Be careful! That hotel doesn’t exist anymore. You’ll find “Inn by The SFO” instead, which’s a shady hotel with a 3.2 customer rating. I booked mine through Hotwire and almost lost my money as they wouldn’t believe me the hotel had changed its name.

this will be my go to hotel when coming to San Fransisco. front desk was kind and helpful. my room was very clean and beds were so comfortable, the bedding was even wonderful, super soft and clean I slept so good. tons of restaurants close by and only about 10 minutes from the airport. wasn't expecting to be so thrilled with this hotel because of how inexpensive the room was, definitely deserves 5 stars.

I've been coming to this hotel now for about a year twice a week. I now know the managers of the property they are wonderful Pleasant always have a great attitude and it feels a little bit like home. The rooms are extremely clean never had a problem with anything being dirty. The beds are very comfortable the pillows are amazing and hyperallergenic you can't go wrong. The facility itself is all around relatively quiet it is a small facility but you would never know it by how wonderful the rooms are.

We stayed here during our vacation and we had nothing but good experience. The were friendly and very accommodating. Our room was cleaned when we got back. It's very quiet, which was very important to us because we needed that good night sleep so we can enjoy the many activities San Francisco had to offer. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is really nice and cozy. We stayed there only one night but I really enjoyed staying there. They offer free parking (unlike the majority of places in SF which charge ridiculous sums of money for overnight parking). For breakfast you can get fresh fruit, 2 types of cereal, pastries, oatmeal, juice, and coffee. Nothing fancy, but it's free and good, and you can't complain about free. The hotel is very clean, the receptionist is nice and friendly. Coffee maker in the room.
Beware - the bed is kind of pretty damn hard. If you're okay with it, you're going to love this place, it's affordable and nice, and it's about 25 minutes from the Fisherman's Wharf and about 8-9 minutes from the airport.
