few drinks as we ate on our balcony many times but silly prices ... at the bbq we were charged 33 euro for a jug of sangria..ridiculous this spoils the place ..we like quiet places so the location was ok.

I think that it is outrageous that a five star hotel requires YOU to pay for transportation to the hotel. I have stayed in 3 star hotels that have organised free transportation. They really need to do something about this or I will not return. Mimo

Bang average Apartments. Large, very clean and well equipped. However, staff were particularly unhelpful. Especially offering a 'complimentary shuttle' which was only free for the first 6 passengers. Then, hereafter would book you a taxi with a firm that charge €17 to get to the Marina, which is a 5 minute drive. Ended up spending most of our holiday in Ubers. Was slightly disheartened on arrival also to find no free tea, coffee or drinking water with the nearest shop being in the marina and having to taxi there. Leaving us eating and drinking at their own 'snack bar' which charge extortionate amounts for toasties and sandwiches, as well as expensive drinks.

Great place if you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy city area. Golf courses a plenty and great service.I would recommend hiring a car as you will need one to get about. You get 2 dedicated parking spaces per flat located directly beneath your apartment block.

Highly recommended. Amazing holiday for all the family - apartments are high end and spacious with a great kids pool bothindoor and outdoors with a larger pool also. Staff are very accommodating and all only Minutes away from many golf courses. Free bus will bring you to the Marina and Uber is available also with great rates
