Stayed with a group of friends and I had a double room. Our booking on arrival we found was mixed up which was soon resolved. Arrived at about 9pm, check in was quick but for the hiccup. Got to our rooms and soon found out we had been robbed on the metro unbeknownst to us on the way from the airport (common occurrence apparently according to the police). The guy at reception (Steve, I think his name was) was helpful in helping us contact the police even though it was past midnight. Got back to the rooms to have a shower to wash off grime and dust from travelling and there was no hot water. They had a problem with hot water in our wing which they knew on our arrival but failed to tell us. Had to take showers for 2 days elsewhere in the hotel and that included a very cold one.
Stayed 5 nights, rooms were lovely, big and spacious and the staff friendly and apologetic about the hot water issues.
Hotel is very central with a supermarket next door and lots of good restaurants and shops around. Syntagma Square is 2 minutes away. Got complimentary wine as a gesture of goodwill for the inconveniences suffered. Will hopefully go back again.

In the middle of refurb but didnt state when booking the room ..no hot water had to shower in the other side of the hotel ..breakfast was poor ..but the position of the hotel was good ..

At first glance design hotel, finally nice but average and like a "cold". Big room and nice view from bar is a super.

Very clean and comfortable room for a few days in Athens.
The breakfast was very poor, food wasn't warm and there were no fruits or natural juice.

Stayed 2 nights here. Very good location within walking distance of Acropolis and Plaka. The breakfast was basic but you have a good view of Acropolis. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend!

Great place, very nice room with jacuzzi on the big balcony (room 505), wonderful view, very clean, good breakfast, very nice personnel, a lot of toiletries, comfortable bed and pillows, walking distance for all the attractions.

Grandes habitaciones para 4 incluso, algunas con jacuzzi, regular desayuno con buen mirador , excelente ubicación sin ruido de calle, recomiendo para máximo 5 días.
