Check in was easy. Rooms are clean. I've read the reviews below and I'm not sure what people are expecting for the price you are paying in a tourist town! The price was very decent and reasonable! I'm not expecting pillow top bed, satin sheets, and top of line rooms. Last year we stayed in a fancy resort cabins and compaired...I'd stay here any time. Thank you for keeping your prices at a fair cost!!

Amo este hotel Está organizado em três edifícios Minha família ficou na sala do observatório com os planetas no segundo prédio e adorou. Mal posso esperar para voltar. As bordas da jacuzzi na sala do observatório podem ser um pouco pontiagudas, então, se levar crianças, fique atento a isso. Por sorte, estávamos no primeiro andar, então eles puderam se mover livremente sem que eu lhes dissesse "não há pessoas correndo embaixo de você" o tempo todo. Love this hotel It's arranged over three buildings My family stayed in the observatory room with the planets in the second building and loved it. Can't wait to come back. The edges of the jacuzzi in the observatory room can be a bit pointed so if bringing kids just be ware of that. Luckily we were on the first floor so they were able to move about freely without me telling them " no running people under you" the whole time. I actually just said " slow running the edge of the bubble won't feel so bubbly".

We were here during a very hot week. It was miserable outside. It was nice to come back to college. The breakfast was great eggs weren’t very good and gravy had no flavor but the sausage was so good. They had other stuff to eat so no big deal. Would like to know what brand the sausage are. Our room was great we were very happy with our stay. I would also like to know what the mattresses brand name is in room 2219 please because I would like to go out and buy one. Property was beautiful I loved going outside every morning and sitting by the waterfall watching the fish. Pools or not up to par there was always way too many people in there screaming and yelling and all the kids were unsupervised by their parents. So we were only able to go in there one time and we were there for five days. The location of the hotel is perfect right by the strip close to everything. Please let me know above info thanks. Oh yeah our 16 year olds loved the arcade. .

Os quartos são pequenos. O nosso estava enevoado ou alguém tinha fumado nele. A cama era mais macia do que a maioria das camas de hotel, mas não muito. A água da piscina coberta estava fria, mas tolerável uma vez que você se aqueceu. A banheira de hidromassagem era boa.

Rooms are small.Ours was either misty or someone had smoked in it.The bed was softer than most hotel beds but not by much.Indoor pool water was cold but tolerable once you warmed up.The hot tub was good.

Was nervous after reading some of the reviews. My mind is at ease. Check in was super easy. They let us check in early. The property is beautiful! Room has new air conditioning and a microwave. So far staff is very nice and helpful. Looking forward to the next 4 days. Definitely recommend.

Os quartos eram bons e atualizados. As camas eram um pouco duras e os travesseiros também. Mas tolerável. Meu único problema real foi o banheiro é minúsculo. se você é uma pessoa maior, eu não recomendo um quarto queen. Eu pediria rei ou qualquer outra coisa. Peça para verificar o quarto primeiro. Porque a porta do banheiro não fecha se você estiver no vaso sanitário. Mas tudo o resto foi ótimo. Nós definitivamente iremos bk algum dia.

Rooms were nice and updated. Beds were a little hard and so were pillows. But tolerable. My only real issue was the bathroom is TINY. if you are a bigger person, I don't recommend a queen room. I'd ask for king or something else. Ask to check room out first. Because the door to bathroom won't shut if you are on the toilet.
But everything else was great. We will definitely go bk sometime.

Eu estava lá para um encontro de educação continuada imobiliária. Adorei o jeito que você colocou travesseiros na cabeceira da cama. Eu os amei tanto, cheguei em casa e me livrei dos meus travesseiros king e substituí-los por 4 padrão na cabeceira da minha cama. Eu dormi tão bem com todos aqueles travesseiros confortáveis. I was there for a real estate continuing education meet. I loved the way you had pillows across the headboard. I loved them somu h, came home and got rid of my king pillows and replaced w/ 4 standard ones across my bed headboard. I slept so well w/ all those comfortable pillows. Thank you. Nada como as fotos. Acabamos saindo depois de uma noite em vez das quatro como planejado originalmente. Quartos muito datados, banheiros, tapetes, etc. Piscina era tão pequena, em comparação com as fotos. A banheira de hidromassagem era super pequena. E havia apenas três cadeiras, sem mesas, então, com duas famílias já nadando, não havia lugar para sentar, colocar nossas coisas ou ter espaço para nadar. Nothing like the pictures. We ended up leaving after one night instead of the four as originally planned. Very dated rooms, bathrooms, carpets, etc. Pool was so tiny, compared to pictures. Hot tub was super small. And there were only three chairs, no tables, so with two families already swimming there was nowhere to sit, place our things or have room to actually swim. Front desk staff was just going through the motions and not interested in giving great customer service. Next time I know to pick a national brand I know will be good and not try a local joint.
