Os funcionários foram muito amigáveis e pareceram gostar do seu trabalho! O hotel é novo e atraente. Os quartos eram quartos típicos de hotel, nada de especial, mas limpos e a cama era confortável. O resto da avaliação é direcionado à propriedade do hotel. Em nenhum lugar do site indica que NÃO há elevador, mas os hóspedes devem carregar suas bagagens escada acima. Embora o site diga que eles têm quartos para deficientes físicos, minha mãe de 80 anos está longe de ser deficiente, mas não haveria como ela subir dois lances de escada. Não tenho certeza do que você faria se o primeiro andar estivesse lotado e alguém, como minha mãe, chegasse e não pudesse subir dois lances de escada. Recomendo vivamente que acrescente à sua lista de comodidades que este hotel não tem elevador. Para ser honesto, eu viajei para viver (mais de 20 anos) e fiquei em centenas de hotéis em todos os tamanhos de cidade. Este é o primeiro hotel em que eu fiquei que não tinha elevador.

Los empleados eran muy amables y parecían disfrutar de su trabajo. El hotel es nuevo y atractivo. Las habitaciones eran típicas de un hotel, nada especial, pero estaban limpias y la cama era cómoda. El resto de la revisión está orientada a la propiedad del hotel. En ninguna parte del sitio web se indica que NO hay ascensor, sino que los huéspedes deben subir su equipaje por las escaleras. Si bien el sitio dice que tienen habitaciones para discapacitados, mi madre de 80 años está lejos de estar discapacitada, pero no habría forma de que pudiera subir dos tramos de escaleras. No estoy seguro de qué harías si el primer piso estuviera reservado y alguien, como mi madre, llegara y no pudiera subir dos tramos de escaleras. Le recomiendo encarecidamente que agregue a su lista de servicios que este hotel no tiene ascensor. Para ser honesto, viajé para vivir (más de 20 años) y me he alojado en cientos de hoteles en todos los tamaños de ciudades. Este es el primer hotel en el que me he alojado que no tenía ascensor.

The employees were very friendly and appeared to enjoy their job! The hotel is new and is attractive. The rooms were typical hotel rooms, nothing special, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The rest of the review is geared towards the ownership of the hotel. Nowhere on the website indicates there is NOT an elevator, but rather the guests have to carry their luggage up the stairs. While the site does say they have rooms for disabilities, my 80 year old Mother is far from being disabled, but there would be no way she could climb two flights of stairs. I'm not sure what you would do if the first floor was booked up and someone, like my Mother arrived and could not walk up two flights of stairs. I strongly encourage you to add to your list of Amenities that this hotel doesn't have an elevator. To be honest, I traveled for a living (20+ years) and have stayed in hundreds of hotels in every size of city. This is the first hotel that I have stayed in that did not have an elevator.
