Very unhappy how they responded on the wrong booked dates. They searched only for excuses and at the end they kept the money! Very bad, be careful when you book, don't make a mistake! Although the receptionist said that booking is cancelled and that they will return the money.. they didnt! Bad bad bad service!

Set your expectations right and you’ll be happy.
This is one of the least expensive hotels in the area - doesn’t mean they’re not good. Their rooms have everything you need for your Alpine overnight stays, the place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very good for the area to be explored by foot.
AMAZING BREAKFAST! Plenty of good quality and yummy breakfast items to choose from.
If you arrive by car, be mindful of the parking are being a bit walking distance from the actual hotel, unless you choose the public underground parking across the street - but you’ll need to pay for it.
I would stay here again as I was happy with the value for the price ratio.

We actually just ate some ice cream and kaiserschmarni. They were very fidgety and gusty. I can recommend it!

We ate in restaurant there. Many smokers outside and too hot to sit inside at the beginning of August. Veal schnitzel wasn't too good, but everything that we ordered, was eatable.
