Os funcionários são atenciosos e amigáveis. Em algum lugar havia uma foto e uma declaração de uma piscina em sites de reserva de hotel, mas eles não têm isso. (O hotel deve certificar-se de corrigir isso e ser preciso sobre suas comodidades em outros sites de reserva). O hotel é pequeno, mas os quartos são modernos e confortáveis. O café da manhã também é bom. No geral, pelo que é, o Hotel é agradável e está convenientemente localizado em uma ótima área. Muitos restaurantes e bares do outro lado da rua. Fica perto dos shoppings.

Staff are attentive and friendly. Somewhere there was a picture and a claim of a pool on hotel booking websites, but they don't have that. (The hotel should make sure to fix that and be accurate about their amenities on other booking sites). The hotel is small but the rooms are up to date and comfortable. The breakfast is good too. Overall, for what it is, the Hotel is pleasant and conveniently located in a great area. Lots of restaurants and bars across the street. It's close to the malls.

Such lovely place, the attention is superb. My room was very clean and everyone will welcome you each time with a nice smile. Very good location, great breakfast (delicious Colombian menu), very professional room service. I will definely come back to this wonderful hotel... and fully recommended it to anyone.

be careful of bait and switch promotions. the staff will stare you straight in the face as if you are making up a story. Nice property but horrible staff and misleading promotions even when you show the evidence of screen shots of their website. avoid this place at all cost. The Four Points across the road is better option
