The shuttle driver’s (Luis & Rolando) got us where we needed to go and gave us great recommendations for dining and drinking establishments! Will definitely return to this hotel!

The worst hotel I have ever been in. There was mold in my room which caused me to have an allergic reaction, and I had to go to urgent care
Management tried to play it off as dirt, and acted like I was lying (even though I had pictures of the mold and they could see my hives).
They moved us into an upgraded room for the last few hours of our stay and offered one free night for our next stay (as if we would ever come back) and acted like they moved mountains.
*I needed to stay to see if my medication would clear up the reaction before going home. If not I had to see a medical professional- and I did end up having to seek treatment
I am severely allergic to mold, and I shouldn't have to worry about that at a hotel.
There was no sympathy, nobody was helpful. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

Very nice place and location is great for surrounding attractions. Staff at the front desk are friendly but seem to be very transactional and not very personable. The room was well kept and clean.

Coast Annabelle Hotel é um hotel muito pequeno e pitoresco. Na maior parte, nós apreciamos a nossa estadia.Prós: toda a equipe é super simpática e prestativa, a aparência dos quartos é muito boa e as camas são uma das camas mais confortáveis em que dormi em um hotel (a maioria das camas do hotel é muito macia e esta parecia um meio para uma cama um pouco firme), os chuveiros têm uma penteadeira extra com espelho e chuveiros duplos, há um restaurante / bar no hotel, também há um serviço de transporte que o levará a qualquer lugar em Burbank (eu recomendo que você ligue com antecedência para agendar) e Acredito estacionamento gratuitoContras: eles não fornecem serviço de limpeza até o 3º dia de estadia (isso é devido ao Covid e à falta de funcionários, mas você pode solicitar itens e eles os trarão), a porta do banheiro é uma porta deslizante e a nossa não trancou, a maioria dos quartos fica perto da área do bar e pode ficar barulhento à noite, dificilmente há comodidades (sem piscina, sem academia, sem café da manhã - você pode acessar as comodidades da propriedade irmã, que tem academia e piscina, mas eles fazem não lhe diga isso a menos que você pergunte)No geral, eu diria que este é um hotel de 3 estrelas devido à falta de comodidades.

Kyle foi nosso servidor maravilhoso. Ele fez a nossa experiência fabulosa. O que um grande cara afável que é o melhor de todos. Boa comida, claro, mas ótimo serviço. Kyle fue nuestro maravilloso servidor. Hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera fabulosa. Qué gran tipo afable que es el mejor de todos. Buena comida, por supuesto, pero un gran servicio. Vendremos cada vez que esté trabajando y comprobamos porque está allí por la mañana hasta media tarde, así que ese es nuestro destino. Kyle was our wonderful server . He made our experience fabulous. What a great affable guy who's the best of all. Good food of course but great service. We'll come every time he's working and we checked because he's there mornings till mid afternoon so that's our destination. Good food with an amazing friendly server, there's nothing better.

Coast Annabelle Hotel is a very small and quaint hotel. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay.Pros: all staff is super friendly and helpful, the look of the rooms are really nice and the beds are one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel (most hotel beds are too soft & this one felt like a medium to somewhat firm bed), showers have an extra vanity with mirror & dual showerheads, there is a restaurant/bar in the hotel, there is also a shuttle that will take you anywhere in Burbank (I highly recommend you call ahead to schedule) & I believe free parkingCons: they do not provide housekeeping until you 3rd day stay (This is because of Covid & being short staffed but you can request items and they will bring them), the door in the bathroom is a sliding door and ours didn't lock, most of the rooms are near the bar area and it can get noisy at night, they are hardly no amenities (no pool, no gym, no breakfast - you do can access to the sister property amenities which has a gym & pool but they do not tell you this unless you ask)Overall, I would say this is a 3 star hotel because of the lack of amenities.

O hotel é muito limpo, mas o banheiro estava quebrado por quase toda a nossa estadia. Foi "consertado" duas vezes e um novo quarto nunca foi oferecido para nós, o que foi um inconveniente. Também foi muito difícil obter serviço de transporte em nossos horários solicitados. Acabamos pegando Ubers porque o ônibus era tão difícil de nos acomodar. Por fim, fica muito barulhento à noite quando o bar e o restaurante estão cheios. Ficamos no terceiro andar e podíamos ouvir a maioria das conversas do andar de baixo ao tentar dormir.

O quarto era bom, mas havia apenas 3 tomadas de difícil acesso para conectar coisas como carregador de celular, laptop. A única tomada no banheiro ficava ao lado da pia, embora o secador de cabelo de cortesia estivesse no balcão do lado oposto da sala, na parte inferior de um espelho de maquiagem que não oferecia como conectá-lo. , muito instável, difícil ficar conectado. Não foi possível transmitir um filme. Quando perguntei aos funcionários onde eu poderia encontrar uma máquina de lanches, eles me direcionaram para outro hotel a 400 metros abaixo da estrada, do qual eles também possuíam. A cama era confortável embora.

The hotel is very clean but the toilet was broken for nearly all of our stay. It was “fixed” twice and a new room was never offered to us which was an inconvenience. It was also very difficult to get shuttle service at our requested times. We ended up taking Ubers because the shuttle was so difficult to accommodate us. Lastly, it gets VERY noisy at night when the bar and restaurant are full. We stayed on the third floor and could hear most conversations from downstairs when trying to sleep.

The room was nice, but there were only 3 hard to reach sockets for plugging stuff into such as cell phone charger, laptop into. The only socket in the bathroom was right next to the sink, even though the complimentary hair drier was on the counter on the opposite side of the room at the bottom of a vanity mirror which provided no way to plug it in.The internet was atrocious, very unstable, hard to stay connected. Couldn't stream a movie. When I asked the staff where I could find a snack machine, they directed me to another hotel a quarter mile down the road, of which they owned as well. The bed was comfortable though.

Este es un excelente lugar para alojarse en Burbank, especialmente si viene a visitar Universal o Warner Brothers Studios. El hotel es un hotel pequeño y las habitaciones son bonitas. This is an excellent place to stay in Burbank, especially if you coming to visit Universal or Warner Brothers Studios. The hotel is a small hotel and the rooms are nice. The staff members are very nice and helpful. They offer free parking. They offer a no charge shuttle service to and from the studios. The food in the hotel restaurant is good, and reasonably priced. Our waitress was very nice and had a great personality. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The shuttle service was fabulous. Pickup from the airport and rides to/from Warner Bros. Studios. Very organized and friendly! I got room service and it was great. Bathroom large and clean. Comfy bed. Good service at breakfast the next morning, too. When I come back to the LA area, I plan to stay here again!

Estoy muy molesto con este hotel tuve un error con las fechas de mis vacaciones llamé para corregir las fechas y me dijeron que no podían hacer eso por la políticas del hotel ahora mi dinero se perdió y dejé a mi familia sin tomar unas lindas vacaciones me siento totalmente estafado si una impotencia por no poder hacer nada espero no les pase lo mismo
