Lindo. Espetacular roof top
Clean, modern concept within the Hilton Dash DoubleTree collection. Really like this location as well. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel was sold out but you can never tell based on how staff was attending to guest needs. Highly recommend the place, particularly when the nightly rate is relatively affordable (meaning not when the city is sold out ). Conceito limpo e moderno dentro da coleção Hilton Dash DoubleTree. Realmente gosto deste local também. A equipe é extremamente amigável. O hotel estava esgotado, mas você nunca pode dizer com base em como a equipe estava atendendo às necessidades dos hóspedes. Recomendo o local, principalmente quando a diária é relativamente acessível (ou seja, não quando a cidade está esgotada).

Hotel céntrico muy cómodo por los accesos y lo cerca que está de todo. Lo malo que el hall del hotel hay momentos que parece la recepción de una discoteca debido a la rooftop

El hotel está sumamente bien ubicado en the Loop a solo pasos del River north y Mag Mille. Cuando llegamos el personal de front desk fue muy amable dándonos un early check in sin cargo. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas con una vista increíble de la ciudad de Chicago. El Rooftop on theWit bar es maravilloso 🤩y los precios dentro del rango que se espera para un hotel de ese nivel. Thumbs up! para Miguel y Frank que nos atendieron esa noche. Sin duda volveremos a visitarlos! 👍👍👍👍👍
Ampliamente recomendable con un servicio excelente, buenas instalaciones y una gran vista de la ciudad. Muy seguro y acogedor.El personal debo destacarlo. La calidad humana y la calidez hacen que fuera un hogar.
Nice rooftop, good music, and good drinks. We didn’t have any reservations so we were asked to pay $20 per person which is fine. We got up there and there wasn’t any coat room!! So we had to just leave our coats on a chair and after two hours the coats were gone! It was so disappointing, we came down and the guy at the front that charged us noticed we don’t have our coats.. long story short he helped us to find them but this is not acceptable for such a place to not have a coat room!
What an amazing location, great customer service, and so comfortable and clean. I stayed here for ARC music festival and I will definitely be back. The hotel staff worked hard to fix an strange issue with my reservation, and ultimately we got it sorted correctly in the end. The front desk people were all exceptional and kind and made me feel like a valued guest. I enjoyed being steps from the CTA train. I absolutely loved my deep soaking tub and views from my south west facing room. Their valet was pricey but worth it. I need the convenience of my vehicle close because of my arthritis. All of the staff were friendly and responsive. Room service was delicious. Overall a 10 out of 10 from me and I hope to be back soon! A equipe do hotel trabalhou duro para corrigir um problema estranho com minha reserva e, finalmente, resolvemos tudo corretamente no final. As pessoas da recepção foram todas excepcionais e gentis e me fizeram sentir como um hóspede valioso. Eu gostava de estar a poucos passos do trem CTA. Eu absolutamente amei minha banheira de imersão profunda e vistas do meu quarto virado a sudoeste. Seu manobrista era caro, mas vale a pena. Get the Hilton App! Digital key was ready at noon for smooth easy free early check-in. And free extra hour checkout to not feel rushed upon request. Staff/bell hop guy helped immediately upon arrival with heavy luggage to our room. Room had the best city views! Cleanliness, firm bed, received extra pillow & towels promptly upon request. Recommend Theatre District parking garage right around the corner for $40 versus $75 valet. I could see the garage from my room window. Roof on the wit bar/restaurant food was delicious. Telhado no bar/restaurante de comida era delicioso. Fortemente recomendado. As tarifas eram acessíveis.
My friends & I had a weekend planned in the city and with my husband being a diamond member for several years with Hilton, we were able to use points. The experience from the beginning was definitely not worth the price they want for a night and not up to Hilton guest services standards (no one at the desk many many times, rude when they come back to the desk from the back) so thank goodness we were able to comp. some of the cost with diamond member points otherwise it wouldn’t have been worth it at all, spend your money at the hundreds of other hotels in the city. The best part is, upon checkout I was charged for the entire stay as if I never used points! I still have yet to see the correct charge on my card and the incorrect charge removed, as it has already processed to these thieves. Hilton will be hearing about this and as a diamond member I will never stay here again. Meus amigos e eu tínhamos um fim de semana planejado na cidade e com meu marido sendo um membro diamante por vários anos com o Hilton, pudemos usar pontos. A experiência desde o início definitivamente não valeu o preço que eles querem por uma noite e não está de acordo com os padrões de serviços ao hóspede do Hilton (ninguém na recepção muitas vezes, rude quando eles voltam para a mesa da parte de trás), então graças a Deus nós foram capazes de comp. parte do custo com pontos de membro diamante, caso contrário não valeria a pena, gaste seu dinheiro em centenas de outros hotéis da cidade. A melhor parte é que, no check-out, fui cobrado por toda a estadia como se nunca tivesse usado pontos! Ainda não vi a cobrança correta no meu cartão e a cobrança incorreta removida, pois já foi processada para esses ladrões. Hilton estará ouvindo sobre isso e, como membro diamante, nunca mais ficarei aqui.

Awesome hotel! Great location, very friendly staff, nice/clean rooms. The Roof bar is popular and the lobby will have a bit of a nightclub feel on the nights it's open but as a hotel guest they ensure your access to the elevator/room which I thought was pretty clever. Try to at least get up there once for a drink because it's a fun spot. I didn't find the bed super comfortable but my back means I'm a bit picky on that. Breakfast at their restaurant was good with no line. Ótimo hotel! Excelente localização, funcionários muito simpáticos, quartos agradáveis/limpos. O bar da cobertura é popular e o lobby terá um pouco de sensação de boate nas noites em que estiver aberto, mas como hóspede do hotel, eles garantem seu acesso ao elevador / quarto, o que eu achei bastante inteligente. Tente pelo menos subir uma vez para tomar uma bebida porque é um local divertido. Eu não achei a cama super confortável, mas minhas costas significam que sou um pouco exigente com isso. O café da manhã no restaurante era bom, sem fila.

The view is decent, and the floor to ceiling windows made the room feel very spacious. We loved the larger tub overlooking the city, and the view at night (from a corner room) was wonderful. The location was perfect for us since its location is within walking distance of most of the city's main attractions. Our only complaint was the filthy carpet and the front desk service. We had to ask multiple times for bathroom towels, and we weren't able to make it to our own own hotel's rooftop to see the view. We tried calling, and we were hung up on multiple times. The service definitely could use some improvement! A vista é decente, e as janelas do chão ao teto fizeram o quarto parecer muito espaçoso. Nós amei o maior banheira com vista para a cidade, e a vista à noite (de um quarto de canto) foi maravilhoso. A localização foi perfeita para nós, pois sua localização fica a uma curta distância da maioria das principais atrações da cidade. Nossa única reclamação foi o carpete imundo e o serviço de recepção. Tivemos que pedir várias vezes toalhas de banho e não conseguimos chegar ao telhado do nosso próprio hotel para ver a vista. Tentamos ligar e desligamos várias vezes. O serviço definitivamente poderia usar alguma melhoria!
The name, the location, the service, and the weather was excellent. The only knock was the shower. The room, One King Bed, was very spacious for the two of us. The full kitchenette was nice to have and rare these days for a downtown hotel. The concierge service was fantastic and they took good care of my brand new vehicle; Thank you. The location is right next to the L so there is no need for an Uber. It's a 5 minute walk to the Mile and a 15 minute walk to Millennium Park. The Shower... I would love to see a sliding door to help keep things dry.

Hice una reserva por Iberia y ahora no me quieren cargar los avios. Alucinante. Además el trato deja un poco que desear, bastante arrogantes.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas. El hotel en si es moderno, tiene muy buena vista hacia el río y la ciudad. El Roof bar es muy buen bar donde atienden excelente y la vista es increíble.
Este hotel es muy bien, me gustaba mucho el design interior. Ademas El staff era muy rapido y amistoso.
Fui para la fiesta the ROOF on theWit de los domingos y ya no la hacen. Un camarero muy amable que nos atendió nos dijo que están planteándose si volver a hacerlas o no, pero de momento es un NO. Lástima.
