Family run small hotel situated a short walk from the town centre of Bellagio. Large rooms with king size bed good air con flat screen TV (Italian only) Wi Fi. Tea and coffee in room. Large bathroom en suite Rate includes a great breakfast which can be indoor or outside on their Large terrace overlooking Lake Como. Staff are really helpful view from terrace attached

Excellent place to stay, staff were very welcoming. We stayed on the ground floor and the Room was perfect. Breakfast served outside were there are views of the lake, 10/15 min walk into Bellagio centre and its also useful for getting the bus to Nesso/Lecco/Como as the bus stop is just down the hill 5 minutes walk away.

It is our second time arriving at this beautiful guest house and we came back because we loved the service and the people managing this place.
We had the opportunity to meet the same woman who accepted us last time; it was a good memory.
Nice and clean rooms with everything you need.

I booked a room at this guesthouse about two months before, for a 3-night stay. I paid the price in advance. exactly 20 minutes before arriving at the accommodation, 12 hours after I had left here, I receive a message from booking that the company is canceling my accommodation and redistributing me to another hotel. I went to ask for an explanation, and I understood that I suddenly became "overbooked" because someone else paid better for my room. I was moved to the other hotel, where I had to pay the price for my stay, while I remained waiting for booking to return my money. From what I read here, what happened to me, is a practice used by this location. whatever excuses and justifications they try to give us, the fact that these cancellations are repeated, shows the way they choose to treat their customers. I advise you to avoid the location, so as not to have unpleasant surprises.

Very good location, just 10 minutes from the city centre. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room are big and clean. The bathroom has a really nice shower, the only downside is that in our room there wasn't a bidet. There is a private garden with a view of the lake and they serve breakfast there.
