Tolles, modernes, super gelegenes Hotel!!👍 Wir waren ca. 5 Tage hier und haben uns mega wohl gefühlt. Durch die nahe Lage zur Altstadt ist man jederzeit im Geschehen und kann sich treiben lassen. Unbedingt Samstag Morgens auf den Markt am Dom gehen und einkaufen, schlendern, essen. Das Hotel hat gegenüber eine Tiefgarage in der das Auto perfekt steht. Der Kurs ist ok.

Um ótimo lugar para olhar para Freiburg, pois é muito central, mas silencioso. Tínhamos um quarto muito espaçoso com camas muito boas. O hotel consiste em dois edifícios, o hotel e um edifício em frente que contém quartos adicionais. O espaço de estacionamento oferecido na garagem era grande o suficiente, o pessoal foi muito amigável, tudo era limpo e moderno e um bom café da manhã. Portanto, não há nada de errado com isso.

Un gran lugar para ver Friburgo, ya que es muy céntrico pero tranquilo. Teníamos una habitación muy espaciosa con muy buenas camas. É tudo expectativa, claro, mas em um 'hotel boutique' me imagino um pouco mais romântico do que um hotel moderno de negócios, preto e branco.Outras pequenas coisas que não o tornavam nem um pouco melhor. Eles têm apenas uma quantidade limitada de vagas de estacionamento. Quando perguntei se eles teriam uma vaga mais tarde, ela se desculpou e disse que a garagem estava lotada e me encaminhou para a garagem em frente ao hotel. No entanto, no dia seguinte, na recepção, descobriu-se que um homem que não havia feito a reserva recebeu o último lugar em sua própria garagem.Em seguida, fomos enviados para o quarto errado. I can say little good about the hotel. For 170 euros a night I expect something better. It's all expectations, of course, but at a 'boutique hotel' I imagine myself a bit more romantic than a business, black and white colored, modern hotel.Other little things that didn't make it any better. They only have a limited amount of parking spaces. When I asked if they would have a spot later she apologized and said the garage was fully booked and referred me to the garage opposite the hotel. However, the next day at the reception it turned out that a man who had not booked was allocated the very last place in their own garage.Then we were sent to the wrong room. A lot of lugging up and down the floors. We had to go across the street where the lift was broken and it turned out that the room faced the road when I had asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. The next day we could get another room but we had to wait until the other room was cleaned to move our stuff ourselves.And the room was small. There was no possibility to make coffee or tea. The mattress was through. Internet was mediocre, slow. No nice shampoo or body lotion or the like, everything was minimal (even the chairs in the lounge bar were all gone) while after 10 days of hard work at the campsite we had looked forward to a few days of pampering in an expensive luxury hotel.To end on a positive note, the breakfast was good, very good in fact. Too bad that all the croissants are finished at 9 am and there is only 1 coffee machine for all guests, but that didn't spoil the fun.

Eu fui lá no ano passado e 2 vezes este ano há algumas semanas. Achei os quartos inferiores muito limpos, funcionários de limpeza que falam alemão são muito raros! Uma jovem muito simpática e cortês, provavelmente durante o maior estresse, realizou meu desejo de um travesseiro adicional. Pequeno-almoço era muito bom! Fiquei um pouco impressionado com a enorme seleção. A recepção infelizmente não foi tão motivada e amigável à tarde como no dia anterior, pela manhã. Eu iria novamente a qualquer hora!

Fui allí el año pasado y dos veces este año hace un par de semanas. Encontré que las habitaciones inferiores estaban muy limpias, ¡el personal de limpieza que habla alemán es muy raro! Una joven muy amable y cortés, probablemente durante el mayor estrés, cumplió mi deseo de una almohada adicional. ¡El desayuno estuvo muy bueno! Estaba un poco abrumado con la gran selección. Lamentablemente, la recepción no fue tan motivada y amistosa por la tarde como el día anterior, por la mañana. ¡Volvería allí en cualquier momento!

I went there last year and 2 times this year a couple of weeks ago. I found the lower rooms to be very clean, German-speaking cleaning staff is very rare! A very friendly, courteous young woman, probably during the greatest stress, fulfilled my wish for an additional pillow. Breakfast was very good! I was a bit overwhelmed with the huge selection. Reception was unfortunately not as motivated and friendly in the afternoon as the day before, in the morning. I would go again anytime!

Unlike the name implies, this is not a boutique hotel. It's a Holiday Inn style hotel without any charm.
There's no reception available (blaming Coronavirus).
The bed linnen is scratchy. The room entrance is in the staircase. There's no coffee machine. Minibar is empty.
All in all, the hotel is an empty shell without personality.
