Equipe amigável, ótimo serviço. Pequeno almoço limitado mas bom. Quarto era muito pequeno e apoiado em um beco. Muito caro para o que recebi. Localização foi fantástica.Elevador começa entre a recepção e 1, e pára entre cada andar. Não é super útil se você não puder subir escadas ou tiver muita bagagem.O chuveiro estava quente e potente, mas o espaço era apertado e eles instalaram a válvula de controle bem no meio da parede, então toda vez que eu me movia, batia na maçaneta e desligava a água ou a movia para quente ou frio.Esta sala apertada não tinha fluxo de ar. Eles deixaram um ventilador no armário, o que ajudou, mas imagino que em dias/noites quentes este quarto seja muito desconfortável.Por fim, o colchão de solteiro foi usado do lado afastado da parede, então parecia que você estava dormindo em uma ligeira inclinação.Se eu ficasse aqui novamente, pediria um quarto longe do beco e um ventilador melhor. Provavelmente fugiria daqui nos meses de verão.

Personal amable, gran servicio. Desayuno limitado pero bueno. La habitación era muy pequeña y daba a un callejón. Bastante caro para lo que obtuve. La ubicación era fantástica.El ascensor comienza entre la recepción y el 1 y se detiene entre cada piso. No es muy útil si no puedes subir escaleras o tienes mucho equipaje.La ducha era caliente y potente, pero el espacio era reducido e instalaron la válvula de control justo en el medio de la pared, así que cada vez que me movía golpeaba la manija y cerraba el agua o la movía a agua caliente o fría.Esta habitación estrecha no tenía flujo de aire. Dejaron un ventilador en el armario, lo que ayudó, pero me imagino que en los días/noches calurosos esta habitación es muy incómoda.Por último, el colchón gemelo estaba desgastado del lado opuesto a la pared, por lo que se sentía como si estuviera durmiendo en una pequeña pendiente.Si tuviera que quedarme aquí nuevamente, pediría una habitación lejos del callejón y un mejor ventilador. Probablemente se alejaría de aquí en los meses de verano.

Friendly staff, great service. Limited but good breakfast. Room was very small and backed to an alley. Pretty expensive for what I got. Location was fantastic.
Elevator starts in between reception and 1, and stops between every floor. Not super helpful if you can’t take stairs or have a lot of luggage.
Shower was hot and powerful but space was tight and they installed the control valve right in the middle of the wall so every time I moved I hit the handle and shut water off or moved it to full hot or cold.
This tight room had no airflow. They left a fan in the closet, which helped, but I imagine on hot days/nights this room is very uncomfortable.
Lastly, the twin mattress was worn on the side away from wall, so it felt like you were sleeping on a slight slope.
If I were to stay here again I’d ask for a room away from the alley and a better fan. Would likely shy away from here in summer months.

Magnífico hotel de 3 estrellas, el personal es muy amable, la habitación 102 es muy cómoda y tiene una hermosa vista de la Place Guillaume II. Lástima que está en construcción, pero probablemente será más agradable más adelante.

OK for a one night stay whilst passing through, tiny room, no air conditioning but great location on central square and directly above one of the city centre car parks, basic breakfast served on pre arranged tray with no choice!

Limpio, personal cercano, ubicación perfecta: habitaciones pequeñas y, dado que es un edificio del casco antiguo, el ascensor no va desde La planta baja hacia arriba necesitarías escaleras. Tal vez no sea ideal para familias, si tiene mucho equipaje o está discapacitado. ¡Pero ideal para viajes de negocios!

Servicio súper agradable: habitaciones pequeñas pero con un precio completamente aceptable. La plaza frente al hotel ha sido un sitio de construcción desde 2019. Sa un 6am se llevan a cabo trabajos de construcción - desde las 7am se raspan los revestimientos del piso con excavadoras - se cortan las piedras con sierras circulares - así es como me imagino "Dante's Inferno" en la versión acústica.....

I arrived at 1am, and I'm sorry for the delay. I am a surgeon so I don't actually have access to my phone all the time.
I rang the bell and a guy opened it and said the keys were at the reception.
I went to room 204 and I was surprised with a used room, and I think someone was hidden behind the blinds.
I went back to the entrance and talked again through the intercom. The same guy couldn't give me an alternative room or hotel, so I actually didn't sleep and stayed all night on the street.

Tivemos uma estadia curta em três pessoas. Ficamos no apartamento. Muito confortável, limpo e aconchegante. Café da manhã muito agradável. Ótima localização. funcionários educados e prestativos. Infelizmente o wi-fi do quarto não funcionou por quase toda a estadia.

A boutique hotel overlooking Hotel de ville and the Notre dame. We have a family apartment which has a kitchenette and a separate lounge to the bedroom..The sofa turns into a bed. There is a lift so we didn't have to haul our luggage up 2 flights. Toiletries, towels etc provided. A nespresso machine was a lovely surprise. A big fridge was also handy. lovely location to centre ville! Very clean rooms and very spacious!

The room was okay. Small but okay. It didn't feel extremely clean but I didn't see a problem. Don't expect tea coffee or mini bar in the room. The thing that got me frustrated was the breakfast. They said "we offer full continental breakfast" and this is just lying. How in anyway a cold boiled egg, a packaged cheese, butter and jam, and activia yoghurt is a "full continental breakfast"?

The hotel is ‘ok’. Not special, rooms are clean and the beds are not that soft. It is located on a busy square, in the middle of Luxembourg.Breakfast is also, ok, nothing special. There is no possibility to make your own tea or coffee at the room, no mini fridge or hair dryer. So it is quite basic.

The hotel Vauban is very nicely located. The rooms are clean . The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is quite average but still good ✅However, my experience was quite altered by the fact that the hotel was very noisy ( someone banging on the door from 1:00 A.M until 2.30 A.M , no one at the reception!! ) ❌Also there are some things that puzzled me : I pointed out at the reception that our toilets had no toilet paper left and the receptionist , though very agreeable, went to hand me a toilet paper roll. I would have expected a cleaning lady to just bring it in my room, not a receptionist in the middle of the hallway 😥
