Cheguei aqui e entrei no nosso estúdio de luxo e não havia nada de luxo nisso. É minúsculo. Você pode sentar-se ao lado da cama e lavar a louça. Você pode sentar na ponta da cama e ajustar manualmente a TV. As paredes são finas como papel. Podemos ouvir claramente todas as conversas ao lado. Na verdade, ouvimos as crianças da porta ao lado peidando. Acharam engraçado, nós não. Liguei para o balcão de atendimento ao cliente e eles não ajudaram. Estamos reservados para 3 noites. Vamos para casa amanhã. Estar no 3º andar sem elevador também não é nada bom. Nunca ficar aqui novamente.

Tivemos uma estadia agradável aqui por duas noites de nossas férias. Os quartos eram de bom tamanho e bastante limpo. O resort é agradável e limpo. Na última visita, ficamos no Club Wyndham at the Meadows, foi agradável e limpo, desta vez tentamos nas Cataratas! Estávamos tão felizes que fizemos. Cozinha totalmente equipada. O resort está longe o suficiente da agitação de Branson, mas perto o suficiente de tudo! O gerente foi bom o suficiente para me guiar quando eu estava tendo problemas para encontrar seu resort! Eles sempre dão quebra-cabeças às minhas meninas a cada visita. Eles são incríveis!!!! Temos sempre um momento tão agradável e relaxante!!!

El complejo es agradable y limpio. Última visita, nos quedamos en el Club Wyndham en Meadows, fue agradable y limpio, ¡esta vez probamos en las Cataratas! Estábamos tan felices de haberlo hecho. Cocina completamente equipada. El complejo está lo suficientemente lejos del ajetreo y el ruido de Branson, pero lo suficientemente cerca de todo. ¡El gerente fue lo suficientemente amable como para guiarme cuando tenía problemas para encontrar su resort! Siempre les dan a mis niñas rompecabezas en cada visita. ¡Son geniales! Siempre tenemos un momento tan agradable y relajante!!!

Got here and entered our studio deluxe and there was nothing deluxe about it. It is tiny. You can sit on the side of the bed and do the dishes. You can sit on the end of the bed and manually adjust the TV. The walls are paper thin. We can clearly hear every conversation next door. We actually heard the kids next door farting. They thought it was funny, we didn't. I called the Guest Services desk and they were no help. We are booked for 3 nights.We are going home tomorrow.Being on the 3rd floor with no elevator is no treat either. Never staying here again.

We had a nice stay here for two nights of our vacation. The rooms were a good size and fairly clean. We had to ask for some extra toilet paper and some non-decaf coffee but they were brought quickly. Unfortunately it took almost half an hour to check in, and the staff seemed to be having difficulty with their reservation computer system. They were pleasant about it, but when you are accustomed to check-in at a hotel taking ten seconds, it seemed way excessive. I also never received any email confirmation of my booking, so I had to call several times to make sure we actually had a reservation.

The resort is nice and clean. Last visit, we stay at Club Wyndham at the Meadows, it was pleasant and clean, this time we tried at the Falls! We were so happy we did. Fully stocked kitchen. The resort is far enough away from the hustle and noise of Branson, but close enough to everything! The manager was nice enough to guide me when I was having issues finding their resort! They always give my girls puzzles every visit. They are awesome!!!! We always have such a pleasant and relaxing time!!!

Primeiro, deixe-me começar dizendo que a equipe foi de primeira qualidade. Todos muito simpáticos. Infelizmente eu tinha formigas no meu quarto ( tão ruim que tivemos que deixar nossos lanches no carro). Em seguida, não havia internet e, se eu soubesse disso, teria ido para outro lugar. Meu filho ficou muito chateado com isso. Ligaram e disseram que a internet estava com problemas. Tenho fotos de ambas as questões para provar tudo. Eu realmente odeio deixar comentários ruins, eu odeio isso, mas por causa dessas coisas não tenho certeza se voltaria. Esperando que Wyndham faça a coisa certa aqui.

First let me start off by saying the staff was top notch. All very friendly. Sadly I had ants inmy room ( so bad we had to leave our snacks out in the car).Next was no internet and had I known this I would've went elsewhere.My son was very upset about this.Called and was told internet was having problems.I have pictures of both issues to prove everything. I really hate leaving bad reviews I hate it but because of these things I'm not sure if I would come back. Hoping Wyndham does the right thing here.

Belos quartos com excelentes vistas. A gerência foi insuficiente para lidar com um problema que tivemos com outro hóspede, permitindo consistentemente que seus cães corressem pela propriedade sem coleira. 4 chamadas separadas para a gerência foram feitas em 4 incidentes separados e toda vez que nos disseram que os hóspedes foram aconselhados a não deixar seus cães sem coleira. Claramente alguns hóspedes são mais importantes do que outros, sem falar nas questões de segurança não só para os outros hóspedes, mas também a possibilidade de os cães serem atropelados por um carro. O tratamento de toda a situação foi extremamente decepcionante.

O nosso quarto era agradável e limpo. Tudo dentro foi atualizado. A única desvantagem para mim é que estávamos no terceiro andar e não há elevador. Além disso, eles não têm latas de lixo ao redor da propriedade, o que parecia inconveniente. Mas no geral a experiência foi muito boa.

Our room was nice and clean. Everything inside has been updated. Only downside for me is that we were on the third floor and there is no elevator. Also, they don’t have trash cans around the property which felt inconvenient. But overall the experience was quite good.

Beautiful rooms with great views. Management was insufficient at handling an issue we had with another guest consistently allowing their dogs to run around the property off leash. 4 separate calls to management were made on 4 separate incidents and every time we were told the guests had been advised not to let their dogs off leash. Clearly some guests are more important than others, not to mention the safety issues not only for other guests but also the possibility of the dogs getting hit by a car. The handling of the entire situation was extremely disappointing.

Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso hospedado neste lindo hotel. Tudo estava limpo e tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos para ficar durante a semana. A vista da varanda era linda e nós apreciamos comer nossos café-da-manhã lá fora. Ficamos muito felizes em ter acesso a lavanderia e cozinha na suíte.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful hotel. Everything was clean and we had all that we needed to stay for the week. The view from the porch was gorgeous and we enjoyed eating our breakfasts out there.
We were so glad to have access to both laundry and kitchen in the suite.

It was a great location! Sun came out and we enjoyed being out on the enclosed balcony. We were only minutes away from the Branson strip! We can always count on Wyndham to have lovely units, great kitchens, laundry facilities all stress free.
