The best thing we did was check out. Location is out of the way far from beaches, wifi barely worked, breakfast was limited, and didn't understand when there is 2 of us why serve only 3 pieces of toast. Isn't it common courtesy to serve 4. Not like we eat much but service was very poor. I didn't see any sunrise sunset view as hotel is located in a cove and the sun rises over the hill so probably higher rooms had some view and even sunset seems to be over the hill. We stayed in far better places where we saw the sun sinking in to the ocean and where there is convenient takeaways and supermarkets. Also when we asked for late checkout, they said no which was okay although we saw many guests checkout but when we asked that if after checkout we can use common washrooms after the beach they said no. I found that very strange because as a traveler who's visited around 30 countries everywhere they allow us to use common washrooms in the lobby after checkout and Jerome our luggage. Found the behavior towards us whether in the restaurant or reception a bit racist.

Really bad experience & welcome by the hotel stuff , no cooperation at all , don't know they have a refund policy or not , will definitely check out immidiately as it's really really bad , i have a kid but they do not co-operate at all, niether give an extra bed inspite if paying extra for the child, very far from beau valllon, nothing around this hotel...food not yet tasted or had here , will submit the review further more once done ...

Just what I look for in a hotel comfortable rooms all with balconies looking over the ocean, good food and friendly staff.
We booked a superior room which is a very nice size (just a note these are up 7 flights of stairs) on the top floor
