Estivemos lá no final de agosto de 2020 com meus filhos de 10 a 12 anos. Estava chovendo e a aura estava desfavorável. Não estragou nosso humor, porque cada um de nós encontrou algo para si mesmo neste lugar. As crianças ficaram satisfeitas com as animações realizadas pelo simpático senhor, apreciamos a boa cozinha. O design bonito e coerente do hotel e o espaço permitem que você relaxe. Jornais gratuitos disponíveis na TV e ótimos artigos de toalete de hotel roubaram minha alma. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia.

Estuvimos allí a finales de agosto de 2020, con mis hijos de 10 a 12 años. Estaba lloviendo y el aura era desfavorable. No estropeó nuestro estado de ánimo, porque cada uno de nosotros encontró algo para nosotros en este lugar. Los niños quedaron satisfechos con las animaciones realizadas por el simpático señor, apreciamos la buena cocina. El diseño hermoso y coherente del hotel y el espacio le permitieron relajarse. El periódico gratuito disponible a través de la televisión y los excelentes artículos de tocador del hotel me han robado el alma. Quedamos muy satisfechos con la estancia.

Serviço competente e amigável. Comida saborosa, embora acontecesse que a refeição chegasse morna na sala. Uma pequena piscina, apenas uma piscina infantil para crianças - em vez para os mais jovens, sem atrações de piscina para crianças mais velhas. Sala de jogos muito pequena.

Servicio competente y cordial. Comida sabrosa, aunque sucedió que la comida llegó tibia a la habitación. Una pequeña piscina, solo una piscina infantil para niños, en lugar de para los más pequeños, no hay atracciones en la piscina para niños mayores. Sala de juegos bastante pequeña.

Bardzo przyjemny weekend spędzony w Hotelu Diune. Śniadanie przepyszne, zaserwowane do łóżeczka. W hotelu spokój i cisza - naprawdę można odpocząć. Do plaży rzut beretem. Wrócimy tam z przyjemnością ! Serdeczne pozdrowienia i podziękowania dla Pani Edyty, która pomogła Nam ze wszystkim 🙂

O hotel está situado na orla de Kolobrzeg. A sua localização é muito boa a 20m da praia e a 5m da loja. O hotel em si é grande, com 5 andares e elevador. Existem muitos lugares de estacionamento subterrâneos e no parque de estacionamento normal. Há também um carregador de carro. Possui Restaurantes Arte e salas de jantar, salas de conferências, piscina, jacuzzi, spa, saunas, ginásios, salas de jogos para crianças. A piscina não é muito grande, mas não incomoda se não houver muitas pessoas nela. Saunas também são boas, mas infelizmente está tudo fechado por causa do coronavírus. Nenhuma dessas coisas funcionou. Via de regra, o coronavírus foi preservado, mas é uma pena. A decoração do hotel é moderna, mas infelizmente já se pode ver os anos e algumas coisas podem ser renovadas. Eu não usei o quarto de hotel. Passei minha estadia em um apartamento privado localizado no último andar. O serviço foi bom, mas não havia muito, exceto a recepção. Infelizmente, a porta para o mar foi fechada e você teve que dar a volta por um pequeno sinal de menos. Eu geralmente recomendo

El hotel está situado a las afueras de Kolobrzeg. Su ubicación es muy buena a 20m de la playa ya 5m de la tienda. El hotel en sí es grande, con 5 plantas y ascensor. Hay una gran cantidad de espacios de estacionamiento en y subterráneo y en el estacionamiento regular. También hay un cargador de coche. Cuenta con Arte Restaurantes y comedores, salas de conferencias, piscina, jacuzzi, spa, saunas, gimnasios, salas de juegos para niños. La piscina no es demasiado grande, pero no molesta si no hay demasiada gente en ella. Las saunas también son buenas, pero lamentablemente todo está cerrado debido al coronavirus. Ninguna de estas cosas funciona. En principio, significa que se ha conservado el coronavirus, pero es una pena. La decoración del hotel es moderna, pero lamentablemente ya se ven los años y algunas cosas podrían ser renovadas. No usé la habitación del hotel. Pasé mi estadía en un departamento privado ubicado en el último piso. El servicio fue bueno, pero no había mucho excepto la recepción. Desafortunadamente, la puerta al mar se cerró y tuvo que dar la vuelta por un ligero inconveniente. Generalmente lo recomiendo

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach, however it doesn’t not have a private strip as it may have seamed from the online photos. The public beach is slightly crowded in August. The hotel does offer beach chair at cost/daily rental.
Hotel staff is a bit loaded and speak Polish or German. Getting around with English is a bit problematic. room cleaning is only provided on request. Prepare for long check in times(we queued for about 1,5h).
The room was great, good size for the 4 of us with kids. Not all rooms have balconies which is a slight inconvenience when trying to dry off wet beach towels.
The spa area is great, very clean facilities and water in the pools, not too crowded. The spa services were not all available as advertised but the staff was friendly and helpful.
Kids playroom is a well equipped with in room toilet. The mini club though is only available I. Polish or German.
Food is of good quality with a good variety at the Halbpension buffet. Getting lunch is a bit of a challenge at noon as the “a la carte” restaurant only opens at 14:00. A small convenience store is located near the hotel for quick snacks.

Really great place to stay in Kolobrzeg - modern, elegant, clean. Spacious rooms with beautifull view. Perfect for families with small kids - big children' s playroom, special meals in the restaurant - play corner here too, sand playground in front of the hotel. Perfect location, close to the beach, quiet but nice walk along the sea to the city center. Great food in the restaurant, very friendly service!

The good: Location of the hotel. My request was answered and I got a room with very nice view. Swimming pool and saunas were OK. Variety of food available for breakfast. Great food in "Arte" restaurant* Great barman in "Arte" bar.The bad: Since I left the place I can't stop thinking how the hotel was given 5 stars.*First things first - message to the management: your hotel is located in POLAND after all, so please do take care of your Polish guest on the same level you'redoing for Germans. It is very sensational and unheard of that the only nation entitled for 10% discount in your otherwise great and expensive "Arte" restaurant are...Germans!!! What business standards those are is beyond me.Room: - A/C - not working. - Bathroom - lack of ventilation. - 2 towels for 2+2 family. - no face towels (I had to request them). - cleanliness of the carpet in the room - very arguable. - poor internet connection in room 50x (but OK in room 10x) - TV channels - most of them in German, even Disney Channel (!)Meals: - permanent lack of plastic forks and/or spoons for children. - some (raw) food items carried over (!!!) from previous day(s). - staff in the restaurant - could not care less - sensational lack of interest: a. coffe machine was getting faulty - we reported it - nobody bothered b. same coffe machine next day - nearly broken with hot product spraying all over the place (!!!!) c. my kids spilled some water on the floor - not single person paid ANY interest to get the floor clean and safe: it was us, parents, on our knees wiping the floor with tissues - nothing extraordinary BUT we were 5m away from the restaurant's manager (door person) who was observing us and with some waitresses passing by.Parking: I was offered a parking spot for 20 PLN which happened to be outside of the property and on the top of that, nobody offered me a place in the garage for just 10 PLN more.There is nothing 5-star about this hotel.

The hotel itself is a great place to stay. You can easily access it by road, they have parking lots at the hotel (pay) or outside for free. The reception is friendly and gave us all the information we needed (in English or German). You can use their spa for free (which is a bit small in relation to the size of the hotel). Free towels everywhere! The room itself was very clean and the size was great.

Very nice place for the money I have paid. Rooms is also good services fast don't had any problems. Spa and swimming pools is also clean. Parking right in front of the windows. Good place for family weekend. And towels and slippers you need to ask in reception they are free
