É um hotel que conheço à muitos anos e que não me canso de frequentar. Tem vistas maravilhosas sobre Lisboa, uma decoração muito bonita e cada quarto é diferente, além do pessoal ser muito simpático.

Tudo é feito para desligar da rotina e viver como um rei o uma rainha durante as férias. Torel Palace oferece umaestadia romântica, cada quarto tem um estilo único com um toque contemporâneo. Tive a chance de ficar na Suíte Leopoldina que é lindamente decorada, muito bem organizada sem esquecer que o quarto e a casa de bahno era incrível ! O hotel está bem localizado no alto da cidade, o que oferece uma vista fantastica sobre a cidade de Lisboa. O pessoal foi muito acolhedoro e atencioso durante toda a estadia. Também, foi muito agradável de ver o pôr-do-sol desde a piscina aquecida!

Todo está hecho para desconectar de la rutina y vivir como un rey o una reina durante las vacaciones. Torel Palace ofrece una estancia romántica, cada habitación tiene un estilo único con un toque contemporáneo. Tuve la oportunidad de quedarme en la Suite Leopoldina que está hermosamente decorada, muy bien organizada sin olvidar que el dormitorio y el baño eran increíbles. El hotel está bien ubicado en la parte superior de la ciudad, ofreciendo una vista fantástica de la ciudad de Lisboa. El personal fue muy acogedor y atento durante toda la estancia. Además, fue muy agradable ver la puesta de sol desde la piscina climatizada.

Qué maravilloso lugar para quedarse; Acabamos de regresar de Lisboa y Torel Place hizo el viaje. El personal fue muy atento y la habitación estaba muy limpia y era cómoda, con una vista increíble de la ciudad. La piscina le dio la ventaja adicional, no es frecuente encontrar una piscina en una ciudad. Tomamos un mojito cada tarde junto a la piscina antes de que se pusiera el sol. El hotel está en la cima de una de las colinas más grandes, pero el funicular que lo lleva está literalmente fuera del hotel. Me encantaría quedarme allí de nuevo.

What a wonderful place to stay; we have just got back from Lisbon & Torel Place made the trip. The staff were very attentive & the room was very clean & comfortable with an amazing view over the city. The pool gave the added edge, it's not often you find a pool in a city. We had a mojito each afternoon by the pool before the sun went down. The hotel is on top of one of the bigger hills but the funicular to take you up is literally outside the hotel. Would love to stay there again.

What can I say, this place is beautiful. The staff are fantastic and attentive and the breakfast is wonderful. The views from our room are amazing and the decor and pool are awesome. Sad to be leaving

The bathroom was very dirty. When I pay so much money then I expect a clean room. After I showed this picture to the staff they told me that they want to clean the bathroom properly again. Unfortunately nothing happened. So I recommend you to stay away.

I so want to give this boutique hotel 5 stars--the staff was so friendly, the location was beautiful and the rooms were elegant. However, a few things detracted from that rating.There was constant club music playing in the interior courtyard. I would expect something less-Ibiza-ish from a hotel of this stature and certainly not playing until 11 pm nightly when there are rooms overlooking the space.The breakfast service and staff were impeccable, but the food available during the rest of the day was mediocre at best. A hotel of this caliber should be able to provide delightful, if limited, options that live up to the rest fo the offering.We requested an early check-in, but that wasn't possible, We totally understand. However, when we returned at 3pm after traveling from New York and wandering the city all day, we still did not have room. It took another 30 minutes for us to be checked in. These things happen, but when your only job is insuring the comfort of your guests, they shouldn't if you want to be considered a first class hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this cozy and unique hideaway. Important to mention is, that it is located in central Lisbon, super close by walking to many famous sights and places to visit. The staff is perfectly instructed and attentive to assist you regardless of any wish or question. We can absolutely recommend Torel Palace, because we really had a palace-like stay and view over the city. And if you're a cat lover you'll enjoy being welcomed by a sweet neighbour-cat which regularly visits the place and is always up for snuggles :)
