We only stayed one night, the receptionist was super friendly. The place is cheap, if you are on budget, its good and central. Nothing special, this hotel is very worn out though the sheets were clean. A good revamp will help lift it up. Pool was too frozen to use.
Worst hotel ever!! All what i saw is dirt, constant noisy atmosphere, broken toilets, dust and rust all over. Worst treat as well!! When I complained about the status the reception did not even try to make it any better, they didn’t care and advised me to cancel if i’m not satisfied. They gave me a word they won’t charge for cancellation but never stood for it. When I cancelled they charged me the whole amount of money. They lied just so they don’t make an effort to make things better and just get the money. From my experience, always avoid this hotel at any cost.

Worst experience ever. I'm a Singaporean married to an Egyptian man. Here to celebrate our anniversary. Upon reaching here. We were ask for marriage cert. After showing them the photo that I took and have in my phone. They still not convince. Who will walk around travelling to bring their hardcopy of their marriage cert? And they want an endorsement of the cert ,we are both not staying here. Why will we be doing that. End up we leave with great disappointment even after we have book the hotel earlier
Prós: Ótima localização, na rua principal ao lado do calçadão. Tanto o serviço quanto a equipe estão fazendo o melhor para que você se sinta confortável e satisfeito. Os quartos são espaçosos e as camas eram confortáveis. Bom valor para o dinheiro. As comodidades são muito boas, as crianças se divertiram muito com piscinas e toboáguas. Massagem e spa foram muito agradáveis. Contras: Os quartos são bem antigos, precisam ser reformados. A comida é leve e não muito diversificada. A limpeza não é boa o suficiente e eles estão usando roupas sujas. A geladeira estava suja e eles limparam depois que pedimos. Embora 3 dias tenham se passado, minha esposa e 6 anos deixaram o hotel com febre alta e pneumonia. A maioria de nós teve diarréia muitos dias. Eu sou cauteloso aqui porque quando você vai para o exterior, sempre há comida nova e isso pode acontecer. Também pode ser a água das torneiras que tinham vírus. Embora eles tenham uma praia privada, não é conveniente e a maioria dos hóspedes não a usaria. Definitivamente não é um hotel 5*.
Experiência ruim, já na chegada uma confusão total para o transfer para o aeroporto, nos disseram para ir ao estacionamento pegar um ônibus que não estava lá, meia hora perdida para discutir para entender quem deveria nos levar e onde fica . Chegando ao hotel, as expectativas eram altas devido aos comentários e às fotos dos folhetos ilustrados para a reserva, em vez disso nos colocaram em uma estrutura decididamente em ruínas, quartos imundos, cabelos e cabelos no chão, nos lençóis e na banheira. O banheiro merece um capítulo à parte, com a banheira com a cortina de plástico dos anos 80 (e provavelmente nunca mais lavada desde então, dada a imundície que estava), a cisterna vazando fazendo barulho a noite toda e o ralo do chão que vomitava espuma ao tomar banho. A praia é muito pequena e superlotada, com as espreguiçadeiras próximas umas das outras e nem mesmo o espaço para nadar, pois há pouquíssimos metros quadrados de espaço na água cercado por bóias, além das quais você não pode ir porque os barcos passam. Nunca mais!
I came to this hotel on the 11th september to spend my honeymoon. So I booked as a honeymooners. First of all I went they gave me a room with two beds and they have put them together after chasing them too many times they changed the room. I didn't see any special treatment as a honeymooner, no room decoration, no any warm welcome. The air conditioner in the room was very bad, I complained about it many times, it was very cold and I have asked them to make it warmer but they weren't very helpful so I catched a cold because of it. In the restaurant the air conditioning was not working so was very hoooot in the restaurant. The beach was awful, people were throwing food in the sea. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Me, as an egyptian but living in an european country will not reccommend this hotel to anyone. The service is veryyy bad, will never be back again and will not reccommend this to anyone Bad bad bad bad! If I could of put 0 stars I would have been rated it 0 not even 1 star. Do not trust this hotel.
Pros: Great location, on the main street next to the Boardwalk. Both service and the staff are doing the best to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. Rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. Good value for money. Amenities are very good, the kids had a great time with pools and water slides. Massage and spa were very enjoyable. Cons: Rooms are quite old, need to be renovated. The food is mild and not too diverse. Cleaning is not good enough and they are using dirty clothes. The fridge was dirty and they cleaned it up after we had asked them to. Though 3 days have passed, both my wife and 6 years old left the hotel with high fever and Pneumonia. Most of us had diarrhea many days. I'm cautious here cause when you go abroad, there's always new food and it can happen. Also it might be the water from faucets that had virus. Though they have a private beach it's not convenient and most guests would not use it. Definitely not a 5* hotel.
It’s the worst hotel I ever seen in my life. It was a nightmare. Not worth the money I have paid. The staff was very rude. Rooms not clean and not all lights were working.

Comida nada italiana, e mal feita, muitas vezes fedia, no café da manhã os brioches e pastéis italianos eram sempre os mesmos, dia após dia eles os colocavam em uma grande mesa à esquerda, mas não queriam tocá-los.6. As fotos que você vê online têm cerca de 20 ou 25 anos, se você comparar com as minhas você vai perceber7. As piscinas são frequentadas apenas por árabes e talvez alguns russos8. Na estrutura italiana falam pouco e nada.Não recomendado para todos aqueles que como eu reservaram férias em sharm.
Good, but not very high quality, we spoke to room service many times to get tissues, and sent me 1 small pack while I am renting 2 rooms for 5 days. Room service is poor, food is not that much, location is good, swimming pools only opens for 4 hours a day. They have a special beach. Overall experience is good but do not recommend it to friends.
In general, the resort was excellent in most of aspects and the service was ultra-premium. The food was so good and rich. They have aqua games and sand beach. I really recommend it to families.
The resort overall is just okay. Accessibility is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food selection isn't anything special and the snacks in-between the meals runs out fairly quickly. We chose to eat off-site most of the stay for a better selection and quality. The beach isn't on-site but can be walked to in about 5 minutes. I'd recommend this resort if you're not looking for anything special but if you want a good bang for your buck, I'd recommend elsewhere. Update: My review stared as a 4 star and slowly worked its way downhill for this terrible resort. The staff here, specifically the security guards, are some of the rudest and most incompetent individuals I've ever met. I now don't recommend this place for anyone to visit. There are so many better places around Sharm that are highly rated all around. The restaurants will begin to clear your table at closing time while you're eating. Pure lack of customer service.
A propriedade tem uma ótima localização, na verdade fica no centro da Baía de Naama. Todos de fácil acesso. Os quartos do hotel são limpos, e todos os dias o serviço é excelente. A cozinha é variada, por vezes repetitiva mas se a avaliar no geral, é bastante boa. As piscinas são limpas seguidas de salva-vidas e a área do jardim é mantida diariamente. O resort dispõe de posto médico 24/24H e o pessoal de atendimento está pronto para responder às necessidades dos clientes. A parte interessante que lhe permite desfrutar de umas ótimas férias são os passeios. Banderas, o organizador e guia Mohamed, que falam bem italiano, são pessoas especiais. Confie neles para conhecer as belezas do sharm e com certeza você fará a escolha certa.
The room is okay and very clean bathroom.The wifi were very weak, spoty, and lobby only with limited timer that you can asked for more.The buffet were edible except the dessert and cheeses, God knows how long they have been there for.
Excelente estrutura, quartos bem limpos e um resort muito bem cuidado.Cozinha comestível, mas repetida várias vezes ao longo da semana. No entanto, não é uma cozinha de 5 estrelas.Excelente serviço de bar, mas se você quer um bom café tem que pagar e isso me parece excessivo para quem paga um inclusive cobrar pelo café do nescafè que nem é o top hahaha..Quanto ao serviço de recepção não achei muito grave, pedimos duas vezes uma garrafa de água assim que chegamos da viagem, depois de 1 hora ainda não havia chegado, tivemos que sair para comprar, não não parece muito bem-vindo.Quanto às excursões foram realmente excelentes, procure por BANDERAS, encontrei-o na praia ou na recepção do hotel, ele fala italiano e simpático, uma pessoa séria e disponível para qualquer necessidade. Excursões bem organizadas, talvez com outros italianos, e pontualidade acima de tudo, neste dou 5 estrelas, procure Banderas e você estará realmente seguro para as excursões.Ótimas massagens no spa, com preços moderados.De resto, tudo é gente simpática e, de qualquer forma, tentam tornar as suas férias as melhores.A praia do mar é pequena e limitada, você tem que ter sorte para encontrar uma espreguiçadeira, principalmente pela manhã.
Well, I had great expectations for this hotel since it is a 5 star hotel in the middle of Naama bay so its location is great, however, it is old and needs many improvements and finishing touches. The morning cleaning staff can be rude! The guy responsible for our floor was so rude, aggressive, and interfered with our privacy that I complained to the hotel twice! On the other hand, the night staff is so nice, all smiles and welcoming! The breakfast is okay and has many varieties. I suggest they redecorate the hotel and renew it to be fit for a 5 star one.

El hotel en sí no es 5 estrellas pero sí tenía todo y funcionaba todo, la comida se come bien la bebida también la gente del hotel regalo un pastel por el cumpleaños de mi amigo el pastel era muy grande y era muy delicioso! Lo que no me gusta del hotel es que los personales te miran mal como si fuese que uno les debe dinero eso incomoda un montón y creo que dentro del hotel tienen que prohibir eso de dar propina hay que mejorar muchísimo esa parte. La falta de comunicación es importantísimo la gente de recepción sólo informo el número de la habitación y luego los huéspedes tenían que aprender o conocer sólo el hotel. Recomendado la parte de aqua park y la piscina deportiva! Rescato también la limpieza de la habitación que fue muy buena siempre dejaban botellas de agua para cada día también dejaban un montón de kits de aseo y un montón de tohallas limpias.
Es un resort de "5 estrellas". De tres días que estuvimos nos limpiaron la habitación 1, además de que cuando llegamos, la limpieza de dicha habitación era mejorable. Localización muy buena, con multitud de tiendas y restaurantes alrededor.

Eu realmente gostei da sua estadia na Baía de Tropitel Naama. O hotel é adequado tanto para famílias como para jovens. O tempo passa imperceptível e alegre graças à animação que entretém constantemente: ginástica matinal, hidroginástica, dardos, ioga, programa de espetáculos noturnos. O cardápio é variado e muito saboroso. Descansou no final de abril de 2021. O tempo estava quente e confortável, sem vento, já que o Tropitel Naama Bay está localizado na baía. O descanso será lembrado por muito tempo. Eu quero voltar novamente.
Não admira que este hotel tenha 5 has. Tudo está bem. Todos os funcionários tentam dar o seu melhor. Os quartos são limpos todos os dias, nós limpamos Mina - um cara bom. Camas muuuuito confortáveis (eu dormi como em nenhum outro lugar). A praia, o território, os quartos em todos os lugares são lindos, limpos e acolhedores. Quero enfatizar que vi com meus próprios olhos como as amostras são retiradas da piscina. A culinária é deliciosa e variada. A praia fica do outro lado da rua, mas não causa nenhum incômodo. A entrada é de areia, existe também um pontão. Lojas próximas. Tudo é para umas férias boas e confortáveis. 🙂
Realmente disfruté tu estadía en Tropitel Naama Bay. El hotel es adecuado tanto para familias como para jóvenes. El tiempo pasa de manera imperceptible y alegre gracias a la animación que constantemente entretiene: gimnasia matutina, aeróbic acuático, dardos, yoga, programa de espectáculos nocturnos. El menú es variado y muy sabroso. Descansado a finales de abril de 2021. El clima era cálido y confortable, sin viento, ya que Tropitel Naama Bay se encuentra en la bahía. El descanso durante mucho tiempo permanecerá en la memoria. Quiero volver de nuevo.
Ótimo hotel, resolvido muito rapidamente, pessoal simpático. Gostei muito do quarto em que estavam (claro, não espere uma super reforma, mas é aconchegante): primeiro andar com vista para a piscina, canto dos pássaros matinais, ótimo! O hotel possui uma área ampla, o que é uma mais-valia para quem gosta de caminhar. Não vai demorar muito para chegar ao mar. Recomende!
The hotel is positioned as a very good five-star hotel, has an attractive website and good feedbacks on booking.com and other aggregators. However, the hotel is in very poor condition, renovation required, and in reality its grade is 2.5-star. The food is acceptable, if you are hungry, but the quality of vegetables is bad. If you come after one hour after the start, you have slim chances to get something to eat. The beach is very very small, always overcrowded and with awful russian pop music.The good thing is, it is possible to find someone, who help you with your problems. After 2 day fights and two relocations, we managed to get a room where it was possible to leave. 🤣🤣🤣

Hotel de 5 estrellas, las habitaciones son hermosas, limpias, se limpian a diario. Las camas son cómodas, los baños son hermosos, pero necesitan reparaciones cosméticas. La cocina es normal. Servido por chefs. Un espacio muy amplio donde pasar un buen rato. Muchas piscinas. Aunque prefiero el mar. La playa que pertenece a este hotel parece por las imágenes de la foto o mapa, muy pequeña e incómoda, pero cuando estás aquí una visión completamente diferente. Hay suficiente espacio para todos. Hay muchas tumbonas. La puesta de sol es arenosa y cómoda. La playa se limpia a diario, pero es deseable que los turistas no arrojen colillas de cigarrillos a la arena. Puedes nadar con una máscara y ver muchos peces (todo tipo de hermosos). Todo el personal es amable y sincero, tratando de explicar todo si es necesario, si los turistas no saben inglés, encuentran una persona (empleado) que habla ruso. Nuestra trabajadora en un hotel de Ivano-Frankivsk preguntaba constantemente si todo lo que necesitábamos estaba bien. Y la gente llama a la habitación y pregunta si todo está bien.
Descansamos aqui em março. Estávamos instalados em um prédio antigo, não é muito bom, mas a princípio dá para morar, o quarto ficava no térreo com acesso à piscina. Há um cofre, chaleira, chá, café, açúcar. As toalhas eram trocadas apenas a pedido, mas imediatamente. O pessoal é prestativo e culto. A água das piscinas é tão quente)). O mar está frio a 22ºC. Mas, por outro lado, a entrada no mar é do jeito que eu gosto - "infantil", como dizem meus amigos. Sem pantone, a praia é areia, não sendo necessário coral ou calçado especial. Mais uma coisa: deixaram as coisas na praia, foram dar um mergulho e não se preocuparam - tudo estava sempre no lugar. Outro momento agradável, depois do check out às 12h tivemos que tirar as pulseiras e não era mais hora do almoço, e nossa saída foi às 19h ... então eles deixaram as pulseiras para nós e ainda almoçamos)) ) Como íamos descansar com uma empresa, sem filhos, queríamos chegar ao hotel, mais ou menos, não familiar;). E nisso também tivemos sorte)
Best location ever. Right in the heart of Naema bay, the center of Sharm ElSheikh. Amazing views of the bay from above. Nice pools, one with an aqua. Good restaurant. Very friendly staff. One of the oldest hotels in town that is still keeping its charm

Excellent location (the touristic center, warmest place Sharm, sandy beach). 2nd line, but beach in 1 min walking. Tasty food and great variety. Rooms are cosy. Like it and stay again next time
Estivemos aqui na segunda quinzena de janeiro de 2021. Do lado positivo, está perto do mar com um pôr do sol arenoso, 2 piscinas aquecidas, a principal e com escorregas. Área ampla bem cuidada com boas vistas da baía e da cidade. Acesso à cidade, próximo a bares, mercados e demais entretenimentos noturnos. Quartos amplos e luminosos com tectos altos, chaleira, frigorífico e plasma. Dos pontos negativos, este é um quatro típico, bem, não um cinco. Não há roupões de banho, chinelos ou ferro de passar roupas. Há reclamações sobre a casa de banho, nomeadamente sobre o chuveiro, há bolor e reparações muito antigas, bem, com certeza. A sala em si era normal, grande e iluminada. É verdade que também não havia camuflagem móvel. Ao mesmo tempo, durante 12 noites, os mosquitos nunca foram envenenados no território daqui. Animação fraca, tanto para crianças como para adultos. Cozinha padrão sem frescuras. Tem praia, mas é muito pequena, tem muita gente. Praticamente não há espaço entre as espreguiçadeiras. Lobby por algum motivo sem ar condicionado. No território moscas e mosquitos incomodam, porque eles não envenenam, como em todos os outros lugares não está claro.Na verdade, o hotel vale seu dinheiro, e a ocupação era bastante grande justamente por causa do preço. Vou recomendar aos meus amigos? Sim, em janeiro esta é uma opção muito decente em Naamabey Bay, com piscinas aquecidas e por um preço razoável.

Nice food, super cool staff and lovely hotel. Very good location in middle of town and few 100 meters from the beach. For me the place to stay in Sharm. Highly recommended.
The hotel has a great view and location, it also has variety of services, many shops are open around it and you can talk a lovely bight walk by the beach day or night. However, staff is not always professional, food is not so great in variety and quantity (post covid circumstances?) And no great areas for children play except for the pool. I'd recommend it to couples, and to have minimum meals in the hotel ad you can get food easily feom outside restaurants.
We vacationed here in March of 2019. There wasn't many English speaking staff, however they did accommodate us as best as possible. I didn't like the fact that the WiFi was only able to be used in the lounge area & it only worked for so many minutes. Then you would have to keep going to the desk for a new piece of paper w/a new code on it. Since not realizing my phone didn't work in another country I really depended on the WiFi at the hotel to keep in touch w/family back home. Other than that the food at the hotel was amazing, the pool & rooms were clean and the hotel itself w/the amazing view of the Red Sea made it so worth it! The atmosphere outside the hotel with all the cool little shops, & outdoor restaurants was fun to walk through too!

Room was very clean. Plenty of choice of pools depending on your needs. In a great location Rooms spread over a vast area with a lot of steps. Everything was perfect! But the thing that really impressed me was how the staff really goes out of its way to make sure you are comfortable throughout your stay. They really think of every detail.
