Room was comfortable but over priced. When we returned to our room, there was not a single parking spot available. Our TV did not work either. We are happy that we received a discount for that inconvenience. The fire pits by the water are wonderful however, but the layout of the hotel is not ideal.

1. freezing cold pool that we couldn’t even swim in.
2. The piece of fruit, chewy granola bar and cup of apple sauce they gave you instead of a hot breakfast - due to Covid concerns I get it, for the price I feel like a muffin/cereal/bagel could have sufficed.
3. We got Infested by “water bugs” due to bright white lights outside our door attracting them to it - which they were unable to shut off.
4. The front desk lady gave us attitude when we asked for help getting the bugs out of our room and was very rude and unprofessional. 5. We got charged by the same front desk woman for having a pet, extra $50. The price was $560 on Friday when we checked-in. I signed a paper agreeing to this price, along with my license plate number and phone number. Another woman at the front desk told me I could wait to pay at check-out, so I did. Then the price went from $560 to $610 at check out. She assured me it was in the *details* section when I booked on booking.com. Still, I don’t see it.
I informed this front desk woman that I just stayed at this hotel a month ago in August with my boyfriend. I loved it so much that I came back and brought my family for a weekend stay. I told her I would never stay here again after this, she wasn’t apologetic nor sincere. I am embarrassed I brought my family here.

Zero stars..unfortunately that isn't an option. Booked a king jacuzzi room with a balcony and there were dead bugs stuck to the walls. Spiders hanging from the ceiling in the room, one also crawled on my bf while in bed. Bees nest on the tiny tiny balcony, along with more spiders and cobwebs. Jacuzzi tub did not work- staff should test these after every guest to ensure that the next guest does not pay for a jacuzzi room that has a broken jacuzzi, would be smart. No hot water so we were not able to take showers the first day and a half. They did not serve continental breakfast "due to Covid"(yet other hotels were) and the to go bag breakfast they passed out was a joke, half of ours was missing from the bag (maybe the staff got hungry?). For the amount of money they charge you would think that they would take some pride in the hotel in order to provide their guests a good experience and that all of the above would not be the reality. Would not recommend, will not be back. Do yourself a favor and don't stay at this negative star hotel.

Ficamos aqui dois anos consecutivos e esperamos voltar no próximo ano! Grande praia privada e área de piscina e mais perto de St. Ignace e das docas da balsa. Muitos bons restaurantes nas proximidades e oferecem grelhados. Os quartos são limpos e têm tudo o que você precisa. Ótimo WiFi e café da manhã e estacionamento. Ficamos aqui por 2 noites com um quarto com varanda. 2º andar sem elevador, apenas escadas! É meio chato quando você faz as malas em uma família e todas as suas malas. Quarto era limpo, mas estando em um lago, os insetos encontraram o seu caminho. Unidade de AC da janela que lutou para esfriar a sala. Varanda tinha uma vista do nascer do sol sobre o lago que era bom. Os motivos estavam cobertos de cocô de ganso, gaivota e outros questionáveis! Não ande descalço! Se você passar por isso, há uma pequena área de enseada para brincar na água. Eles têm aluguel de caiaque. Fogueiras Churrasqueira Muitas espreguiçadeiras para relaxar à beira do lago.

We stayed here for 2 nights with a balcony room. 2nd floor no elevator, stairs only! Kinda sucked when packing in a family and all your bags. Room was clean but being on a lake bugs found their way in. Window AC unit which struggled to cool the room. Balcony had a sunrise view over the lake which was nice. The grounds were covered in goose, seagull and other questionable poop! Don’t walk barefoot! If you get past that there is a small cove area to play in the water. They do have kayak rentals. Fire pits BBQ grill Plenty of lounge chairs to relax by the lake.

Nos alojamos aquí por 2 noches con una habitación con balcón. 2do piso sin ascensor, solo escaleras! Un poco apestaba al empacar en una familia y todas tus maletas. La habitación estaba limpia, pero al estar en un lago, los insectos encontraron su camino. Unidad de aire acondicionado de ventana que luchaba por enfriar la habitación. El balcón tenía una vista del amanecer sobre el lago, lo cual era agradable. ¡Los jardines estaban cubiertos de caca de ganso, gaviota y otras cacas cuestionables! ¡No camine descalzo! Si pasas eso, hay una pequeña cala para jugar en el agua. Tienen alquiler de kayak. Fogatas Parrilla de barbacoa Un montón de sillones para relajarse junto al lago.

Nos hemos alojado aquí dos años seguidos y esperamos volver el año que viene. Gran playa privada y zona de piscina y más cerca de St. Ignace y los muelles del ferry. Hay muchos restaurantes excelentes cerca y ofrecen parrillas. Las habitaciones están limpias y tienen todo lo necesario. Gran WiFi y desayuno y estacionamiento. Tranquilo y cómodo, ¡volveremos el próximo año con suerte sin máscara! Gracias por una gran estadía

We've stayed here two years in a row and hope to be back next year! Great private beach and pool area and closer to St. Ignace and the ferry docks. Many great restaurants nearby and they provide grills. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Great WiFi and breakfast and parking. Quiet and comfortable, we'll be back next year hopefully mask free! Thank you for a great stay

Os quartos eram limpos, mas antigos. O bule de café no quarto não se encaixava nas cápsulas de café que você pode usar, por isso era inútil. Você não pode usar a geladeira e o microondas ao mesmo tempo. Não que alguém te avisasse, você tinha que descobrir isso sozinho. A única razão pela qual não estou dando uma estrela é que a equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Eu também acredito que os quartos eram limpos, apenas um monte de manchas.

The rooms were clean, but old. The coffee pot in room did not fit the coffee pods you are given to use so it was useless. You could not use the fridge and microwave at the same time. Not that anyone warned you, you had to figure that out on your own. The only reason I am not giving one star is that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also believe the rooms were clean, just a lot of stains.

We came here for the 4th of July weekend, and I was a bit hesitant to pay as much for a room per night. Let me tell you, it has been worth every penny. Lakefront with a fantastic beach and play area. Nice patio, pool and hot tub. Rooms are great and very clean. And to top it off- Becca who works the front desk, is amazing! She is extremely friendly, helpful and so pleasant to talk to. We highly recommend this place!

Room was awesome for a family of 5. Very clean & spacious. They had a fire pit with stocked woodwhich we used to do some smores. Definitely will come back. Great staff here.
