I didn't like anything about the hotel. I was given a room that smelled like cigarettes and weed even though they left the window open to air it outT. This just was not what I have ever experienced at a Marriott hotel.

Staff was friendly It was dissapointing start to finish. THe room was clean but had little to no storage. THerooms you couldhear everything going on in the rooms next to you. THe fridge they provided had a freezer so I bought overpriced food and when I cameback it was melte

I never received my room I was asked to leave the premises and had the police called on me when I instructed them I had a service animal I was asked if I was epileptic and told that I did not have the appropriate paperwork. It was the most degrading Thing The hotel never even let me get in the room they called the police on me because I had a service animal they tried to charge me $100 for the service animal and they will not refund me my money or explain to me what they wanted in order to have my room.

Room was very clean. Safe area for free parking. Close to major areas in Lynnwood, WA. Staff was friendly and professional. Complimentary water and gummy bears in the reception area. Little hard to find hotel as the signage is tiny on the road. It's connected to the La Quinta parking lot next door. Water pressure in the shower a bit too strong, even after changing shower head setting.

If this hotel was priced fairly, it should be about half of what its priced, it would be a fine stay, not great but fine, but when you pay double what it is worth it is not a good experience. Rooms very tiny and way overpriced, rooms very old, no complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby, or free breakfast, you have to pay for everything at their bistro, hotel right on freeway so very noisy, $100 pet fee.
